I'm your host Amir, a curious and inquisitive software and cloud architecture professional with about a decade and a half of experience in the field. In today's episode, I want to set the stage for Road to Cloud podcast. I want to talk about what this podcast will be. And I also want to talk a little bit about myself. So what will Road to Cloud podcast be? Road to Cloud is a companion to the blog on my website, theroadtocloud.com. Road to Cloud will be a podcast that dives into the world of all kinds of stuff, innovation, technology, personal journeys. I'd like to explore the latest industry trends as well as have conversations about real and tangible cloud and application solutions. I would also like to dig into the fascinating intersection of technology, creativity and personal life to go beyond just cloud and technology, DevOps, etc. But I'm also not just about creating cloud and architecture solutions, a little bit about myself. Outside of work, I, of course, enjoy spending time with family and friends. I'm also an avid drinker of hot and cold brews. I drink a lot of coffee to stay awake. I've got kids, and I'm sure anybody who has kids can relate. I also like to drink beer, all kinds of beer, actually, as long as it's a lager or a pilsner. IPAs are probably my least favorite, but lager, pilsner, kolsch, love it. On the hobby side, you might catch me strumming the guitar, keeping up with the latest news, especially international news, or immersing myself in all kinds of car literature. I also love to watch YouTube videos about cars. So that's it. That's a little bit about what Road to Cloud is going to be. That's a little bit about myself.
