The session ends with the word "Namaste." In a moment I'm going to count from 1 to 5 and at the count of 5 I'm going to gently rouse you from this place of comfort and warmth and allow you to enjoy the rest of your day. But for now, for now you rest. One. Two. Three. Four. And five. And very gently stay lying down or in your seated position and start to wiggle your fingers and your toes. Get some movement into the hips and the shoulders. Take a couple of deep breaths. Have a good stretch but stay in your comfortable position. Start to open your eyes. Bring your attention back to the breath. To the rising forward of the belly and the chest. Continue to breathe deeply. Become aware of your surroundings once again. And when you're ready, very gently and very slowly bring yourself into a seated position ready to enjoy the rest of your day. Namaste.
