I come with the intention to give the Lord the greatest praise that I have. It's nice to see you. I'm glad that you're here too. Praise Him. Praise Him. Praise Him. Praise Him. Praise Him. Praise Him. Praise Him. Praise Him. Praise Him. Praise Him. Praise Him. Praise Him. Praise Him. Praise Him. Praise Him. This is, we're living in perilous times right now, saints. I'm going to read Psalms 103 out of the New Living Translation. Let all that I am praise the Lord with my whole heart I will praise His holy name. Let all that I am praise the Lord. May I never forget the good things He has done for me. For He forgives all my sins. He heals my diseases. He redeems me from death and crowns me with love and tender mercies. He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagles. The Lord gives righteous and justice to all who are treated unfairly. May God have a blessing to the reading. To those who heard His word because His word is already blessed. Saints, we have so much to pray for right now. So much to pray for. My son just showed up at the door beat up real bad. I'm okay because I know God sent him home. So let's go to the throne of grace. Nothing is going to stop us. No, Satan. Nothing is going to stop us from loving God and trusting Him. Because bless the Lord all my soul. He crowns us with benefits. So Father God in the name of Jesus, we thank you for this day. We thank you for watching over us as we slept and slumbered. Lord, I thank you for returning my son home and he's alive and well. But beat up. But it's in your hands and we're not worried about it. We trust you, Lord. You said in Exodus 14, 14 you would fight for us to stay calm. And Lord, I thank you for the calmness that's going on on the line. With everybody that's going through situations because we put our trust in you. Because you said you are our shepherd and we will not lie for anything. You said in your word, Isaiah 55 and 3, that you went to the cross for our sins. And you also took a beating so we could be saved and be healed. We thank you for the healing going on in our bodies. We thank you for sending our lost ones back here. But Lord, we depend on you to restore and amend them and bring them out of violence, Lord. And we just thank you for going to the cross so we could be healed, 1 Peter 2, 24. We thank you for sending our pastor back home safe. Thank you for the reunion he had with his mother and sisters and the rest of the family. We thank you for each and every one on this line holding on to your unchanging word, your unchanging hand. Because you said in your word, you will not lie. You're not a man that you have to lie or repent. We thank you for sending forth your word to make sure it prospers. We just thank you for everything, the good, the bad, and the difficult, Lord. Because you in charge of everything. You in charge of our lives. And we humble ourselves to you. We decrease so you can increase in us, Lord. We thank you, Lord. Continue to cover us with your love and your unfailing mercies. Continue to bring the lost ones back to you, Lord. We will not give up. We're not going to give up because you said greater is he that is in us than he that is in this world. Now, Father, we pray for our brothers and sisters over in peace in Jerusalem, over in Africa, the Ukraine, Russia, Mexico, Asia. We just pray for all your people on this earth, Lord. And we give everything to you. Now, Lord, we open our hearts and let your Holy Spirit come in and let us hear. You said for those who have ears, let us hear what the Spirit is saying. Let us be obedient to your word. Let us be doers of your word. So you can come and make your home in us, Lord. We thank you, thank you, thank you for your word that's going to go forth over Florida, Pastor. And we just thank you for your unfailing love and your comfort. You said blessed are those who mourn that they will be comforted. So, Lord, I thank you. We thank you. We give you the praise and the glory. We're here to serve you and to do your will. Regardless of what comes up, we're going to keep our eyes focused on you. The ox and the pinnacle of our life. The beginning and the end, the upper and the lower. And, Lord, we just open our hearts to you this morning. And we thank you. We thank you for everything you're going to do. And everything that you're going to do in our family's life, our children's lives, our adult children's lives, our grandchildren. We give it all to you because we can't do it without you. And we love you, Lord. And we thank you. In your name, Jesus. Amen and amen. Amen. Praise the Lord. Hallelujah. Father, we just bless you this morning. Sometimes we just have to get off what we want to do and we have to do what you want us to do. And we felt the pain of this mother. The pain of a child, no matter how old they get. And, Father, when we look at this mother, we think about ourselves, knowing that you are our father, you're everything that we need. And we just pray for comfort right now for a broken heart. You say you are close to the brokenhearted. So