I will see My Joseph Again

Mesej na fokus na mpreya na I will see my Joseph again I will see my Joseph again And this I will see my Joseph again So in other words, we need its literal, exact meaning before we can understand it and appropriate it May I say, the interpretation of this figurative speech and metaphor is necessary for us to have it, otherwise we will not know what to pray for And more so, this is the mind of God for us at this moment There are certain things that you must not miss In the stage of your life, that is, there are words that are meant for you at the moment that you miss it, your life will be in jeopardy And that is where spiritual dimension comes in You must not miss the spiritual dimension to your life The danger we are having, which is very very common, is that the higher we go in our relationship with God, the more careless we are And then, context will come, we don't stand before the Lord to say, Lord, what is your mind towards me now? I don't want to also run into this problem as Christian, that is why I am calling your attention to this A young person who has just given his life to Jesus will be seeking, Lord, let me know your will What is your mind towards me? But the moment you have been expressing God and you are growing up spiritually, you will not discover that complacency will come, contempt will come The time for you to stand before the Lord will be reducing little by little You will not believe that you are now independent The time for you to stand before the Lord will be reducing little by little Permit me to make this one point clear to you before we proceed Don't ever miss it in your journey of life There is difference between physical maturity and spiritual maturity The indices of physical maturity is quite different from the indices of spiritual maturity In the physical maturity, the indices is independent The more you can move away from your parents, the more you can stand by yourself It will be very odd for me now that I rely on my father or my mother for the affairs of my life It means I have not matured And all of us will desire that our children are matured That they do not depend on you They don't need to ask for food from you They don't need to ask for clothes from you They should be able to think by themselves Yes, that is indices of physical maturity But it is not so in the spiritual maturity And this year many of us, we got it wrong The situation in the spiritual maturity is an inverse one Why if you have matured spiritually? Rather than taking us far from God and be ready to stand by ourselves Spiritual maturity indicates that we move closer with God You will keep on moving with God You will be depending on God No step of your life will be taken without God If you want to speak to a lord, in any junction you ask And so it is a very dangerous level That when you are growing in the Lord You may make a misconception of the difference between physical maturity and spiritual maturity Do you know this is the problem that many of us as pastors we run into? We think that because we have been doing the work of God for some years We tend to assume that this is the mind of God We don't say much to God, we don't pray much to God, we don't receive from God any longer More so that we have been preaching, we are celebrated preachers So anytime see you can be called upon to preach You have done this God, you go to the people and you speak but you may not be speaking the mind of God Because you have not consulted him Please apply to everyone of us in the department that we are working The choir if you are to lead songs, will you spend time before the Lord and say Lord what are the songs that I need to sing? Or because you have spent many years as a choir you just say ah let me just go You just discover that you have worked for your Saviour and not worked for God Because God has not led you We are not some of us when we were coming up You will discover you spend more time in prayer, in fasting, in seeking the word of God before you climb the altar So and that is the reason why many of us we are no longer have relationship by the words studied, we don't study the word again We don't pray the way we are supposed to pray, we don't stand in expression Because we are mature, that is already dangerous The only thing I want to congratulate you for, especially those who are under this umbrella Either physically or virtually That we always pass across the mind of God at the session The only thing that I am praying for is that many of us will take this mind of God seriously and will work on them Let me give you a test in your mind you will understand what I am talking about At the beginning of the year, God told us what is this year for? Riding on Eagle's wing And before the year comes to an end, we stay before the Lord To receive what will be your confession this year I am praying that I give to you, I am sure we may be for some weeks in our churches If I ask how many of us have a copy of this now, you will recall that some people have thrown it away Up to now, how many of us made this convention from time to time, you will see we are very few That shows the seriousness we attach to the mind of God for us And yet you will be complaining, I have not seen the effect, I have not seen, how can you see the effect? That is the major problem we are having You consisten