Let's make some great sound with these principles to make a best year of your life. So, here everyone welcome back to another video. If you are new here, my name is Ramesh and I am a student. So, I did not script anything. I have five principles to share with you to make a better life in 2024. So, take a piece of paper and a pen and write down the principles on which I talk in this video. Get it? So, with that being said, let's get into the video. So, the principle number one is that making a habit. I will be telling you the three habits. So, habit number one is that reading books. So, I am currently reading this book called Think and Rich Grow. The habit number two is that whenever you are free or you are bored, start watching podcasts. This will make you a knowledgeable person and to get good respect in the outside society. It could be life podcast, it could be business podcast. And the habit number three is that start talking to people. So, this is the most important thing you need to do in your life. Not only for making friends and also it will make a good connection in the outside world. After I all doing this, I actually seen the real world visible changes in my life. I was getting better decisions and I was getting a more productive work and consistently going to the exercises in every day. This principle gives you the entire plan for your weekly, monthly and yearly. That is having a yearly tracker. Set three to four goals per year and to achieve them and also you need to track on that. If you put like three to four goals in a week and you need to assign three to four months for each goal. So, I've taken two goals in the last two years for 2023 and one is that opening a YouTube channel and consistently uploading the two videos per month. And second thing, I've taken a course from educational platforms like Hirumi and Skillshare. But the result of two goals is that successfully completed. The principle number three is that two hours of mock mode every single day or a weekly one. See the mock mode is inspired by the discipline lifestyles of monks. Refers to an instant period of uninterrupted task focused to optimize the productivity. It involves the hyper-focusing on single task and remove all the distractions. And the principle number four is that cut down, cutting down. Cutting down unwanted things in your life which will not help to your goals to achieve. See one thing you need to remember is that you are the average five people that spent most of the time with it. So, sharply align with yourself and surroundings who don't align your currently goals and cut off them. And the principle number five is that four-four protocol. Means that 40 minutes of work right after you are wake up and 40 minutes of workout. Because this will make your whole day in a more efficient and more productive. And also, this will give you the positive impact on your life. So, the time is already started for 2024. Now, it's your time to get started.