we ask you right now to give her that comfort that she needs, that strength that she needs to carry on in spite of. We ask you in the name of Jesus, Lord, to touch our children, touch our babies, touch our offspring, that they will come to realize, what must I do to be saved? What must I do to get under the arc of the safety of the only true living God? You said that the name of the Lord is a strong tower and the righteous run to it and we are safe. And so, Father, we stand in the gap on this morning for our children, for our even those that may not have children, that the love that they have for humanity. That we stand in the gap for them, Lord, right now that your loving arms and protection surround them and encamped around them as you tell us in your word that you send your angels to be encamped around us, to watch over us, to protect us day and night. And we'd be so careful to give you the glory and give you the praise. We ask you right now, Lord, that people, that our children and our family members, our friends, those that are close and those that we don't know, that they will come running looking for you, the author and the finisher of our faith. That we can't do without you and that we understand like a blind bar to mares, can't nobody do me like Jesus. Can't nobody do me like Jesus because he's my friend. He's a friend that stick closer than a brother. And so, Father, I pray for peace today. I pray for salvation. I pray for love and I pray for wisdom. I pray for surrender. And we will submit and surrender to you, to your will, to your way and to your word. I thank you even for my brother-in-law that had anger against me for no reason. That all I come to do is bring love and all I come to do is bring peace and joy. And last night that he reached out to me to say thank you. To say thank you. Thank you. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen. Well, praise the Lord, everybody. You know, there is a word from the Lord today and I want to share with you on this one. The benefits of being connected to God. The benefits of being connected to God. One of the things that I want you to know is that the Bible says, for God so loved the world. That he gave a benefit. He gave the life of his son so that if we would just believe in his son, we will not perish and we will have everlasting life, eternal life. The greatest benefit that you and I have from being connected to God or not connected to him because he said he so loved the world is love. And it's my prayer this morning that each and every one of us would submit and surrender to the free gift of love. Now, when I say free, I don't really mean free because Jesus had to pay his life for our life. And so there's no reason that we should go throughout this life lonely. There's no reason that we should go throughout this life feeling dejected. There's no reason that we should succumb to prejudice and racism and all the isms that go into sexism and men mistreating women and women mistreating men and people, black people hating white people. And let me say this black people hating black people. There's no reason when all of us are benefiting from the love of God. It is my prayer on this morning. That you will faithfully start to spend time in the presence of the Lord every day. And that you would experience for yourself the rich, phenomenal blessings that come with having an intentional. It must be intentional, intimate relationship with God. So I ask you to make every effort to cling, cling close to him and never doubt his love for you on an individual basis. God is a personal that the Lord is my shepherd and I shall not want. He make it me to lie down in green past. He restores my soul. You got to make this a personal, a personal relationship with a personal God. So let's take a look at some of the benefits of being connected to God. Let's take a look at Psalm 1, 1, 2 and 3, Psalm 1, 1, 2 and 3. All right, I'm going to read it from an NIV version. Just a few few short excerpts of it. Blessed, blessed, blessed, blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked. You want to be blessed? Stop hanging out with wicked people. Stop talking to them on the phone and pray for them. I'm going to say it again. If you hang out with people, all they're doing is gossiping, tearing down you, tearing down your family, tearing down everything you do, everything you say, tear down your commitment to God. So you don't need to be around people like that. I had to tell a family member years ago, I said, listen. If people are calling you to talk about me or any other family member, they are using you as a trash can. Stop being a trash compactor. Stop being a trash can for gossip. But if you want to be blessed, it says here right in the scripture, starting with Psalm 1, blessed is the person, blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked. And if you calling me to talk about my brother and my sister, you wicked. If you calling me, if you're going to get off the phone today and call people to say, girl, minister