The speaker believes that the Holy Spirit is present and working to put things in place in people's lives. They encourage the audience to pray for the salvation of their loved ones and contend for the lost. They share a story about missionaries who were not seeing success until they tried praying with tears. The speaker leads the audience in praying for the city and for people who are contemplating suicide. They also pray for joy to be restored to those who have lost it. I feel like the Holy Spirit is here today to, the picture that I have is like He's putting puzzle pieces into place, in different ways, in all of our lives, in some way or another, it's like today He's on a mission to put things in place, and I just sense that there's different ways in which He wants us to just move with Him today, so that He can do that. In our first service there was a moment in time where we cried out for the lost, and I see that now as we're just softly sitting in His presence, it's a different kind of atmosphere, it's the same heart, that there's things in the lives of people that He wants to put in place, and often that means that He wants to put their lives into place, and we're going to do this in a different atmosphere this morning, but if there's people in your life, mom, dad, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, your kids, that you are trusting for, for their salvation, bring them before the Lord now, and you don't have to do that out loud, but I want you to whisper their names to heaven this morning, there's a moment in time for us today to contend for the lost, God is serious about souls, He wants to see people move from darkness to light, from death to life, and there where you stand this morning, we're just going to linger in this for a moment, call their names to heaven this morning, say God I pray for, and then you call their name, and in this moment we're just going to jump in the river of what God is busy doing, if His intention is to see people being saved, then He's going to do it, come on, believe that in this moment God can shift the eternity of men and women through your praise, He is, He is. God pray for the sinner, ask Him for souls God, souls of men and women, ask Him for souls of men and women, ask Him for souls of men and women, ask Him for souls of men and women, ask Him for souls of men and women, ask Him for souls of men and women, ask Him for souls of men and women, ask Him for souls of men and women, ask Him for souls of men and women, we contend for them today, we call them in, Zerubbabel Aliyah, Yahu, Yannah, break our hearts for what breaks yours God, come on, come on, lift up your eyes again, I can't remember the story all that well, I shared it in the first service as well, I might miss some of the detail of it but, William Booth sent out two missionaries, pastors, I can't remember if they were missionaries or pastors, to go plant a church, to establish a missionary base, something of that kind, he sent them out, Jesus sent out His disciples, and they sent a letter to him, to William Booth saying, we've done everything, we've advertised, we've invited, we've held meetings, we're doing everything, but we're not seeing the lost getting saved, we're not seeing the revival of souls, and he wrote back to them and he said, try tears, try tears, this morning Father, we want to cry out for the lost, pray for the city God, pray for Cape Town, Somerset West, Strand, Strand, Gordon's Bay, Stellenbosch, God we pray for the city, we pray for the lost, we pray for a revival of souls, God, seal them, I was meant to say, seal them, seal them, I want to pray this morning God, with every person, that have made a request to you God, that have prayed for a mom or a dad, I love you pa, I love you mom, prayed for an uncle, prayed for a grandpa, a kid, a brother, a sister, a boss, colleague, God, I put my faith with them in this day, and we call those people in, from darkness to light, death to life, we call in the lost God, from the east and the south and the north and the west, let them come God, sons from heaven west, we call them home God, God we pray for churches across the city to be filled, full of people, pray that the goal will not be membership, it will be souls God, bring about a revival of salvation, souls, bring people from everywhere God, send them, in Jesus name we pray this morning, God we pray for every person that we have prayed for today, first service, second service, let there be a tugging in their hearts right now Lord, let them hear the voice of the Master, calling them home today, pray for divine connections, supernatural encounters, you will orchestrate, put those puzzle pieces together today God, the next couple of days, in a supernatural way, for people to find Jesus, I thank you, I thank you, I thank the Lord speaking to me about people that's here this morning, you've got loved ones that's on the verge of suicide, they've been contemplating to take their own lives, and you know about it, you've been praying for them, I don't want to, you don't have to raise a hand, but I want to put my faith with you, because I believe God wants us to war for their lives, if that's you, I want you to say, say that to God this morning, and then you name that person, and we are going to war for them this morning, God we refuse in this day, to lose a loved one, due to whatever form, of depression, heaviness, bondage, come on in this day, I want you to be serious with God, say God we refuse, you're not going to lose people, no devil out of the pit of hell, will steal from them what you have given them, and that is to live a life, in that abundantly, so in this day God, we come in the powerful name of Jesus, we humble ourselves before you, James chapter number 4, and we resist the devil, every single thing out of the pit of hell, that wants to make people depressed, anxious, heavy, burdened, and we pray right now, that every burden, and heaviness will lift from them, supernaturally, agree with me, supernaturally it will lift right now, we pray for people to stand up, out of heaviness and depression, anxiety and fear, we come against every spirit of suicide, in Jesus name, we resist you, we bind you in this morning, as a group of people, in the powerful name of Jesus, we remind you in this day, that you have defeated, we conquer every attack, every plan, everything launched out of the pit of hell, against those people, in Jesus name we stop you, we speak freedom, deliverance, breakthrough, over people's lives in