He has been inspecting and reviewing real estate in Ukraine and has approved the purchase of over 50 properties. He has issued checks totaling over $226 million and is working on finalizing a financial document. He faces challenges, including threats and theft, and has submitted an affidavit to the National Police of Ukraine. He seeks legal remedies to restore his children's rights and is looking for assistance from legal, technical, and financial professionals. He expresses frustration with the lack of action from certain agencies and desires to serve in an advisory capacity for the rights of minorities in Ukraine. October 3, 2024, I am broadcasting from my daughter's home in Dnipropetrovsk, Oblast, Ukraine. I have been working for the past year with Stephen, my advocate and assistant, who has been instrumental in helping me wind down my business, manage my retirement, and complete investments for the benefit of my daughters. I would like to officially document my experiences and findings since January of this year. Over the past 10 months, I have inspected and reviewed approximately 50 pieces of real estate in Ukraine and have approved the purchase of more than 50 properties. Currently, I have one signed contract ready for processing. In the last 10 months, I have issued checks totaling over $226 million from my corporate accounts with JPMorgan Chase to various consultants, contractors, lawyers, and real estate agents. Every day, Stephen and I have been working to finalize a Title 12 tranche document, which is a chronological record of financial transactions related to Lanier Capital, LLC, a bank holding company operating across multiple jurisdictions within the G20. I am sharing this information to clarify my current status and the objectives I aim to achieve. As a three-time doctoral thesis author, a licensed attorney, and a Ph.D. holder in international law, I have been managing a private fund for over 20 years. With 42 years and the sole source business structure owned by my family and operating in Ukraine, currently, I am under political asylum and am the father of a kidnapped child. I have three sons in the United States and three daughters in Ukraine who have been denied the right to see each other. I have faced numerous challenges, including threats, theft, extortion, and blackmail, all of which are documented in an affidavit submitted to the National Police of Ukraine, with copies sent to the President of Ukraine. In recent months, I have been repeatedly asked to relinquish my rights as an American corporate owner and lawful permanent resident of Ukraine, often encountering individuals who exhibit dishonesty. The events of today compel me to officially document my situation as I seek legal remedies through the American Bar Association and its counterparts in Ukraine. My goal is to restore my children's rights, enabling their mother and me to purchase real estate for them and access our funds without coercion or dishonesty. As I sit here with Stephen Fregan, who and serves as the acting CEO of my family bank holding company, I can attest to the challenges we have faced. Over the past 10 months, I have encountered numerous instances of misconduct, including a Ukrainian contractor with an American passport who failed to fulfill his obligations, resulting in significant losses for my family. At 58 years old, I deal with daily seizures and the stress of my situation. I am reaching out to anyone with legal, technical, or financial expertise to listen to my plea. I have the ability to provide a chronological index of documented crimes committed by known parties and seek remedies under Ukrainian law for violations perpetrated by corporate, government, military, and banking officials. Since the theft of substantial funds from me, I have remained resolute as a non-criminal United States Army Signal Corps officer living in Ukraine under a valid contract. I am committed to restoring my family's rights and am seeking ethical, legal, and financial professionals to assist me. Despite having 11 years of documented criminal activity and repeated requests for assistance from various governments, my family's rights continue to be denied. My recent experiences with a purported Ukrainian lawyer have only added to my frustration. I have encountered individuals who lack proper identification and fail to adhere to legal protocols. I have complied with all necessary legal requirements, including U.S. law and various international accords. However, I remain perplexed by the lack of action from the President's Commissioner for Human Rights of Children, an agency that appears to be vacant. Given my frustrations over the past 17 years, I have expressed a desire to seek references and recommendations to the President of Ukraine to serve in an advisory capacity for the rights of minorities in the country. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Henry Bryant Lanier Sr.-esque, Ph.D. As veterans of the United States of America, we pledge to maintain a state of constant readiness in all domains – land, sea, and air.