Serena say her son came to the house beat up and she was crying. You wicked. I said it. If you don't have compassion in your heart, do you know it could be you? Do you know if it had not been for the Lord that that that robbers didn't come into your house and invade your space? Do you know that if you drive, that if it had not been for the Lord, you didn't get carjacked? Do you know? How easy it is for someone to take advantage of you to someone to to push you down when you're not looking for someone to step on you to someone to kill you. The benefit package of God is a blessing when you walk away from people that are not right. That's a conscious decision that you got to be intentional. I have family members right now that don't call me anymore. You know what? I don't call them. I love them. I love them with all my heart. If I heard something was wrong, I'm praying. I'm going to see about them, but I don't have fellowship because they're negative and dark. And they came up with the same people that I came up with. They was exposed to the same God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. They was exposed to Jesus just like I was, but they choose to be wicked. So I do not walk in step with them. Now watch this. He said, blessed as a benefit is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take. No, no, no, no, no. I'm not going down the road with with with sinners. I'm not going down the road with people that are intentionally. Now, when you mess up, if you fall, we're going to have to get up, but you will have to stay up. You fall down again, we're going to have to get up. But it's your responsibility to stay up. But whose delight is in the law of the Lord, the law of the Lord is his word and who meditates on his law day and night. Day and night. I'm not saying you got to be a fanatic. I'm saying if you're going to spend six to ten hours a day watching television, why don't you drop that down? Drop that down to maybe one or two hours and spend the rest of the time reading the word of God, meditating on the word, meditating on his book, building your faith. Faith comes from hearing and hearing the word of God. Faith comes from hearing and hearing the law of God. Now, this passage emphasizes the blessings that come from avoiding sinful paths. And finding joy in meditating on God's teachings, consistency, consistently. So if someone is calling you to gospel and you've already studied the word, when you've already understand how good God is to you, you're not going to be a party to that. You're not going to get into that. You're not going to tear somebody down because you got you. Really, the Bible says, touch not my anointed and do my profit no harm. So don't even speak bad about a person because you don't know they could be anointed by God. And if you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal savior, guess what? You anointed. The Bible says that Christ, the name Christ, it means it represents who Jesus is. He's the anointed one in his anointing. And when you accept Jesus Christ as Lord and personal savior, he now dwells in you. Who? Christ. So if you tear me down, if I call Minnesota to talk about Sister Gwen, I can't stand her. Guess what? I am now sinning against God. I am now displeasing God. That's why I don't have time for gossip. And anybody that know me know that ain't a part of my life. Can you read your Psalm 1, 1, 2, and 3? Yes, sir. Oh, under the New Living Translation. Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked or stand around with sinners or join in with mockers. Verse 2. But they delight in the law of the Lord, meditating on it day and night. They are like trees planted along the river bank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do. Did you say there's joy? Will you read that first part again? Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked. She said the joys, not just joy, but the joys. See, you have to activate your benefit package. You have to activate the joy of the Lord. The Bible says that the joy of the Lord is my strength. Yes. I'm strengthened by His joy, not my joy, but His joy. John 15 says that your joy may be full with my joy. This is Jesus speaking. So when I accept Jesus, when I embrace the only true living God, when I'm connected to the true vine, I have joy running in me. I got joy in my soul. God is in control. There's no turning back. And so reach out, intentionally receive the joy that God has for you. That's your blessing. Your blessing is do not hang out with the wicked. Your blessing is do not partake with sinners. The blessing is you hear or you see somebody in your family that's not doing it, tell them the truth. You're going to help them. They may not like it. They may not want to hear it. But guess what? It's your obligation to tell them because you don't want their blood on your hands. It's your obligation to tell them you're going to have a pity party another time. Now is not the time to be having pity parties with people. Now is the time to tell people the