The speaker expresses excitement about the potential growth of women's basketball. They ponder if the WNBA can expand and add ten teams in the next ten years, providing more opportunities for players after college. They hope for equal opportunities, higher salaries, more charters, and more teams to increase job opportunities. They are optimistic that in ten years, they will be able to answer all these questions with a "yes." scary to me to see where our game can grow. Can we expand in the WNBA? With the popularity of college sports right now, can we expand in different markets now that everyone knows there's a market for women's basketball? And so in ten years, can we add ten teams to the WNBA and grow the opportunity for women to, you know, take the next step out of college? For me, I hope that there's the growth. I hope we're equal opportunity. In college basketball, obviously, there's a demand and now it's the next level for us. Can we increase our salaries in the WNBA? Can we increase the charters? Can we increase the teams for more opportunity, more jobs? And I hope ten years from now, we can answer every one of those questions and say yes.
