In this workshop, I had conducted a survey on the citizens of Durban regarding issues that they think are most important for candidates to address in the upcoming elections. I think economic empowerment for the common person should probably be addressed as well. Industry and producing products always drives the economy. So if they can find a way to bring more manufacturing here, which will bring more stability to the income, which will bring more jobs. Firstly, unemployment rises. Every month the price of petrol goes up. There's no guarantee that the new generation is going to be employed because right now, no employment. I don't see why the companies should be giving people 350 lakhs. Unemployment is not a problem. It's a luxury. I don't see why the companies should be giving people 350 lakhs. It's a luxury.