truth. People need delivered. We need delivered. We don't need it. We don't need somebody sugarcoating. Don't play patty cake with me. Van Zanez Williams, she preached a sermon one time on Prayer Force One. She says, don't baby me. Tell me the truth. In John 17 and 17, it says, sanctify them in thy truth. Thy word is truth. And if you are a mother, a grandmother, an uncle, or whatever, and you don't tell your offsprings, and you don't tell your nieces and nephews the truth, you are a derelict. You are worse than an infidel. Tell them the truth. They don't want to hear it. That's all right. The Bible says one plant, one water, but God give the increase. It's my job to tell you the truth, whether you want to hear it or not. If you put your hand on fire, you're going to get burned. It says that. If you hang around with dope dealers, and you hang around with all types of bad people, then bad things are going to come on you. I had to tell a niece one day, she's hanging out with a rough neck. And she said, I don't want me a rough neck. I don't want nobody to wear a suit. I said, then welcome to Wally's world because that rough neck is a stronger rough neck and a crazy rough neck that's out there. And you don't want to be in the car with him. You don't want to be sitting in the movies with him. You don't want to be in the supermarket with him when they come after him because when they come after him, they're going to come after you too. Amen. Don't hang out with it. There ain't nothing pretty about that. Amen. Amen. Let's take a look at Romans 8, verse 28. We're talking about the benefits of being connected to God. The benefits. Can you repeat that, please? Romans 8, verse 28. Thank you. The benefits of being connected to God. Paul says here in Romans 8, verse 28, and we know that all things work together for good of them that love God and who are called according to his purpose. This scripture says that being connected to God, it ensures that everything works together for the ultimate good of those who love him and for those who follow his purpose. God's purpose is salvation. God's purpose is love. God's purpose is that you have compassion. God's purpose is that you have forgiveness, that you forgive and that you be forgiven. God's purpose is that love will lead you and guide you. God's purpose is that you walk in truth. Now, Apostle Williams, Michael, can you read your version on that? Romans 8 and 28. KJ's version. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose. Hallelujah. Praise God. Minister, you've got a different version. Did he read the New Living Translation? No, no. Okay. And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. Amen, amen. And so I want you to realize at the beginning it says, and we know. Now, what does that mean? That means that you've got to stop being a child, talking like a child, acting like a child. You're supposed to know. You're supposed to know. Sister Jackie, you're supposed to know. You've been hanging around me. I don't know about, I know you've got a great pastor in Saginaw, and I love him, but I'm going to tell you about me. I'm going to give you the word and nothing but the word. You're supposed to know. Sister Isabel, you're supposed to know. Pain, whatever the situation, you're supposed to know that God is a healer. Minister Erica, you're supposed to know. Regardless of what go on, I still trust in the Lord. I shall not be moved because I know what my God can do. I know what he have done, and I know what he will do. He said he'll never leave me. He'll never forsake me. You're supposed to know that. Minister Rebecca, you're supposed to know. Even though God Mama passed away, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. You're supposed to know that after 95 years, it's a celebration. It ain't no sorrow. We're not going to have no pity party. Yeah, we're supposed to cry. God gave us tear ducts to cry because we're going to miss him. But you know what? After we get through crying, we ought to be praising the Lord, running up and down and rejoicing because there's not any pain anymore, and they've lived a long life, longer than even what the Bible says, 95 years. You're supposed to know, Sister Diane Doucette, no matter what happens. Oh, my leg's hurting. I can't hardly do this. That's all right. God is still good. He's still good to me. You got to be like Meshach, Shadrach, and Abednego. Even if he do not heal me, I know that he's able to do it. He has the ability. The Bible says now unto him who was able to do exceedingly, abundantly, above all that we can ask or think according to the power that works in us. The power of God that works in you, Apostle Williams Michael, no matter what's going on in the country of Nigeria. And there are some bad actors there. There are some bad people, just like there are some bad people in America. There are some bad people on every one of the continents that we have, all seven. But we're supposed to know. I'm going to read it again. We're supposed to know. And we know. Who are we? Believers. I