I come from an engineering and legal background and we believe in providing solutions which are not standard cookie cutters. I'm very passionate about property myself, so I share whatever I feel is a good product or a solution which I would like to buy for myself and I share that. As Amit mentioned, Koala Invest is into providing residential investment solutions for our clients and when it comes to value addition and what Amit mentioned adding to that, as we are not the cookie cutters, when we say we add value, which means we understand the circumstances and situation of the client and the value comes from making sure that they have a stable investment property, decent capital growth and also rental yield. Yeah, look, the main focus is always on looking for positive cash flows. That's what we believe in, right? And if you can also have capital growth along with it, then that's a double whammy. We have had good success. You know, we have gone regional instead of focusing on the cities. As much as cities are good, but you know, I tend to believe that if you go a bit far away from the major cities in Australia, there is a tendency that you may be able to get better return and rental yield compared to, you know, what cities are giving at the moment. We started with Central Coast, moved on to Newcastle, Central West, then expanded in Queensland, Southeast Queensland, up north, Fraser Coast, and now we're also in Perth. The mantra is simple. I firmly believe it's a good starting point. You know, you can get into the property market quickly, easily if you know where to invest, what regions to look for.
