The speaker encourages listeners to hang in there during trials and tribulations, using a verse from Psalms to remind them to give their burdens to the Lord. They have authority over their situations and can speak to negative spirits to depart. Jesus came to give abundant life, peace, and joy. The promises of God include never leaving or forsaking us. The speaker encourages listeners to walk by faith and hold onto Jesus during storms, as He will pull them up. They remind listeners that they can do all things through Christ and that the Holy Spirit enables victory. The speaker concludes with a prayer and offers prayer and a listening ear to listeners. This is Robin from New Generation Christian Family Matters. Thank you for tuning in to our podcast. In my spirit today, I just want to take a few moments just to encourage you, encourage you people of God to hang in there. We know that right now we're going through trials and tribulations. We know that there may be times that you feel weak, you feel unstable, you feel like life has just thrown the worst at you. And I was just reading in Psalms, the sixth chapter in the second verse where David probably felt that way. I said, have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am weak. He could have easily said, I'm feeling discouraged, I'm feeling distressed, I'm feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, troubled. And then that verse goes on to say, O Lord, heal me. And that's what the Lord requires of us when we feel like we're at rock bottom, when we feel like we can't go forward, when we feel that we can't run this race like we want to. Give it to the Lord and just let it go. And I know that's probably the hardest thing to do because we want to feel like we're in control. Verse eight of that same chapter says, depart from me, all you workers of iniquity. And I believe when I read that scripture, we could speak to our situation. We could speak to that situation in the name of Jesus to depart from me. Spirit of depression, depart from me. Spirit of anxiety, fear, and the spirit of feeling hopeless, the spirit of heaviness of heart, soul, and mind, we could speak to those entities, speak to that spirit of confusion, of low self-esteem, and just say, depart from me in the name of Jesus. I really believe that when we stand on the Word of God, that He has given us authority over our situation, that God has given us authority over witchcraft and authority over demonic influence. We as the children of God have that authority in the name of Jesus. That verse goes on to say, for the Lord has heard my voice, hears our supplication, He hears our request, and the Lord will make a way out of no way. He will hear our prayer, He will answer because He loves us and He cares for us. And I know that all we have to do is stand up on His Word and if your faith is shaky, just say, Lord, increase my faith in the name of Jesus. Because that's why Jesus came, He came to give us life more abundantly. He came to give us His peace that passes all human understanding. He came to give us His joy, and the Bible says that His joy gives us strength. He came that we might experience deliverance from strongholds in our lives. Praise the Lord. He came that we could give our burdens to Him, that He said in Scripture that His burden is light. We can exchange it, He can give us all that He has for us to make us new, to make us more like Him, to give us His might, and we can give Him our problems. That's why Jesus came, that we might have life and that much more abundantly. In Jeremiah 17 and 14, the Scripture says, Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed. That's the present act of faith, save me and I will be saved. I just want to remind you of the promises of God. He is our refuge, our strength, our very present help. I want to encourage you to be strong in the Lord and to stand on His promises. His promise is to never leave you or forsake you. Thank you, Lord, for Scripture. Thank you for Your Word. Thank you for Your love. Thank you for Your deliverance. Thank you for our salvation. We just praise Him right now. We lift Him up. We encourage each and every one of you to walk by faith and not by what you see. We know that sometimes on the sea of life, during the heavy storms that might come our way, we might feel that we're going to go under. We may feel like we can't make it over to the other side for safety. But Jesus is reaching down, and all we have to do is look up to Him and hold onto His hand and watch Him pull us up. I'll praise the Lord. They who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run and not be wearied. They shall walk and not faint. You can do all things through Christ who gives you the strength. And the Holy Spirit will enable you and me to walk in victory. Thank you, dear God, for this podcast. Dear God, that You love us. We thank You, dear God, for all that You are, that we might have the right of the tree of life, that we may experience Your joy and experience Your peace. We thank You, dear God, and we praise You. In the name of Jesus, we praise You. Amen. This is Robin from New Generation Christian Family Matters. If you need prayer, please contact us. If you have something to say, I promise we'll listen.