this day, come on church won't you agree with me, Father we thank you for people, for people to embrace life again, hope again, we pray for hope and for life to return, to the minds and hearts of people, come on in this day, it's your own sister or it's your own mother, or your own father that we're contending for, Father as a church we stand together, for the lives of people, for the lives of people, every spirit of suicide we speak death over you, in Jesus name we command you, break your hold of those people's minds now, in Jesus name, these people here this morning, it feels like you've lost joy yourself, it feels like you've lost joy, it's like something has stolen your joy, you might not even know exactly what, it's just like, it feels like you've stopped laughing, stopped enjoying things in life, I don't want to embarrass anybody, I don't want to put anybody on the spot, but I want us to pray for you this morning, if that's you, raise your hand, if you've lost your joy, stand and raise your hand, come on if that's you, raise your hand, church, I want every person that's standing with a hand raised, that there would be somebody next to them, to just lay a hand on them, please do that with great respect, ladies with ladies, men with men, put your hand on a proper place, I don't want anything weird, just embrace them, put a hand on them, come on if you've lost joy, and you've got a hand raised, I want somebody with every single person, a hand on every person, and I will remind you this morning as you stand, that joy is not a feeling, it's not happiness, I'm happy when somebody buys me something or gives me a gift, this is joy, it's a fruit, a spirit, something that comes supernaturally, spiritually, so we can in this day agree, that joy will return to you, so every person will stand, we pray now, church say with me now, we pray now, that joy will return to you, joy of the Holy Spirit, flood every single person, standing right now, thank you Lord, I pray that there will be an evidence for them, whether it's laughter, whether it's a sense of peace, whether it's a feeling of a spiritual fountain that bubbles inside their bellies again, but God in this moment let there be an evidence of joy that returns to them, I pray that they will laugh again, from this day forward, joy will return to them, joy will return to them, joy will return to them, joy will return to them, thank you Lord, church I want you to in this moment with me, come on, can we embrace joy, let the joy of the Holy Spirit flood this place again, for all of us, joy and that in abundance God, let our bellies be like a spring of living water again, let joy fill our hearts again, come on, in this day Holy Spirit restore, restore what the enemy has stolen from people, hope, joy, peace, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, I mean it, I'm not asking you to be fake or plastic, but come on, if we can turn on a spiritual gift, you can turn on your joy as well, come on, come on, if I can ask you to pray in the Spirit, it's a spiritual gift, you can go, shout that right back out there, can we joy for a moment, can we joy, just turn on your laughter a bit, hey come on, thank you Lord, thank you Lord, because you are still laughing, you are holding it all day, stand with me church, come and stand with me, come on, let's refuse to be heavy, come on, let's refuse to be heavy, hey, thank you Lord, some of you still feel looks like you've been baptized in lemon juice, you're smiling like a young man, I see Gert laughing there, look around, if you see someone who's not laughing, give him a drink, if you see someone who's not laughing, give him a drink, if you see someone who's not laughing, give him a drink, church, I want you to hear something this morning, you are a spirit being, listen to me this morning, you are a spirit being, and the spirit of the man has a certain power and authority over the man, God has given you the ability to live in victory, we don't live our life in response to what happens to us, we have the power to create, Genesis chapter 1, let's start there, doesn't the same bible say that you've been created in His image and likeness, I've believed so many people, so the same creative ability that God carries, He's given you, some of you still believe that, okay, the bible says that you have the power to call things that are not as if they are, the bible says we can speak life and call life in areas where it's dead and it will live again, so you have creative ability, there are certain things that I have power over, but then there are certain things which I have, where I have no power, I have the power of God working all things together for my good, okay, that's the same God that is in a good mood, God is never not in a good mood, you know that, every moment of the day, I like it, God loves you, and He's got joy over you, think of Zephaniah 3, something that says God is joyful over you, the african people say He dances over you, they've checked that, have you ever been so happy about something that you dance over them, right, Tandeka, we call you from darkness to light, yeah, okay, so the point I want to make is this, is that so often as believers, we live our lives in response to what happens, something happens in my life, it creates a sense, a feeling of inferiority, fear, anxiety, and my spiritual condition is climatized, by what happens around me, where God has never given us that instruction, God has always said I want you to live from a climate within you, because otherwise we are carriers of nothing, but I am the carrier of life, and hope, and light, the point I want to make, that was just the introduction to this one sentence, you carry joy, I can say to you, pray in the spirit, and for most believers, it would be easy, the spiritual gift I've received, I just pray, but you've also received joy, it's also a spiritual gift, so I say give joy, and I'm not saying be plastic, listen to me, it's not happiness, it's not, I'm feeling like it's a fruit, I can stand in every season of my life and say I choose to have joy now, and joy cannot be taken from you, and if you allow him to take it, you have submitted to his authority, and you live in no dominion anymore, it's like that with everything in your life, God has given you authority, walk in it, you can wake up in the day and decide to be full of joy, you can say I choose to have hope, it's not do I feel like I've got it, I choose it, I exercise that authority daily, that's the power of what we carry, but