From here he goes on to a very brief history of the UFO phenomena and how he started, and he starts talking about the Tic Tac video saying that UFOs were never taken seriously until this video was authenticated by the Department of Defense as real, which led to the creation of the All Domain Anomalous Resolution Office, which is something I didn't, which is something I didn't know.