fast on it, you consisten study it, you think about it, don't you throw it away and say well we are finished with it, they are not pronouncing it in the church again What I am saying is that the mind of God is very important, then your attachment to the mind of God is also very important So that that mind of God will come to pass in your life If you pay a disservice on me as a pastor to just mourn the rose from and say what am I going to speak to you today, can you imagine that? I am so free today I just rushed to the podium No it is not like that, that is why I say I congratulate you but how are you responding to it? Because if you are not responding to it, to what God is saying, it is meaningless Like he has told us that he wants to do something great in your life and in my life There are certain things you have written off that you can never express in life But God says that if you can ask me, if you can pray, if you can cite the scripture, you are going to express them again So that is why I will see my Joseph again I want to see how you are responding to this I will see my Joseph again If you figure out this speech that I want to go into details with us by the word and later we come and pray on it And you need to understand it As God told us, I am a brethren in Enyo Sha They are not around to participate in the three programs that we have been doing So let us come together which we are now And there are some that are joined up virtually, they have not been able to participate in this program as they like or wanted So I will see my Joseph again Genesis chapter 48 verse 11 And Israel said to Joseph, I never expected to see your face, and behold, God has let me see your offsprings also This is the word of Jacob This is a statement with deep meaning That we must pay attention to And we must strongly desire to share and have the same experience with Jacob I want to give us background information to that statement because that is very important for you to understand In the Kingdoms version, it says this He said, Israel said unto Joseph, I have not thought to see thy face, and lo, God hath shown me also thy seed So in reality, Jacob had foreclosed the possibility of seeing Joseph again in life The story we know very well Why? Simply because the brethren of Joseph, they came with the dress of Joseph to tell Jacob that white animals have killed Joseph And you remember the story? They gave convincing proof that Joseph was no longer alive So it was 100% Joseph, Jacob was 100% right when he foreclosed the possibility of seeing Joseph again And when it was told that he was alive in chapter 45, now he did not believe them You see in verse 26 That they have to prove that Joseph was still alive As he was convinced that Joseph was killed by white animals, so they also need to convince him that indeed Joseph was alive And one of the things was the chariots that Joseph sent to go and pick his father But let me answer one question Who is Joseph to Jacob? If you know the comparison that we are doing that will make you to pray in your life Not only now, forever, until eternity, this prayer is what you should write down and be prayed If you know the comparison that we are doing that will make you to pray in your life Not only now, forever, until eternity, this prayer is what you should write down and be prayed Jacob gave birth to Joseph in old age after a lot of pressure from Rachel combined with the family intrigue at that time Jacob was not the only one who gave birth to Joseph, there were others as well I want you to understand what I have just said Much effort was made, much waiting was made by Jacob to give birth to Joseph And it is so in old age And may I also remind us of the unending rivalry that took place between Leah and Rachel So in other words, Joseph was a product of this unfortunate family sacrifice In other words, Joseph was a product of this unfortunate family sacrifice Look at it in Genesis 29 verse 31 to 35 But let me just read to us Genesis chapter 30 verse 1 to 2 and verse 22 to 24 to let you know the story behind Joseph And when Rachel saw that she and Jacob had no children, Rachel envied her sister and said unto Jacob, give me children or else I die And Jacob's anger was kindled against Rachel And he said, am I in God's stead who has withered from thee the fruit of the womb? And now when you see verse 3, Rachel was so desperate that she gave her maid to Jacob to have a child from her own side And I saw you find in verse 3 where she said to Jacob, behold my maid, behold, go in unto her and she shall bear unto my niece that I may also have children by her I believe women would be able to know the heart of a woman before she can say that they ought to go in for the maid Can you imagine that? I don't want to spend more time because we are going to a far journey So you know that there are competition between Leah and Rachel. Rachel gave the maid, Leah also began to give the maid I sympathize with Jacob. But when you get to verse 22, after a time, the Bible says, and God remembered Rachel And God asked her to go and open her womb. That is what we are doing And she conceived and bear a son and said, God has taken away my reproach So you can see Joseph now. Who is Joseph? The mother said, God has taken away my reproach by having him You can see how precious Joseph was to the family. So