Children of God From a foundational world What about you, babe? Sometimes I feel tired The road seems so hard Though this body gets weak Lord, you won't reach for me Lord, you are my strength So I know I can carry on I feel like my way When it seems like all is gone So I won't stop till you say My work is through I know I can make it This journey is how I'll decide it I won't be afraid Cause fear has no place in my life I believe what you say Doubt has no place in my mind The loss I've found I'm no easy to crown Child of God And I feel alone Like I'm running straight on my own You take my hand And you're taking your breath away But you are my life My fortune and my strong town You are love You choose to break You hold on I won't stop till you say My work is through I know I can make it This journey is how I'll decide it I won't be afraid Cause fear has no place in my life I believe what you say Doubt has no place in my mind The loss I've found I'm no easy to crown Child of God The radiance and the glory of your presence is what we need and desire right now When your glory and power rains down all fear, evil and darkness will flee When your glory and power rains down there is healing of soul, mind and body When your glory, oh Lord, rains down there is revival and restoration And Lord, we need that now Even in your presence, oh Lord is the fullness of joy, forgiveness, love and your peace We are your children, oh God You called us out of darkness into your marvelous light Now even though we're living in troubled times We're hearing about wars and rumors of war There's gun violence There is increasing lawlessness And even in Paul's writing In the last days, men will be lovers of money unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving without self-control And we know that list goes on and on Not only that, men and women are stressed out living in fear and anxiety Oh God, have mercy on mankind and this generation We may be hard-pressed on every side But your word said we are not crushed We may become perplexed But we're not in despair Persecuted, but not abandoned by your spirit We may be struck down But we are not destroyed My brother, my sister, don't lose heart We may be getting older on the outside Yet inwardly, we are being renewed day by day For our light and momentary troubles achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all So fix your eyes on Jesus Keep Him in your focus Hold to His unchanging hand My sister and brother, don't give up No matter what challenges you face or what you're going through God is able to help you and He will work it out We are confident of this that God truly cares for His own What a privilege to bring our concerns and needs to the Lord So I encourage you to continue to trust God Jeremiah 29 and 11 says For I know the plans I have for you Plans to prosper you and not to harm you Plans to give you hope and a future So my friends, you can trust God to be true to His promises God's mercy, love and peace flows from the throne of grace and His promise to you and me is that He will strengthen us, sustain us and He will never leave us or forsake us Praise the Lord Oh how He loves you and oh how He loves me I praise Him and I glorify Him I lift Him up The psalmist said I will bless the Lord at all times and His praise will continually be in my mouth Yes Lord, You are high and lifted up I stand in awe of You You are Spirit and the Bible says I must worship You in spirit and in truth You are the God of my righteousness You are love You are a God that is gracious and righteous full of compassion In 1 John 1 and 5 God is light and in Him is no darkness Our God is holy God is our refuge and strength a very present help in times of trouble Lord, You are our healer You are faithful and the psalmist says You are a way maker You enlarge me, enable me and You fill me with Your precious Holy Spirit I know, I know I can do all things because You give me the strength the endurance that I need I can and will run this Christian journey with purpose and confidence because I trust in You The Bible says No weapon formed against me will prosper So with the full armor of God I can fight the spiritual battle before me I can run through troops and leap over walls that block my purpose and advancement Thank You Lord for being my Thank You for the shield that is around me and the Bible says You are the lifter of my head Praise the Lord Praise the Lord This is Robin from New Generation Christian Family Matters Hope you enjoyed this episode If you need prayer, please contact us If you have something to say, we will listen God bless I won't be afraid Fear has no place in my life I believe what You said Doubt has no place in my mind I lost, I was found Anointed and crowned A child gone When I lost with a sound You anointed and crowned Children died Yes, You are It loves Your name Stay strong Can never change Keep Your hand up Child of God
