The Daily Reflection is a place where you can come to heal and accept yourself. Notice any resistance you may feel and explore it. Identify and sit with your emotions, recognizing their size and whether they come and go. Reflect on where you are in your grief journey. Listen to the music and notice your surroundings without judgment. Reflect on one step you can take today and accept yourself in this moment. Keep practicing self-acceptance. Have a beautiful day! If you feel resistance to this, notice the resistance. What is the resistance about? What would it mean to accept yourself in this present moment? Emotion. How are you feeling today? Take a moment and identify your emotion. How big is your emotion? Is it smaller than a rabbit or bigger than a rhinoceros? What happens if you sit with this emotion? Are you able to name it? Is it constant or does your emotion come and go? Grief can ebb and flow. Where are you today? Are you caught in the rush of the current or are you able to step back and observe from a distance?
