To stretch your calf, heel, and sole of the foot, sit in a chair and cross one leg over the other. Hold the foot of the crossed leg and pull back, keeping good posture. Breathe comfortably and hold the stretch for 10 seconds, repeating 10 times. Then switch to the other leg. crossover fascia stretch. Sit in a chair and cross one leg over the other. Grab the foot of the leg that is crossed over the base leg. Holding at the toe, pull back on the foot, stretching at the calf, heel and sole of the foot. Hold the stretch for approximately 10 seconds. Do not hold your breath. Breathe comfortably, making sure to exhale where you're stretching. Hold at least for 10 seconds, 10 repetitions. Cross over into the other leg. Make sure when you have your foot not to have your back bowed over, but sit with good posture, neck aligned, straight in the back with the head.
