As one who leads our services every week, I was asking the Lord one evening as I was preparing for service: "Father, what can I bring to You, that will bless Your heart? ... what can I bring to Your people?" As I sat with my guitar - Psalm 147 staring back at me - its words suddenly coming to life ~ first my voice, then my guitar. I wept as I sang before Him, His beauty washing over me: the One who counts the stars and rules the cosmos is the very same One who heals our broken hearts.