to Rachel, you know, and when he now had the baby, she called her name Joseph And said, the Lord shall add to me another son. So to Rachel, Joseph is God taking her reproach and shame from barrenness and uncharted challenges away But unfortunately, Rachel died while Joseph was still very very young. I want us to get the story very well Because when we ask you to pray, you must pray with understanding. The child of Joseph was under whom now? Under the father. Are you following me? I know how precious I was to my grandmother. Because I said with my grandmother, my parents just struck me with her If you want to see the another eyes of my grandmother, touch me. So also Jacob, to Joseph, you will see the special affection that he had Verse 3 of chapter 37. The Bible says now Israel, that is Jacob, loved Joseph more than all his children because he was the son of his own age And it made him a coat of many colors. Can you see the affection there? Indeed, I don't think Joseph had options to do otherwise. He must not Because Joseph was a child of his own age and he was a motherless. That is number one. Number two, it is also obvious that Joseph excelled in having the act of the well being of his father in art So how do you add line to that? If you look at verse 37, you will discover that Joseph was busy updating Jacob of the youthful exuberance of a senior brother That could endanger Jacob as a father. So you see that the father will love him. That day as Joseph brought unto his father their evil reports And so this must have endeared Joseph to the act of Jacob as a companion and informant, somebody very useful to him He was at his service all the time. And then number three thing you need to know about Joseph to Jacob is that he lived in obedience and very diligent and bold and courageous child Joseph will never take no for an answer. Look at it in verse 13 of Genesis 37 And Israel said unto Joseph, Do not thy brethren feed the flock in Jacob? Come, and I will send thee unto them. And he said, Here I am. Can you see his life? Here I am And Israel said unto Joseph, This sheikh of mine, who is a man of great power, and a man of great strength, I will send him unto you. And he said unto him, Go, I pray thee, see whether it were with thy brethren and were with thy flock, and bring me word again. Can you see that? So he sent him out of the vale of Abram and he came to shake him. This boy has never been there before. But he took up the responsibility with that question to his father So he went and he got stranded. Look at it in verse 15. And a certain man standing and below him he was wandering in the field because he did not know the way. Yet he took the assignment And the man asked him, What do you want? And he said, I seek my brethren. Tell me, I pray thee, may I feed their flock. And the man said, At the fastest end, for I ask them, say, Let us go to Toton And Joseph went after his brethren and found them in Toton. So you can see here that when he could not find his brethren, he was bored enough to continue the journey. He did not go back to his father And said, Father, I can't find my brethren. But he made sure that he delivered the message. He never said no for an answer. He convinced himself that he would not go back home without delivering the message of his father And I think another thing that was paramount in the mind of Joseph was the need to meet the needs of his brethren. He wanted the brethren to access it. If he got back, it means the brethren would be in trouble You can see who was Joseph in the family. Is this such a man to be lost? And you will not say, Where am I? I have lost somebody So all these narrations speak volumes about Joseph. And even in addition, you will see when Joseph got to the house of the Egyptians, where he was going to, you will see his character When he was in Potiphar's house, you will see his character. When he was in prison, you will see his character. When he was in the king's palace, ever relevant person, ever useful person And he was very intelligent, very diligent, a man of integrity and character. Should we lose such a person? That is what we are talking about We are talking about who is Joseph. What are you about to say? A very clever boy who will be very sharp even while he is still very young So you can see the life of Joseph. So you will see before his treacherous severeness from old, before he was severe from old, Jacob knew and related with Joseph with high expectation and the glory of the family Jacob knew Joseph as a crucial glory of him or of the family. And that is the reason why he was so passionate about him and as reckless to him And you see, he even confirmed this by his dream. And so the father had high hopes of him But unfortunately, through the evil conspiracy of his brother, they detached him, Sibion I from his father and they perfected their treacherous act in such a way that they believed that Joseph or Jacob will never see Joseph again And Joseph will never see that father again. Can you see that? So and you know how they did that? So that is the reason why in Genesis chapter 37, verses 39 to 35, the Lord did not shed the news of Joseph there lightly And you know what they did? And they took Joseph's coat and killed a kid of the dudes and gave the coat in the blood and they sent the coat of many colors and they brought it to their