STSG provides transitional housing, peer support, and resources for individuals returning to the community after incarceration. Based in Durham, NC, our organization focuses on reentry, mental health and family support. Through advocacy, mentorship, and community partnerships, STSG empowers residents to rebuild their lives, gain independence, and break cycles of trauma and incarceration.
