The control panel screen allows operators to monitor the equipment's functions. It displays temperature values, cycle status, fault status, and operating mode. The burn timer status shows the progress of the burn cycle. The chamber fan operations have buttons to allow or inhibit the primary burner fan. Indicative pictures show the status of different functions like the air fan, burner, ID fan, scrubber pump, and dosing. Operators should be cautious when disabling the fan while the chamber is hot to avoid damage. The control panel screen is essential for monitoring the equipment during operation. Next page on your control panel is your control panel screen. From your control panel screen you can monitor all the functions operational on your equipment. From your control panel screen you can see several icons on your screen. So on your right side you can see all the temperature values of your primary chamber, secondary chamber and your scrubber. Next to it you can see the cycle status. So depending upon what status the machine is operating it will be indicating on your cycle status screen. So if it's a preheat cycle it will be showing preheat cycle. If it's a burn cycle it will be showing burn cycle. If it's a cool down cycle it will be showing cool down cycle. So based on the sequence of operations it will be indicating on your cycle status screen which cycle is the machine currently operating on. Below the cycle status is your fault status screen. The fault status screen shows any fault associated with the equipment. For example if there is a thermocouple failure it will be showing on your fault status screen there is a thermocouple fault. Accordingly if there is a fault on your scrubber pump or an ID fan whichever the fault is it will be showing on your fault status screen. So accordingly you can monitor the fault and then rectify the issue. Then reset the alarm from your control panel and then carry on with your cycles. Below the fault status screen is your operating mode. In this control panel there are two operating modes. One is your bypass and other is your scrubbers. So according to which option you want to operate the machine the operator need to choose. So if they don't want the scrubber to be as default then the control panel is operating in the scrubber mode. So if the operator do not wish to operate the scrubber and need to operate the machine in bypass mode then they can press the bypass icon on the operating mode. And if you press the bypass mode then the bypass damper will be opening and then the scrubber will be shutting down and the machine will operate only with its primary and secondary chamber. Next to it is your burn timer status. So on your burn timer status it will be showing which status is currently the burn cycle progressing either it is below burn stage or if it is the high burn stage. And what's the time elapsed it will be showing on your burn timer status. Below is your chamber fan operations. So there you can see two buttons saying allow and inhibit. So if you need to turn off your primary burner fan during the preheat cycle then you can turn off the primary burner fan by pressing the inhibit button. When you press the inhibit button you will be seeing a message popping up saying the disabling the fan when the chamber is hot may cause irreparable damages on the burner. This is to make the operator aware that do not operate this option if the chamber is hot only operate this option if the chamber is cold and if you operate with the chamber being hot then the heat will travel back to the burner causing damages. Below you can see indicative pictures of different functions. First is your primary air fan. So if your primary air fan is on then it will be showing a green light on the icon and if the primary burner is on it will be showing the flame on on your screen and if your secondary burner is on then the flame on will be indicating on and if your ID fan is running it will be showing ID fan on from the screen and if your scrubber pump is running it will be showing on an indication and the scrubber pump is on and when your scrubber second stage is on it will be showing on the display the second stage is on. When your scrubber dosing is on it will be showing the scrubber dosing is on on the display. So this control panel screen is normally the screen that the operator will be monitoring during the general operation of the equipment.
