The transcription is a motivational speech about embracing pain and challenges in order to grow and achieve success. It emphasizes the importance of finding one's purpose and pushing through difficult times. It encourages taking action, being disciplined, and staying motivated. The speech concludes by urging the listener to believe in themselves and their ability to make a difference in the world. Pain is weakness leaving the body, is a quote by Lieutenant General Lewis Burrought Puller, one of the most decorated Marines in our history. What do you think he meant by that? I think it's important to understand that no matter what road we take in life, whether it's the easy road or the hard road, regardless, there will be pain. Life is full of pain, but that shouldn't scare you. We need to learn to push through that pain and come out the other side stronger, together. If you do what is easy, the life will be hard. If you do what is hard, the life will be easy. You need to fall in love with the process before the destination. Don't make this a temporary thing. Make this a way of life. Why? When you find your why, you'll find a way to make it happen. Eric Thomas said that. When the life breaks down to our knees, we must not give up. We must not give in. We are not weak. We must search deep inside ourselves to find the will, the anger, or the love to keep pushing forward. What is your why? Why do you put up with the pain? What gets you out of bed in the morning? Your parents? Your spouse? Your kids? Your dream? Everything we go through isn't meant to break us. It's meant to make us. We are growing into people we need to become. Broken. I know you're hurting. You're on the verge of giving up. You've been through hell and back, but no matter what, you cannot give up. You cannot give in. You may have forgotten who you are. Or maybe you've hit rock bottom so many times and you're afraid to start climbing again. But I tell you, nothing hurts more than regret. So make that call and tell them how you feel. So get up and go on that run. Get up and start that project you've been meaning to start for so long. Or you'll forever wonder, what if? What if it all worked out? You were meant for great things. You're not ordinary. You have dreams that this world deserves, that you need to bring to life. Fight through the pain for what you believe in. It's okay to cry, to bleed, to fall. But there comes a point in everyone's life where we must find that inner strength, that inner monster, your inner why, and get hungry. If you kind of want it, you won't get it. If you kind of need it, you won't get it. You need to be hungry. The hungriest dogs are the fastest. You got that dog in you? I want you to take a second and imagine your dream life five years from now. Can you see it? Is it everything you ever wanted? Now, change it up. Picture your worst possible five-year outcome. Who are you? Where are you? That's where you're heading if you don't start acting on your dreams and wanting them the same way that you want to breathe every day. Then you will never obtain them. I want you to take that pain and say, is that all you've got? Embrace the pain. Look for the pain. Challenge the pain. Challenge yourself. Hope. When you're on your knees, don't ask God to take that pain away. Ask him for the strength to push through the pain. Ask him for the tools to build your foundations. Ask him for the sight to see the end of the tunnel. Life is hard. I know it is. Just know this wasn't meant to break you. It was meant to make you. Remember that. I am grateful for the opportunity to grow into the man I want to be. I am grateful for no longer being the man I was. I am ready for my next chapter. I am ready for the next load of pain. I was sitting at 315. I was lost. I was hopeless. I hit rock bottom. And it wasn't until I took ownership that I realized I needed to evolve, to adapt. I want to remind everyone that to win your physical fight, first you must win the mental fight. Your greatest ally and your greatest enemy are the same person. It is you. What are you going to do next? Who will you become? Promise yourself. Think deep on it. And make yourself an eternal promise that this time is the last time you'll tell yourself, this is my year. No. No more. Stop talking. Stop making promises. Stop making excuses. Just do it now. You're losing right now. You're in last place. But you don't got to stay there. You're going to win. If not tomorrow, if not this year, if not next year, but someday you will win. If you knew you couldn't lose no matter what, as if everything was already destined for you, as if it was fate itself, how big would you dream? Well, I'm telling you, if you give your heart, your time, your soul, and you sacrifice, you will get it. My brothers, my sisters, we were all created equal. But some people are willing to work just a little bit harder. You've got to grind. Grind isn't when you're at the gym with your friends and everybody's holding you accountable to stay active. Or when you're in the study group and people are expecting you to study. Or when you're winning that race and you're in first place. That's not the only grind. The real grind is when it's 4 o'clock in the morning. No one is there to tell you to go to the gym. It's just you. It's just you and your thoughts, and you choose to get up and go. It's when you can relax instead of study. It's when you can eat unhealthy instead of eat healthy. Stop talking about it and start being about it. Win. Yeah, it hurts. Push. Push. You lost today? Get up. You got fired? Get up. They broke your heart? Get up. When you're losing, you have two choices. Take the beating, let life stomp you, or rise. You are strong. You are capable. Everything you need to win is right here. You were born to win. You weren't born to be average. Look in the mirror and repeat after me. I am great. I am strong. I am loved. I will win. Make this personal. This is your story. You were meant for bigger and better things. There will never be another person like you. It's easy to take a step back and accept your fate, but you've got to get after it. So stop listening to these podcasts. Stop watching these videos. Stop looking for motivation and get after it. Have some discipline. Sometimes you need to turn off the lights. You need to let go of the bad habits. You need to go ghost and build yourself up. Stop the talk. Love yourself and chase your dreams. Embrace that pain, embrace that suck, and stay hungry. Every day, you're either gaining ground or you're losing ground. Make it personal. Sometimes you need to disappear. Sometimes you need to fall back. Sometimes you need to make it clear that you will be back. This world needs you. Show up. Stay hard. Stay hungry.