father and said This as we find, know now whether it is thy son's coat or not. Now verse 33, And he knew it and said, It is my son's coat, and evil beasts are before him. Joseph is without rent in pieces, and Jacob's rent is close, and put that close upon his loins, and mourn for his son many days. Can you see that? If Joseph was just an ordinary child of no use, the father would not have done that. Look at verse 35, And all the sons and all the daughters rose up to comfort him But he refused to be comforted, and he said, For I will go down into the grave unto my son mourning, thus is father's word for him. Can you see that? That was the situation of Jacob. And I want you to begin to think about this one in your life. Now this is where we are going, supernatural experience. I stretch out my hands to you, as many as find in themselves In the situation of Jacob, I speak to your life, and you are going to express supernatural dimension. There is going to be supernatural intervention in the mighty name of Jesus. You know what happened? But supernationally, he now got the news from those who brought the bad news that Joseph was still alive. The same people, like they did to blind Prathimos, people are yet, but at the same time, when God starts calling, they are the same who are known that he called you. I just want to call your attention to the character of human beings. And that is the reason why in Jeremiah chapter 17, it says, Woe is man. And when God is walking in your behalf, there is no word he cannot use. Can I speak to your life? Your adversary will become your errand boy. Some of us cannot see the end to that. Because we do not know the meaning of that prayer. I say your adversary will soon become your errand boy. In the mighty name of Jesus. So Jacob thought they were tantalizing him. But of course it was true that Joseph was still alive. I speak to your life once again. Please make sure you receive this prophetic gladiation. It is in the middle of the night. And I have spoken much about that. And in our Bible study on Wednesday, our pastor told us about sleeping. So in the night like this, if you are sleeping, you know that you are the enemy of yourself. So be alert to receive this prophetic gladiation upon your life. That those who arrange your damn fall will end up promoting you. I am saying to tell you that, that those who have arranged for your damn fall, they will end up promoting you. They will not only promote you, they will celebrate you. In the mighty name of Jesus, how the arrangement will be made is not your own. God is there for you. And I speak to your life like Paul, that every of your persecutors will become your preserver. I can see somebody standing up. Can you join him? If this prayer can come to pass in your life, especially in the dark world coming, people don't let darkness everywhere. I thank God I have moved around. I have been in churches all over. I have seen testimony. Men are the same. Persecutors are the same. Adversaries are the same. Even in what we call the educated society, where you even come of developed country. No developed country, advanced country. I still find that people are there with adversaries. Can you imagine that? They are still waging war against some people in their places of work. Can you imagine that? And that is the reason why this prayer is very important for you. Paul said, great doors have been opened before us. But there are so many adversaries. So I speak to your life. You see, once it is good for you to have freedom over some issues and that is all. I say it once again, that your adversaries who works to demote you, who gets you out of that job, who made you to learn to lose certain things that are very valuable, go home with scabbage, losing of husband, losing of wife, losing of good job, they make you to work as if you are not working. Your adversaries, I speak wherever they are, they will end up promoting you. They will end up celebrating you. And you will know where they are located. It can be in your family. But this prayer is coming to pass. In the mighty name of Jesus. And before you are here today and hear this message, you ask some persecutors, people that are persecuting you physically and spiritually. I say from my hands, by the option of the Holy Spirit, the Lord that arrested Paul, who was persecuting the church, and he made him to become the preserver. He made him to be the defender of the gospel. In the same way, that whosoever has come today, who will be persecuting you, because of what God is doing for you, or what He is going to do for you, the power of God will change them to your preserver. It will change them to your defender. In your place of work, in your family, in the society, anywhere you go, in the mighty name of Jesus, it is well with you. Can you see that? Can you see Jacob's disposition and experience? When he was told that Joseph was alive. So you can see in chapter 45 and 24, 25 to 27. Genesis 45, 25 to 27. Jacob's disposition was confirmed by his experience and expression. What was his experience and expression? The Bible says, and they went up out of Egypt, and came to the land of Canaan unto Jacob their father, and he told him, saying, Joseph is yet alive, and he is the governor of all the land of which a good news is coming your way. And the good news is coming your way. And the Bible