It suggests incorporating almonds, coffee, avocados, apples, eggs, soup, dark chocolate, lentils, and green leafy vegetables into your diet to help suppress appetite naturally. These foods contain various nutrients and fibers that promote satiety and regulate blood sugar levels. The video also mentions the benefits of certain compounds found in these foods, such as antioxidants in almonds, chlorogenic acid in coffee, pectin in apples, stearic acid in dark chocolate, and thylacoids in leafy greens. The speaker recommends incorporating these appetite suppressants into your diet to enhance weight loss and glucose control. Do you ever feel like your appetite is controlling you, instead of the other way around? Do you struggle to maintain stable blood sugar levels, resulting in a constant cycle of highs and lows? Well, it's time to take control. With the help of this video, you will learn the essential techniques to manage your appetite and keep your blood sugar levels stable. Well, now you can say goodbye to the constant tug of war between hunger and satiety, and hello to the healthier and more balanced lifestyle. Hi, I'm Dr. Ahmed Sardin. I'm an endocrinologist, a diabetologist, and thanks for watching this video. With these tips in your arsenal, you'll be on your way to mastering the control over your body and living your best life. Let's discover the remarkable benefits of a handful of almonds packed with antioxidants, vitamin E, magnesium. They contribute to controlling your blood sugar, promoting gut health, and reducing the heart disease. But that's not all. Almonds also act as a natural appetite suppressant, leaving you feeling satisfied for longer. In fact, a tantalizing study in the Journal of Nutrients revealed that enjoying almonds as a mid-morning snack reduced both hunger and cravings for high-fat foods. And remember, another study that I talked about in another video that mentioned how almonds actually can help stabilize your blood sugar during the day? What about coffee? Well, we know that coffee can spike blood sugar, and I have videos about this as well. An extensive amount can make you dirty, but a moderate amount offers unexpected advantages. It can rev up your metabolism and even curb your appetite. And that's true, the morning coffee can spike your blood sugar. But if you are hungry like around noontime, that same coffee will not spike your blood sugar as much as it does in the morning time. Remember? You haven't liked food for a long time. You know, these hormones like cortisol, glucagon, VDL, fat growth hormone, all that stuff are higher in the morning, which makes everything harder to control. Now, according to another engaging review published in the International Journal of Food Sciences and Nutrition, such a fancy name, right? Consuming coffee in 30 minutes to 4 hours before a meal leads to a reduction in appetite. So if you don't want to eat too much at dinner, consider having an early afternoon coffee. The secret lies in both the stimulating effects of coffee and the health-promoting antioxidant sound in coffee beans. Now, you also know from my other videos, what did I talk about? Chlorogenic acid in organic coffee. I know a lot of people say I can't afford organic and stuff like that, but guess what? The things that will help you dramatically, I would say invest in it. If you can't spend another dollar or two on your coffee, I don't think you will go bankrupt. Just remember, don't offset those positive effects by adding too much sugar or cream. Alright? And lower third, put a lower third here. Put dry sugar and bean fat burner in addition to these diet tips to skyrocket your weight loss and glucose control. Put that in the lower third. As for avocados, these creamy delights are more than just a trendy superfood. They are a nutritional powerhouse. One avocado a day keeps the doctor away, right? Well, not me. You have to watch me. But loaded with fiber and heart-healthy monounsaturated fat, the avocados work wonders for your cholesterol, blood sugar, digestion, bone health. A lot of people say, oh, I can't eat avocados. Well, you better start liking it. And yes, you guessed it. They can also help suppress your appetite. A fascinating study compared the feeling of FOMOs in participants who consumed carbohydrate-based meals to those who enjoyed either half or a whole avocado. The avocado eaters reported feeling significantly fuller. And guess what? I had more. Oh, yeah. Yes, right. Avocado and eggs. And their post-meal blood hormone levels were lower in those avocado eaters, and they're satisfied with their appetite state as well for a longer period. So whether it is almonds or coffee or avocados, embracing these delectable treats comes with delightful additional perks for your health and appetite control. Now, next, did you know that