Nothing to say, yet
The speaker is Reverend Mary from Alonzo Way Ministries. She discusses the importance of knowing and understanding the word of God, particularly in a world where what is good is often considered bad and vice versa. She warns against accepting everything the world throws at us and emphasizes the significance of discerning the spirit. She then delves into a sermon about Isaiah 53, highlighting the sacrifice and forgiveness brought by Jesus Christ. She also touches on the concept of generational lies and deceit that have kept people from knowing the truth about Jesus. Overall, she emphasizes the power and love of God and encourages listeners to seek knowledge and understanding. Good evening, people. This is the evening of October the 2nd on a Monday, year 2023. It is good to be saved and sanctified and filled with the Holy Ghost on this day, Prince God. This is Reverend Mary coming to you in the holy name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, from Alonzo Way Ministries, and this ministry was given to me by Heavenly Father August 14, 2006. And as a disciple of Christ, I am bound in the spirit of love and obedience to the will of God. To go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, and that scripture can be found in chapter 28 of Matthew, verse 19. Okay, let us get started right now. My sermon is entitled, The Holy Bible, Word of Deliverance for All People. The Holy Bible, Word of Deliverance for All People. No greater truth has ever been spoken. Praise God. And first of all, I want to give you kind of something to just think about. You know how in this world now, you know, what's good is bad and what's bad is good. It's all just shrouded with darkness. But in order for you to know what is right, what is wrong, what is acceptable to God, you have to know what God's word is. And now in this generation, they've taken the word, the name goat. You know, goat is an animal. It's just one of God's creatures. But that goat symbolically means something in scripture. And it's not good. And anything that's not good, if you believe in God, you trust the word of God and you love Christ, don't accept just anything that the world throws at you. Know what to keep and what to throw out. You got to try the spirit. I want you to know that they're using goat as some kind of terminology here now. Let me tell you what Google says. Goat stands for greatness of all times. Goat is an Internet slang initialism used to compliment athletes, musicians, or other celebrities. This is according to Google, Google search. And Google search says it's trending. It's another form of deceiving lies in the world. But look at here. It's an unfortunate example of what's going on in the world today. What's right is wrong and what's wrong is right. God forbid. This is what Matthew 25, 31, 34. Matthew chapter 25, verse 31 through 34, praise God, has to say about the goat. And this is the words written in red. And we all know that the words written in red in the Holy Bible is Jesus speaking. Glory to God. When the son of man shall come in his glory and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory. And before him shall be gathered all nations and he shall separate them one from another as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And he shall set the sheep on the right hand but the goats on the left. Then the king shall say to them on his right hand, Come ye blessed of my father. Inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. I just wanted to share that with you to let you know that it may be symbolic, but that symbolism has great, great meaning. Look out and be aware of what you accept in this world. The Holy Bible, word of deliverance for all people. And folks, Jesus is the fruit of the Spirit. Let us go to Isaiah 53. Now I want you to follow me. No shortcuts because I do not want you to miss anything. This word is profound, so plain, so filled with knowledge. And it promotes understanding. You know, we serve almighty God. Come on. Let us talk about Jesus. Okay. Okay. Let me take a moment to say this. I cannot imagine preaching about the evil that is in this world, born into this world, when the enemy used the first man and the first woman to bring death by sin to destroy life. I cannot conceive of talking about this evil, venomous beast without giving you the antidote. Praise God. Let me tell you about Jesus. I am going to present to you Isaiah 53 in layman's terms. I will not disrespect our God by, you know, adding or taking away anything from the meaning of his amazing word. He loves you and I do too. I will not cheat you. I preach from the King James Version, the ancient word, the ancient translation. And of course, in English, I have the good news that uses words that mean the same, but in lay person's terms, less eloquent, but with understanding for this generation. Please bear with me. This is good fruit. Makes me love the Lord and his Christ even more. Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. Open your hearts, people. This is beautiful. The people replied, who would have believed what we now report? Who could have seen the Lord's hand in this? It was the will of the Lord that his servant grow like a plant, taking root in dry ground. He had no dignity or beauty to make us take notice of him. There was nothing attractive about him, nothing that would draw us to him. We despised him and rejected him. He endured suffering and pain. No one ever looked at him. We ignored him as if he were nothing, but he endured the suffering that should have been ours. The pain that we should have bore. All the while he thought that, all the while we thought that his suffering was punishment by God, but because of our sins, he was wounded, beaten, because of the evil we did. We are healed by the punishment he suffered. Somebody needs to say thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Made whole by the blows he received. All of us were like sheep that were lost. Each of us going his own way, but the Lord made the punishment fall on him. The punishment all of us deserved. He was treated harshly, but endured it humbly. He never said a word. Like a lamb about to be slaughtered, like a sheep about to be sheared, he never said a word. He was arrested and sentenced and led off to die, and no one cared about his fate. He was put to death for the sins of our people. He was placed in a grave with those who are evil, he was buried with the rich, even though he had never committed a crime or ever told a lie. The Lord says, it was my will that he should suffer. His death was a sacrifice to bring forgiveness, and so he will see his descendants. He will live a long life, and through him, my purpose will succeed. Praise God. After a life of suffering, he will again have joy. He will know that he did not suffer in vain. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Father. My devoted servant, with whom I am pleased, will bear the punishment of many, and for his sake, I will forgive them. Somebody say amen. Amen. And so I will give him a place of honor, a place among the great and powerful. He willingly gave his life and shared the fate of evil men. Thank you, Jesus. He took the place of many sinners and prayed that they might be forgiven. Oh, praise God. The Word of God for the people of God. Thank you, Jesus. I have been led by the Holy Spirit to center today's sermon around Isaiah 53, mainly because of something that I learned recently. I have preached on the subject of generational curses. How detrimental. How detrimental. That is my focus. It is turned to generational lies that people have told their children for over 2,000 years to keep them from knowing the truth about Jesus. Who he is. Why he left his glory seat in heaven with his father. And why he came into this dark, evil world. What he has done for all of mankind. Why for generations after generations they were purposely kept in darkness. Last week, folks, I came across the video done by a Jewish brother in Christ who really helped me to understand more about generational lies and deceit and for what purpose. And why Isaiah 53 is astronomically more meaningful today for me because I have always loved that scripture, but today it resonated more meaningfully in my heart because of what I have learned. Oh, let me tell you, man. Knowledge is power for real. Praise God. You know, he said following Yeshua is the most Jewish thing I can do. This is what this young man said. He said, following Yeshua is the most Jewish thing I can do. Stay with me now. This is good. This is what he was told to do. Shave your head. Dress all in black. Wear a white robe. Eat only kosher food. Become a vegetarian. You face Jerusalem. He said you've got to face India when you pray. You pray only in Hebrew. Grow a nice beard. And if you do all of those outward cultural things, you'll discover the God of the universe. Lord have mercy. He said, now I'm thinking this is crazy that some think they can force their culture on God and that God is going to be impressed with what you wear, what direction you face when you pray, what you eat, and all these sort of things. He then said, it seemed to me if there was a God out there that could be known he should be able to recognize no matter what direction you face no matter how you dress because he's God. He then said that growing up he said they always understood that they had their own Bible and that the Gentiles had their own Bible. Stay with me now people. Generationalize. They are savage. Lord have mercy. In reality he was being taught that there was a separate God for the Jews and the Gentiles. The Gentile Bible is the New Testament according to the way he was taught and they were two completely separate books. Wow. Lord have mercy. Because the only people he said I know in public schools who believed in Jesus were Italian Catholic. You know I imagine that he said I imagine that Jesus was Italian. So the actual understanding that he was Jewish was a shock and to hear that the New Testament was written by Jews he said I couldn't believe it. Now he said my expectation was that the New Testament was like my grandparents had taught me. Now listen to this. It was a book on how to persecute the Jews. It is something that you should stay away from son. And he said this you know that when you are told to stay away from something you know curiosity gets the better of you and especially when you're a kid and you just got to see it. You got to find out for yourself. He said when I opened the New Testament I was expected to find a handbook on how to persecute the Jews. My grandparents had warned me that it was written by people who killed the Jews. That is what I was expected to see. Lord have mercy. And yet when I opened it he said I am reading a story about Jews written by Jewish people. You know I can imagine that young man was excited. Lord have mercy. He said the New Testament was a fascinating book. He said I was in the library and as I opened the book he said I kind of looked around you know kind of scrunched down and he said make sure that not any of my friends saw me taking a Christian Bible off the shelf. I opened it. Here is the first sentence. It said this is the genealogy of Jesus, the Messiah, the son of David, the son of Abraham. Three people on that genealogy. They all Jewish. They were all Jewish. He said I was very shocked. As I continued to read I am reading the story of a Jewish man born in a Jewish village in a Jewish country and one day walked into a synagogue and announced that he is the Messiah. Praise God. He said the more I read the word of Jesus the more I became attracted to him. I understand that. Praise God. To him. He said it was a beautiful it was as beautiful as anything I had ever read in any other part of the Bible. As I came to faith that Yeshua excuse me I got to get this right now. Y'all forgive me if I don't pronounce this too well. Jesus one of Jesus' beautiful names. That Jesus was the Messiah. If it was clear that it was the most Jewish thing it became clear to me that it was the most Jewish thing that I could do. He said it was