don't expect a sinner to know this. I don't expect an unbeliever to know this because they don't know God. He's an all-knowing God, which means he's omniscient. Omni meaning all and science meaning knowledge. You got to have that knowledge to know that all things. My bills are due and I don't have the money, but God is able. I'm having problems healing, but God is able. You see, you got to say, Lord, not my will, let thy will be done. I learned that a long time ago. I'm not trying to be God. God had to rebuke me one day. People was calling me, want to borrow money. Every time you turn around every month. Listen, I'm not the government. I'm not the bank of Rob. I trust in the same God that you trust in. But I tithe. Yeah, absolutely. I'm not going to be ashamed to tell you that. Many people are hurting right now because you don't give. Let's find out about truth about a person in this arena real quick. When they ask you for some money and you tell them, okay, I can give you this or I can loan you this. But try saying to them, you know what? I don't have it, but let's touch and agree in prayer. I had somebody cuss me out. Because they told me, here's what they said, ministers arena. God told me that you was going to give it to me. I said, well, God didn't tell me that. God is not a one-sided God. They hung the phone up on me. They slammed the phone. So I'm okay as long as I'm giving you what you want. But when I tell you let's pray to God for it so God can heal, deliver your finances, you get mad at me and curse me out. You'll find out about people when you tell them no. But God, the Bible says that the promise of the Lord is yes and amen. Every time, whatever you need, go to God in prayer. And you better get you a prayer partner because the Bible tells us very clearly when two of us agree as touching. Here's the benefit of unity. When two of us agree as touching, anything that they ask, it shall be done for them by my Father which is in heaven. There's a two-fold blessing there, Sister Diane Doucette. When you and I pray together, God bless both of us. What does that mean? That's right. The benefit is if you're hurting right now in your relationships, if you're hurting right now in your body, if you're hurting right now in your finances, find someone else who's hurting too. And then when you guys come together, it's like a supernatural, powerful blessing of God because now he honors that unity. He honors the unity. Matthew 18 and 20 says when two or three are gathered together in my name, here's the benefit. There I am in the midst. Who? Jesus seated at the right hand of God. Christ. So the anointing of God is available right here, right now. Melissa Serena encountered a situation this morning. Even in her tears, she didn't stop. She said, my job is to pray. My job is to encourage even when I'm down, even when I'm hurting, even when I don't feel like praying, even when I don't feel good. I got to do it because it's my assignment. Don't miss your assignment. Don't let the devil distract you from your assignment. And you know what? Jesus says when you pray, he doesn't say if you feel like praying, if you want to pray today. No. When you pray, he doesn't say if you want to fast. I fast every day. I literally fast every day. How do you do that? Pastor Rob? I go 18 hours or 16 hours a day without eating anything. I do it. I've been doing this since last January. And it feels good. My blood work come back better. I feel better. And I know that things, I don't need all that food in my body. I don't need to eat three meals a day. Listen, our bodies are aging. And all food is not good for you. So put good food inside of you. That's when you learn about the benefits of God. Amen. Amen. And so all things work together for our good. I'm glad you got that. So now, let me see what time I got. About 10 minutes here. I want you to know that one of the blessings of God is hope. Hope in the presence of God. Go to Jeremiah 29 and 11. Very familiar with that scripture. So we're going to breeze through these. And somebody get me Romans 15 and 13. Romans 15 and 13. And first we're going to start with Jeremiah 29 and 11. And then Romans 15 and 13. Jeremiah 29 and 11 I read. For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord. Thoughts and the plans for welfare and peace and not for evil. To give you hope in your final outcome. Read verse 12. Then you will call upon me and you will come. You will call upon me and you will come and pray to me and I will hear and heed. My God. And heed you. He says then. See God is a conditional God. Now love is unconditional. But blessings are conditional. He says I know the plans that I have for you declares the Lord. Didn't say declares apostle. Didn't say declares Pastor Rob. No, the Lord is speaking here. So be still and know that I'm God. You trust what I say for I know the plans I have for you. Declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you. I am not ashamed to say that God prospers me. Don't you ever be ashamed. Matter of