says, and Jacob's heart fainted. Because he did not believe them. There are some of us that are going to explain the same thing. He said, eh? A minor? Can that be true of me? Eh? Joseph is alive? The one I love? How can he be? Does it mean that the lion has put him out of their mouth? How can he be? And that was why his heart fainted. Somebody fear him because he is going to surprise you. And they told him all the words of Joseph, which he had said unto them. And when he saw the wagons which Joseph had sent to carry him, it must be a special wagon, nobody must be there, nobody must ride it. And the spirit of Jacob their father revived. Now he was convinced with overwhelming evidence. And this man said, no it is enough. Joseph my son is yet alive. I will go and see him before I die. Remember, he said he will mourn to die. But the story has changed. Somebody speak to me. The story of your life will change. I said the story of your life will change. Over your work, over your spouse, over whatever that is causing you sorrow. Your story will change. In the mighty name of Jesus, that is it. And I speak to your life. For some others my voice. The longest-curtained news is coming your way now. The new news that will revive your fainting heart is coming your way. Eventually the soul of Joseph, Jacob was revived. And he convinced himself to make a trial. And that is why I will go and see him. Excuse me, can you imagine what was going on in the mind of Jacob when he was going to the land of Egypt. Can you imagine that? Can you imagine that? Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. He took the risk. Your pain will become pain in Jesus name. Before we close this message, and there will be things to pray later, but come and see the reunion and that is where we are going. That is the second thing that you need to know about Joseph. In Genesis chapter forty-three verse twenty-nine, a child named Reggie, Darius, and went up to meet his father to go and present himself unto him. And he fell on his neck and wept on his neck a good way. Can you imagine that? A child that had been erradicated at a death cross before. At the same site, God there the father. He seen the father. Oh no, I believe that you have the power of imagination. Maybe you see what was going on there. But God is telling me somebody is going to express it. I say God somebody is going to express it. In the mighty name of Jesus. And he said unto Joseph, Now let me die since I have seen thy face. Because thou art yet alive. You know at this time Jacob was one hundred and thirty years. And when the king asked him, he said he has lived his life in sorrow. But can you see this sorrow being terminated here? As you are hearing, your sorrow is being terminated. In the mighty name of Jesus. So this was a turn and ascertain for Jacob. He did not only see Joseph alone. He saw the prosperity of his children. In addition to that, In verse twenty seven, I will in fact dwell in the land of Egypt. In the country of Goshe. Look at what interests me. And the art possession therein. And you, And multiply exceedingly. In other words, Jacob in old age began to enjoy what he could not enjoy before. At this he will be able to jump up and be rejoiced in. What he thought he could never enjoy before. That he will begin to enjoy then. Because the loving son, you can see him. I stretch out my hand. A turnaround is coming your way soon, my brother. In the mighty name of Jesus. Your latter years is going to be more prosperous than your former ones. No matter how great and prosperous is your former and present life. God tells me to you. That your later years is going to be greater. Because that was what happened to Jacob. Because he saw his Joseph again. Can you imagine that? Joseph was a king. He would have died in mystery in old age. But supernaturally, God did not allow that. And you can see the last moment of Jacob. Can you see it now? In verse 28 of chapter 47. And Jacob lived in the land of Egypt 17 years. So the old age of Jacob was 147 years. Can you see that? So by implication, the last 17 years out of 147 was overshadowed with grace and the mystery of 130 years. Can you see that? But now the joy, the prosperity of the 17 years was overshadowed with the mystery of 130 years. Does that mean something to you? I say your later years is going to be better. In Yoruba we say, Oso kini, Oso juwek beru odalo, A single day of rain or rainy is far better than many years of drought. Your rain will come. I say your rain will come. You say that shall be a shower of blessings. Receive your shower of blessings. In the mighty name of Jesus, don't wait to spend your years in mystery exterminator. In the mighty name of Jesus, don't wait to spend your years in mystery exterminator. And you know what? Now Jacob passed across to Joseph how he wanted to be buried. Jacob, he said, draw near to me. And he called himself Joseph. And he said to me, if you now have found grace in that time, good, I pray thee, that I can go back that time and live kindly and truly with me. Bury me not, I pray thee in Egypt. But I will lie with my fathers and those that carry me out of Egypt. And bury me in their very place. And he said, I will do as what I said. What if Joseph was not there? You can see what will have happened. There will be no good burial for this man. So Jacob passed the opportunity