I create guided meditations designed to help people reconnect with themselves, cultivate calm, and support nervous system regulation. As a trauma-informed practitioner, everything I share is grounded in both professional training and lived experience—practices I’ve explored deeply within myself and thoughtfully applied in my work with clients.
