Good morning everyone, myself Dr. Shilpi Dhali working as assistant professor in Vikram Dev University, Orissa. I want to speak something about the experience of the faculty development program I attended recently. It was an awesome experience attending this innovative and informative session. I learned a lot as a participant and got scope to interact with the highest scale resource persons which indeed boosted my confidence and knowledge on the effective use of techno-pedagogical tools. I enjoyed everything from the anchor's work of introduction to the presentation and closing remarks. It was a highly interactive training and I can't wait to incorporate the things I learned for a productive result in my teaching learning process.