to prepare for his burial. Contrary to his earlier thoughts, to die and be buried without Joseph. But now, it is the same Joseph that carried his burial. I believe you understand that meaning. A man who has died, who has been buried, and has been buried without Joseph. Can you imagine that? I have seen people like that. Some people have said, you have not imagined it. Can I speak to you? That lamentation will not be yours. Can you imagine that? You children, raise up your hands. Come out your hands. What will make you to lose your parents? And make you to become an orphan? They are now throwing you from one place to the other. You have never been to an experience like that. If your father is alive, this marriage will have been so good to you. I wish my father is here. Children, stand on your feet. I want to put that mark upon your life. Children, stand on your feet. Stretch out your hands. That will never happen to you. In the mighty name of Jesus. Amen. Amen. Children, I want you to realize who is Joseph. Who is Joseph? Joseph, when you say, I will see my Joseph again, you will know the areas you need to pray. You will need to pray. You need Joseph in the beginning of your life. You need Joseph in the middle of your life. You need Joseph at the latter age. Somebody will take care of you when you are old. That is what Joseph means. But do you know what happened here was contrary to human plan? The bread did not want it to come to pass. But it came to pass. The will of God is coming to pass in your life. In the mighty name of Jesus. Can I stretch out my hands unto you? If you are ready to receive. Every contract you are addressing against your life. Is supernaturally overstored to your favor in the name of Jesus. I speak to your life. Your old age will not be tormented. In the mighty name of Jesus. God will keep you alive as needful. And make everything to you. Your departure from this earth will be in good old age. And it will be very pleasurable. I speak to your life. In old age. The service of both your biological and spiritual children will joyfully be at your service. Hail the mighty name of Jesus. It is well with you. So who is Joseph? Who is Joseph? Symbolically. Write them down. From what he has said. From this exposition. Joseph represents your joy. Joseph represents your strength. Joseph represents your pleasure. Joseph represents your hope. Joseph represents the service of a compassionate person to you. Joseph represents your glorious future. Joseph represents somebody who will secure your graceful old age. Joseph represents your confidence. Joseph represents the pillar of befitting burial for you. Joseph is the quick hand of God. Number two. Like what happened to Joseph. From my consipracy and the work of adversary. Can or may asscort to your assets to all. You are deprived of assets to all what you need to get from your Joseph. But now God supernaturally is bringing them to you. And through supernatural power of God. You will see your Joseph again. And you will enjoy the benefit of your Joseph. If Jacob can express this supernatural turnaround. Oh, it is the son of Larry. It is the son of Fabian. It is the son of Isidore. It is the son of Aujesuko. It is the son of Jacob. It is the son of Thalonipe. It is the son of Akinkomi. Who is that again? Can you mention your name? Oh, it is my turn. Can you be on your feet? So it is your turn. Or can you say it after me? It is my turn to enjoy joy. To enjoy stress. To enjoy pleasure. To enjoy hope. To enjoy the service of the unfortunate destiny of man. To enjoy confidence again. To enjoy the magic of Jesus. You see the graceful old age arrangement already destroyed. That that they have already been destroyed. But supernaturally, as you see your Joseph, he shall be revealed again. He shall be restructured again. You will enjoy it again. And that is why Joseph said, that Joseph said to Joseph, I am not taught to see thy face, although God has shown me also thy seat. God surpassed his desire. He met Joseph again. Can you close your eyes right now? I want to see the understanding of this message to you. I will be looking to make confession. I will see my Joseph again. I believe you know the meaning of Joseph now. In my early age I will see my Joseph. In my middle age I will see my Joseph. In my latter year I will see my Joseph. And we will enjoy my Joseph. I believe you are afraid. I will enjoy my Saint Joseph. I will see my Joseph again. What is it that I have been taking away from you? Just say I will see my Joseph again. I will see my Joseph again. My old age is secured. My old age is secured. There is no reason why you will be afraid again. I am going to live a graceful old age. No matter what I am passing through now. My old age is secured. As from today, my sorrow over my Joseph is terminated. I believe you are afraid wherever you are. My sorrow over Joseph is terminated. Once upon a time, Jacob asked sorrow over Joseph. But that was terminated in a supernatural way. Declare it to yourself that my sorrow over Joseph is terminated in the name of Jacob. If you declare it very loud and clear, every arrangement to end my life with sorrow is hereby terminated. It can only be done supernaturally. Jacob cannot help himself. If a God can help himself, there is a supreme dimension to your life. And that is why you are afraid right now.