the most Jewish thing you could ever do. Praise God. This is not a person who is a renegade to our people. This is one who is promised in our book and he's referring to the Jewish Bible. The 53rd chapter in the book of Isaiah is astonishing he said. If you would just read that chapter without the Bible being around you would say this is not some Christian Bible. This is Jesus. When you realize it is in the middle of our Bible. Our Jewish Bible. When I first came to faith I dare not tell my dad. This is what he said. Because this is a time period in the 1970s where there was lots of gurus, cults and he was warned about getting involved in some crazy thing. His father was afraid that it might happen. He's right. Everywhere you looked it was Hare Christians and all kinds of people out there. So I waited for months and when I finally told him he was very skeptical. On his own though. He started to read about Jesus as well about it and he said as well. And about a year and a half later he said I told him the fellow who had written one of the books he had read was giving a lecture in New York. So he agreed to come with him and hear that person and one of the most amazing moments in my life he said this is one of the most amazing moments. The speaker said everyone here who is a Jewish believer in Jesus would you raise your hand? And he said I raised my hand. He also said Glory to God. My dad also raised his hand. He then said I looked over at Pop and I said he didn't say what all the Jews raised their hand. He said what all the Jewish believers in Jesus raised their hand. My dad looked over and said yes I heard I heard what he said. Praise the Lord. What he said the decision to come to faith in Jesus as a Messiah was not something like a momentary lark. It wasn't something that was a passing fad. He said I couldn't see I couldn't see changes he said I could see praise God I could see changes in myself. Praise the Lord. That I knew was not from within myself in other words wasn't his doing. I had tapped into a truth for our Jewish people that was very powerful. And this man is from chosen people's ministry you can find them on YouTube. Powerful stuff. And that testimony was like an earthquake in my soul. Praise the Lord. Talk about the light coming on getting brighter. Thank you Jesus to be a part of something so great so powerful takes me back to a scripture where a woman came to Jesus for help. It was Matthew chapter 15 the 21st verse of the 28th. And you know while Jesus was on the coast of Tyre and Sidon Sidon a woman from the land of Canaan which is Gentile a Gentile a Gentile country she came to Jesus crying and she asked him to have mercy on her thou son of David she said. She told him that her daughter was being tormented by a devil. Jesus didn't say anything and his disciples heard what was going on and they told Jesus to ignore her and send her away. But she just continued to cry out at them. He just simply told her I was sent to the lost sheep of the tribe of Israel. She did not give up. Her faith her belief in Jesus would not let her give up people. Praise God. She came and worshipped him. She said Lord help me. Then he said it's not right to take the children's food and throw it to the dogs. She said truth Lord. She told Jesus that the dogs ate the stuff that fell on the floor you know under the table. Jesus was pleased with what she replied you know. Told her woman great is thy faith. He not only healed her daughter but he also made her whole. She spoke it and she was healed without delay. Praise God. He went to the lost souls of the house of Israel and he found himself being rejected time after time and he began to notice that people from other nations was following him from place to place seeking him, longing to meet him. Longing to that he would you know heal and he would spend some time with them and Jesus saw this and he had compassion on them and Jesus healed them everyone and made them whole. This made me remember that we are grafted into the kingdom. Praise God. People of God were grafted. Oh you know and all through all through the New Testament the fruit of the spirit there are named in many ways love, forgiveness, mercy, grace, charity, faith, compassion, kindness, patience, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, meekness, temperance. There are so many spiritual fruit much, much more that make Jesus who and what he is and it is impossible to sum Jesus up. We know this. Glory to God. He is omnipotent. Praise God. And knowing this we realize when we are born again in Christ Jesus we are consumed by the fruit of the spirit. You know he is it. Praise God. Jesus Christ the fruit of the spirit essence of in its finest the spirit essence essence at its best. You don't get any better than Jesus. You don't get any sweeter. Sweet, sweet Jesus. Praise God. The Holy Bible the word of deliverance for all people the antidote against death the proof against generational lies somebody say amen. The young man in my sermon in all could not get angry with his dad because his parents had tried to poison his mind about Jesus and about the Messiah. We find that the veil of deceit had traveled down through history through time but praise be and thanks to God you cannot stop him. The enemy can deceive mankind can put up roadblocks, brick walls dog bails for a time and a season but the word of God will prevail God will not fail. That young man in the story and mind you people this is all true. The story, the testimony is all true. He found his way to the truth and he helped his dad find his way. Praise be unto God. Man you can't get no better than that. You find your way and you bless somebody else. You take them by the hand and you lead them to the wealth that everlasting water so they can drink too. Praise God that's what it's all about. They're proven that some people too many people are deprived out of ignorance but once the light comes on and they can see the truth for themselves forgiveness salvation life is renewed. God is honored. The Messiah is revered as God commanded