If you're spending $5,000 or more on a marketing agency and not seeing any return on investment (ROI), you're being scammed. Here's why: assuming the marketer takes half the money, you should have $2,500 for ad spend. With conservative numbers, this should generate 25 leads and 3 closed deals, resulting in a $10,000 ROI. Even with these conservative numbers, if you're not seeing any ROI, it's time to switch agencies. If you're spending $5,000 a month or more on a marketing agency and you're not getting any ROI, then you are being scammed. Let me break it down for you real quick. Let me break down for you how much you should be making if you're spending that much. It should only take you one or two roofing jobs to break even if you're spending $5,000 a month. Assuming the marketer takes a hefty 50% and pockets $2,500 for himself, that leaves $2,500 towards the ad spend. Assuming you have an extremely conservative cost per lead at $100 and the roofer has an extremely conservative close rate as well at 10%, then from that $2,500 you would generate 25 leads and the roofer would close 10% of those, so he would close 2.5 or I'll just round it to 3. So you would close 3 at $5,000 a pop totaling $15,000 profit minus the initial $5,000 investment totaling the ROI at $10,000. Those are with very conservative numbers, assuming that the marketer even pocketed 50% of the money you gave him. So if you're spending $5,000 a month or more on a marketing agency and you're not getting any ROI, then you are definitely being scammed. It's time to switch. So if you're spending $5,000 a month or more on a marketing agency and you're not getting any ROI, then you are being scammed. So if you're spending $5,000 a month or more on a marketing agency and you're not getting any ROI, then you are being scammed. Then you're being scammed. Okay. Alright. Dude.