fact, when you don't receive that benefit, you are, you are, you are against God. You supposed to prosper. We supposed to walk in prosperity. We supposed to be able to pay our bills and have money left over. We supposed to be able to be a blessing to the church. We got churches closing and ministries closing because people are stingy and don't want to give. And they wonder why they're going through problems. They wonder why their body is reeking with pain. They wonder why their children are out of control and things are not going right in their life. Because you don't, you don't want to prosper. God wants you to prosper. He's telling you right here. I got the plan for you. A plan for you to prosper. And not to harm you. Plans to give you a hope and a future. And then he says, and then you will call upon me. That's why I sing that song. I need thee. I'm not praying. I'm calling on the name of the Lord. When I say bless the Lord with me. I'm calling on him. I'm calling on him. Sometimes I sit on the side of the bed. Oh Lord, I want you to help me. And then I change it. Sister Diane just said, I said, oh Lord, I want you to bless me. Oh Lord, I want you to bless me. Help me, Lord, on my journey. Help me on my way. But God will answer you. Amen. Thank you, Apostle. Minister Serena, what do you have on Romans 15 and 13? What does it say? I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow. Jesus. Jesus. With confidence. Jesus. Through the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus. Jesus. Did you hear that? She said when you understand that prayer is powerful. And Paul is saying, may the God of hope. Yes, Lord. But see what the problem is. If you're not connected to God, this ain't for you. Yes. Amen. May the God of hope feel you, Apostle William Michael, that he feel you with all joy, not some joy, all joy. And peace. As you trust in him. So that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit, not by your power, but by God's power, his power of the Holy Spirit overflowing in you and through you and for you. God is an amazing God. And I'm telling you, when you understand that you have his joy, what are you talking about? Pastor Ralph? His joy. The world didn't give it to you. And the world came taken away. Matter of fact, minister Serena, can you go quickly to John? I'm sorry. John 15. John 15. And I want you to read verse 11. Matter of fact, start with verse 10. And then 10 and 11. Let me prove it to you. Good God almighty. John 15 verse 10. When you obey my commandments, you will remain in my love. Just as I obey my father's commandments and remain in his love. That's a benefit right there. When you keep the word of God, he said, you will abide. You will live in my love. When you are obedient, you live in his love. He said, even as I have kept my father. So if you want to have the greatest benefit to be like Jesus, follow the mandates of Jesus. I'm going to read it again. When you and if you keep my commandments. What's that? My word. You shall abide in my love. You have the love of Jesus. Even as I have kept my father's commandment and I abide in his love. Now listen to verse 11. I have told you these things so that you will be filled with my joy. Jesus. Yes. Your joy will overflow. Thank you. Woo. God has allowed us to have the words that he inspired in the apostle Paul. In Jesus. In Isaiah. In Moses. Ezekiel. Daniel. Habakkuk and all the prophets. He says this. I've told you I've spoken these things unto you that my joy. This is Jesus speaking right now that my joy might remain in you. Here's the benefit. But it's up to you. That's why you say might some people go receive it. Some people won't. Some people stay connected to the true life and some people won't. And that your joy. Your joy Minister Rebecca. That your joy Sister Jackie. Minister Erica. That your joy Sister Valencia. Sister Gwen. I want you to from this day forward receive the benefit that your joy. Might be full. Now. When she read the previous scripture in Romans 15 and 13. He says may the God of hope fill you with all joy. The joy of Jesus. And peace. Jesus the Prince of Peace. As you trust in him. Good God Almighty. So watch this. Y'all ready. So that you. So that you. I want everybody to receive this today. I want my little cousin shocker to receive this day so that you. Will overflow. We're supposed to be living the overflow. In every area of our life. We've both been overflowing our health and our wealth. And in our relationship that we that's that joy is. It encapsulates every area of our life. So that we will overflow. Not being an underflow. Not have enough money. Not have enough food. Not have enough love. Do you notice the world is lonely right now. The world is on life support. The men and women in Congress. They are on life support. United States is on it in ICU. Ukraine is on ICU. Russia, China, and all these superpowers. They are living on ICU. One snap. One lack of breath from God. And we all are gone. One snap. One snap. One snap. One snap. One snap. One snap. One snap.