us. Our king, the head of the church, the chief cornerstone he is indeed our deliverer. Glory to God. Hallelujah. Thank God. Thank God for curiosity. They won't let you rest until you find out for yourself the scripture and the scripture teaches us accept any and everything it says try the spirits so you will know what is profitable in the kingdom and what is not. To cast out in Jesus name. I believe more people will come to Christ from all nations that we might cast away these false gods, misguided efforts, lies about who Jesus is. He is the God of the Jews. His chosen nation. The Bible teaches to pray for God's chosen people. Pray for Mount Zion. Pray that they will come into their fullness. Claim their inheritance and they will acknowledge the Messiah and his return. God is good. He don't want anybody to miss out on all the wonderful plans he has for us. Especially his chosen people. He always loves them and he always will. I stand in agreement with the Christian brother in this story. The Holy Bible is the most wonderful book ever written. There is so much beauty in this book. It is truth and it is life. A perfect package. I find that there are some scriptures that just stick out in your mind like in 3D. They have such a monumental impact on your faith. On your love for the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. They stand as one. A holy force that has delivered us from this madness because Christ is victorious. And Christ is victorious. We are victorious. We must not forget that. He is our joy. We just need to endure. And he is coming back. Make no mistake about that. There is a message to this madness. God is a methodical great spirit. And you know Isaiah 53? Let's just kind of meditate on that a little bit. Can you just hear the prophet saying who would have believed that report? Who could have seen the Lord's hand in this? And it immediately comes to mind John 3 16. Who would know that God would do something like this? For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. That's love. He grew like a plant. Taking root in dry ground, he grew from a child to a man. He was not dignified. He did not grow up in a palace. He was not considered royalty. He wasn't good looking. You know, handsome. He wasn't especially attractive because God knows us. People are obsessed with outward beauty. Things aren't any different today. Fine clothes. If he had been riding the type of transportation called a chariot in those days like you would find in the king's courtyard. Like in the days when he was dressed in royal apparel and he came here handsome with chiseled features. They would have been all over him. For all the wrong reasons and probably still not recognize him as the son of God. People of God knows us and he knows what he's doing. He is always and still in control. Don't let your eyes deceive you. Get spiritually tuned up people. Praise God. There was nothing attractive about him. Nothing that would draw us to him. He was despised and rejected. But this is what he did. For our sakes he endured suffering and pain. It took death to give us life. The death of all things in the world for our forgiveness. No one would ever look at him. He was ignored as if he was nothing. He was but despised. He was despised. Do you hear me people? Come on people. Hear what the spirit is saying. Despite us do you hear people? Despite us he endured the suffering that should have been ours. The pain that we should have bared all the while. Look to all that suffering. He was punished. Sent by God. But it was because of our sin that he was wounded. He was beaten because of the evil we did. Now bear witness to this. God is so good we are healed by the punishment he suffered. Made whole by the blows he received. You know they slapped him around. Dragged a crown of thorns into his head. Spit in his face. And folks before Christ we were like lost little lambs going into the wrong direction. Yes we were. For our sakes God made the punishment fall on Jesus. Somebody say thank you Jesus. Even though it is what we deserve. Through it all he remained humble. He did not open his mouth. Never said a harsh word to anybody. He was arrested and sentenced to death. He was put in a grave with evil people. We're talking about the Prince of Peace now. Even though he had never committed a crime. Never told like one lie. It was God's will and he should suffer. Jesus. His death was a sacrifice to bring forgiveness. God said he will see his descendants. He will live a long life. And through him he said, God said my purpose will succeed. After a life of suffering he will gain, he will again have joy. He said Jesus will know that he did not suffer in vain. It is because people will be delivered out of darkness. Jesus is a light of the world and he will not fail. Jesus. God's devoted servant. In him God is pleased. Praise God. He bear our punishment. God said for his sake he will forgive. Somebody say thank you God. The Messiah has a place in honor. He is among the great and powerful. He willingly gave his life and shared the fate of evilness. Of evil men. He took the place of many sinners and prayed that they might be forgiven. To God be the glory. What a friend we have in Jesus. All our sins and griefs to bear. What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer. If you will meditate on Isaiah 53 it will bless your soul. I guarantee you. And I hope and I pray that you send it to someone else. Send my sermon. Share my sermon with someone else. If you will please share it with someone that you love. Someone who is trying to find their way. But you know you just need a little help. And I hope that you will pray for me. That I will always abide in God's perfect will. And that he will find me humble sitting at his feet. Amen. Humble sitting at his feet. And usable as his willing servant. I love the Lord. And I love my calling. I love you too. And thank you for listening to what God laid on my heart to share with everyone. May God bless and keep you in his perfect will until we meet again in Jesus name. Jesus name.
