The transcription is a motivational speech about fear, change, and the importance of embracing change. It encourages the listener to overcome their fears, step out of their comfort zone, and live life to the fullest. It emphasizes the need to take action, set goals, and work hard to achieve them. The speech also acknowledges the challenges and hardships of life but encourages resilience and learning from failures. Ultimately, it inspires the listener to believe in themselves, pursue their dreams, and make the most of their lives. Fear. Fear and change. Two words that go hand-in-hand. We tend to fear change, but we should learn to embrace it. Otherwise, we'll never know who we are on the other side of change. Brian Kranz once said, fear is a thief of dreams. Fear is what keeps us alive. Yes. Fear is what drives us. Yes. But fear is also what holds us back. What do you fear? Have you ever been afraid to do something? Have you ever been afraid to change something? Have you ever been afraid to do something? Have you ever been afraid to change something? Have you ever been afraid to change something? Have you ever been afraid to change something? Have you ever been afraid to change something? Have you ever been afraid to change something? Have you ever been afraid to change something? Have you ever been afraid to change something? We've all been there at least once. Fears change in leaving your comfort zone. When we are comfortable, we are not afraid. We shouldn't fear change. Building. It is a dark, lonely, and hard world. Yes. Fear is the mind killer. We tend to hit rock bottom, and we act like it's the end of the world. Like we're stuck in that spot with no end in sight. But I promise you, I promise you there is light at the end of the tunnel. Many of us suffer from depression. And many of us suffer from anxiety. We could choose to give in and sit down. Take everything life throws at us and never move. Or we can stand up. We can move forward together. I challenge you to change. I challenge you to do one thing a day that scares you. And then you will grow. Many people are stuck in their old ways. And they want to change, but they don't. Next time you think, I have to go on this run. I have to write that contract. I have to take my mom to the grocery store. No. It's I get to go on a run. I get to write that contract. I get to take my mom to the grocery store. Get it done. Around 60 million people die every year. You didn't. Trillions of people will never exist. And most people that could ever exist never will. You won this lottery of life. Most will never know there was a lottery. So I ask you, are you alive? Are you living? Or are you existing? Go change that. Live life on your terms. I believe in you. I do. I'm here to encourage you that your dreams are not impossible. That you're not defined by the chapter you are currently in, but by what you do in this chapter. What do you do when life breaks you down to the ground? You are on the ground. Build. Build your future. They cannot stop you. They won't stop you. We are in this together. A common goal we all have is to be happy and at peace. But change jeopardized our current comfort. It forces us to adapt. I just recently started exploring the vast and beautiful world we live in. And I'm still trying to change. You don't have all the time in the world. You got to move now. You got to live now. You got goals, dreams, ideas. I understand that. But the hard truth is so does everyone else. A lot of people work hard and a lot of people won't quit. What separates you? What makes you different? You need to be able to let go and go through hell and just thank God your legs are still working. You have to go through the fire of life and come out stronger. Stop looking at these L's as losses and start looking at your L's as lessons. Sure, it's okay to take a few L's, but it's not okay to be fine with it. There comes a time in everyone's life where we say no more. I will not lose. I refuse to lose. I will win. Sometimes you need to lose yourself to find yourself. I know there's stories in your past no one knows about, trauma and pain. I'm sorry, I truly am. But this means you are alive. You're still in this fight. It may take blood, sweat, tears, but you will win. You will fall, but you will get up. You will win. This year will be our year. We will all accomplish our dreams. A year of living. A year of thriving. We will reach new heights. We will have new experiences. We will laugh more. We will love more. We will smile more. We will do more than simply exist. Result? Result? The cave you fear holds the treasure you seek. We are alive. Act like it. You're winners. Be hungry. Stay hard. God bless.