it's what I believe, it's what I believe, do I believe that I carry that weight in the spirit, do I believe that I have Christ in me, the hope of glory, do you carry Him, is the same spirit that raised Him from the dead living in you, come on, that spirit the last time I checked, he's also in a good mood, he's also still in love with you, he's also still all powerful, all able to do exceedingly abundantly above, so you wake up in the morning and the enemy suggests hey this is going to be a tough day, but you've got that meeting coming up and you feel heavy and you say no I choose not to be heavy, because in me is the same spirit that raised Him from the dead, if you can raise Christ from the dead I can do this meeting, I can face that challenge, I can overcome that obstacle, greater is He that is in me, greater is He that is in me, and what if we choose to live like this every moment, some of you are feeling lacking inside and you tap some hand and say yeah I like it, but that same faith that's exercised in you now, that's the faith of God that you carry, can I give you a last quick scriptural reference and then we're going to actually start with the service, now I'm joking, so the Bible says that we have the faith of God, do you know that? Do you know that? It's not the faith in God, our English translations, most of them say faith in God, if you go read an original text, just look at the King James in some of those scriptures, it'll say you have the faith of God, so the same faith that God has, you carry, that's why the Bible says John 4.17, as He is, who's He? Jesus, as He is, so am I in this world, think with me, tomorrow you're going to face a real tough day at work, a meeting or whatever sort, as He is, so are you in this world, can you imagine how Jesus would walk into that meeting? That's how you can walk into that meeting. That's how you can live your life. Close your eyes with me for a moment, say, I carry the life of God, it's in me, I am alive to Him, and He is alive to me. Wow, what does living do to you? Jesus, we give you all the honor, all the praise. You are busy doing something in our lives, God, and no force out the bit of hell can stop it. No enemy is greater. God, you are great and greatly to be praised. God, we don't come to this church on Sundays to sing songs, we come to make a declaration of praise. You are the God that is able, still able to do exceedingly abundantly above more than I can ask or imagine, and you are able to do it for me, and therefore I give you praise in this day. You are my God, and I give you praise. Come on, if that's your praise, can we give Him praise together? Oh, come on, let's do better than that. Take off, clap me. Here I am. Can we just give our worship team a round of appreciation? I want to be short in this day, and I shouldn't even have said that. That normally means see you this afternoon. Okay. But I do want to be short. I don't want to... I just want to say what He wanted me to say. I came here this morning with no notes. There's just two things that happened in my heart this week, and I've been on it the whole week. I woke up one Sunday morning, and as I woke up, these words were in my heart, loud and clear. The body has the power to heal itself. The body has the power to heal itself. We're on this journey of healing as a church, for those of you... Any first-time visitors? Anybody that's here for the first time? Can we just welcome them, church? I just want to hand you a card. I promise we're not going to sell you insurance. If you're here for the first time, just raise your hand. It's just because in this church we believe nobody should journey alone. Like I mentioned, you're journeying with the right people already. But for those of you looking for a place to journey with people, welcome home. The body has the power to heal itself. And there's a scripture that's been in my heart, and we'll look at that now. Church, I started my first service by saying this, and I want to say to you as well, you are more powerful than what you think. Come on. Love you. You are more powerful than what you think. And please, this morning I'm not here to try and boost your ego. That's not what I'm trying to do here. I'm not trying to hype you up so that you can go out of here feeling like you've had a fix. And then you come next Sunday and you get fixed again. That's not what we're trying to do here. I'm trying to help you understand that what you carry, who you are in this world, is much greater than what you think. I am wowed by God every single day of my life, understanding what is placed in me. I have devoted myself. I want to do nothing else in my life but discover the greatness of Christ in me. I believe it is, as Watchman, he said, the greatest mystery of all, to understand that He is in me and I am in Him. I want to discover all of Him. I want Him to live all of Himself through me. And the more I journey with Him, the more I understand that everything that we are trusting for, believing for, begging for, praying for, we carry it within us. We carry it within us. I tell you, half of the things you ask in God, you already have. At least half of it. God, His design, He took your life. Peter says it so beautifully, He says, an incorruptible seed. God drafted it a body and He planted you into this world so that you can be alive in 2024. An incorruptible seed, the Word of God that lives within you. His plan, His purpose, His design, everything that you need for life and godliness is already in you. You carry it. Be asking God, God give me this, God more of this. You have it. It's not the acquiring of more, it's the unleashing of what you carry. That's our greatest struggle as believers. We are hindered by external factors in this world where we should be the very ones that shift and change atmosphere. But the first atmosphere that needs to shift and change is within you. And if we believe that we carry that grace, we will be unstoppable for God. I look at Jesus, the life of Jesus. Remember He was fully God, yet fully man. The same way that I'm relying on the Spirit of God. ... He needed to do the same. Yet Jesus lived on this earth and He was powerful. He didn't walk around being shifted and change. He was all powerful, yet He was a man. He wanted to throw Him off a cliff. He said, it is not my time now. Step away. And then when it was His time, everybody says, no, you're not going to die. He says, no, now I'm going to die. I love it. It's incredible. It's the power, it's the authority.
