Welcome to the unimaginable in the dark. The name of the case is The Chase. My name is Gage and today here I have Sinai and Caleb with me. Hello fellow listeners. Today we'll be talking about the Kaitlyn Spencer case. Kaitlyn was a 14 year old girl who had just moved with her family. She was not able to start school right away since there was no available spots. Kaitlyn began looking in a local ad paper for a job that was hiring. She came across a modeling job on the paper. Kaitlyn contacts the phone number listed on the ad. She speaks with a man named Gordon. They agree to meet at Kaitlyn's place to take photos. Once Gordon arrives they begin taking photos when all of a sudden Gordon asks Kaitlyn to take off her top. Gordon then asks Kaitlyn to show him her room but Kaitlyn was too nervous to show him her room so she takes Gordon to her parents' room. That was when Gordon raped Kaitlyn in her parents' bedroom. Kaitlyn was horrified and wanted to tell her parents what had happened to her but Gordon had threatened that if she was to tell her parents what happened that he would say that she was the one who wanted it and invited him into their home. Gordon would come and pick Kaitlyn up at all hours of the night, like 1 or 2 in the morning. Kaitlyn's parents never thought anything of it just as they were just normal cab drivers. Gordon was selling Kaitlyn to Pakistani men who would rape her and use her for whatever they needed. The Pakistani men that Kaitlyn was having sex with were usually violent, racist, and didn't use protection. They were racist because she was a white girl and they didn't believe that white women were worthy. Well, Kaitlyn ended up contracting multiple STDs and because of this they were usually untreated because she would just continue having sex and then she would recontract them again. Kaitlyn also ended up getting an eating disorder and ended up getting pregnant by one of the men. Well, once Gordon found out that she was pregnant, he took her to have an abortion so she could continue doing her job of having sex. Well, Gordon eventually sold her off to a new abuser who ended up being a Nazi and her new abuser made her have sex with more men than Gordon did. They kept her in confined spaces and they denied her access to the bathroom most of the time before seeing the next man. Well, after her 11th pregnancy she gave birth to two children and she had multiple suicide attempts but was never successful. She also had family members in Australia she would visit from time to time and ask for help but they never would. Her first trip was a trip to go see an aunt that she thought would help her change her attitude and become a better person. Her parents were hoping for this too. All her aunt saw her as was an experiment though. Her second trip to Australia didn't go the best at all either. She went to meet a guy online who would help her escape being a sex slave. She later finds out that this guy is a supreme Nazi and wanted to marry Kaitlyn right away. The only way that happened was if she got a card saying that she would live in Australia. Her now Nazi husband knew a way to get her one and even offered her a receptionist job. None of this lasted for long though due to her so-called husband's order for sex. She was held captive in the sex trade for a while until the Australian government appointed her back to England to escape her abusers. We always tell our kids to watch who they talk to on the internet, who they give their address and their phone numbers to but we never actually make sure that they aren't doing those things. So guys, just please talk to your kids, make sure they're safe. Well, when we eventually have kids. And if you did like this true crime story, the name of the book is Please Let Me Go by Kaitlyn Spencer. She did a great job of going into detail and not only talking about her abusers but also talking about her victim story. Thank you for listening. I hope you guys have a good day. And always, don't forget, the chase never ends.