apples also, in all their delicious varieties, can actually suppress your appetite? Well, that's true. These amazing fruits are packed with soluble fiber and pectin, which help you feel full. Just imagine, one large apple, or in your case, since you're a diabetic, I should have said small apple, which in its skin contains a lot of fiber. But a large apple, in this case, contains up to five to six grams of fiber. Apples, again, get the same 4-3rd tripectomy in addition to the tips to skyrocket your weight loss and glucose control. But that's not all. Apples also do wonders for regulating your blood sugar levels and boosting your energy. And here's a fun fact. They require a lot of chewing time, which helps slow you down and gives your body more time to realize that you're not hungry anymore. The release of sugar from the apples are very gradual because of the fiber, so your insulin doesn't spike. So it's not like having a cookie that spikes your insulin and then you feel tired. If you're just sitting and you may end up falling asleep, apples don't do that. Plus, let's be honest, they just taste good. Now, if you're a dietetic, I would say also consider green apples. You know, there's some crunchy good ones out there. Try them out. Let's talk about eggs, all right? Did you know that having a couple of eggs for breakfast can keep you feeling full for a whole 24 hours? Or just think about what I did this morning. Eggs on avocado is even better. In fact, it's been scientifically proven that eggs with their high-quality, digestible protein content can help you reduce your calorie intake and decrease your overall appetite. One large egg contains a whopping 12 grams of protein. If that's not enough, how about a cup of soup before a meal to reduce your appetite? Well, it's been discovered nothing new, but hot vegetable soups can fill you up and take the edge off your hunger with minimal calories. Now, in Turkish culture, it is very common to actually have soup before the main meal, which I believe helps them keep their weight down. Which is, most Europeans, keep it that way, to keep their weight down. But we Americans, we, you know, we keep increasing our... We keep raising the bar when it comes to our weight. Whether it's a broth-based soup, or chunky vegetable soup, we'll admit it's skinny, but vegetable is a bit chunky. But even pureed version, if you don't like the chunky, having a cup of soup before your meal can make all the difference. So, why not give this appetite suppressant a try? They're not only good for your health, but also incredibly tasty. So, if you want to indulge in something, go ahead and indulge in the delightful secret of curbing these things we discussed, that will curb your appetite naturally. Now, if you're having sweet tooth, and you're like, I don't know about these, I really want chocolate. Well, think about this. If you try chocolate that will be slowly relishing a piece or two of dark chocolate, it will boast around 70% cocoa, that's what you're looking for. If your cravings are looking for it, craving chocolate that much, go for it. 70% dark chocolate. Not only does it entice your taste buds, but also, some research showed that it even revealed the bitter undertone of the dark chocolate sends a signal to your body. Effectively taming your hunger pangs. So, let's not forget the magic of that stearic. Stearic acid found in dark chocolate, which works its wonders by slowing down your digestion, leaving you feeling full and satisfied for longer periods. But if the dark chocolate is not your cup of tea, why not pair it with a warm cup of black coffee for that balance of sweetness, as we discussed earlier. And run that lower third, the same lower third you did today, one more time. But wait, there is more. I made a video about this too. Lentils. The humble yet mighty legume. Pack a serious nutritional punch that will knock out those hunger pangs. Nearly 18 grams of protein, and a whopping 16 grams of fiber per cup. Lentils prove their stearic appetite suppressing prowess. Whether you enjoy them solo, or simmering some awesome stew, or toasting a refreshing salad, they will leave you feeling fueled and content. Content. Now, let's dive into the green abyss of nature's ultimate appetite suppressant. The green leafy vegetables. You can't brace yourself for a fascinating revelation brought to you by a study in Plant Foods for Human Nutrition. These fabulous greens, such as spinach, kale, broccoli, or mustard greens, are enriched with something called thylacoids, that work like a charm in curbing your appetite, to satisfy your cravings, feast on fibrous greens, raw, or delicately sautéed in a drizzle of olive oil. A delectable treat that keeps the hunger at bay. Are you ready to embark on this engaging and fulfilling journey towards satiety?
