Supports Needed

The key idea from this information is that in order for Simmons to achieve its goals, everyone - staff, community, families, and students - needs to work together and support each other. Collaboration and empowerment are important for making progress. We are more powerful when we empower each other and that is exactly what needs to happen in order for Simmons to reach our goals. There are many supports needed. Staff, community, families, and students will need to collaborate and empower each other to make change and strides towards our goals.
