The speaker is discussing their notes for the movies Jurassic Park and Speed. They mention having a beat sheet written by someone else for Jurassic Park and reading through it while watching the movie. They also talk about the length of the movies and their experience trying to find a copy of Speed. They decide to discuss Speed first and praise Sandra Bullock's performance. recording now so that I can continue, yeah. Yeah, that's fine. I have like three pages of notes. For speed? For speed. Oh man. And like pages of notes for Jurassic Park. Good Lord. Now this, to be fair, this was a beat sheet written by someone else in the Catboy style. On Park. On Jurassic Park. I told you he had the cliff notes. And yes, and because I didn't have time to make my own notes, but I did read through here watching the movie and made notes of where I agreed and disagreed. And this guy is actually very thorough. He pointed some stuff out that I don't even think I caught. That's good. So it's a good, very, very thorough. Well, you need to give him credit. Yeah, I don't know. His name is Chet. Yeah, I don't know. I'll put him in the show notes then, because I didn't cut and paste it. I don't have his name, but I'll do that in the show notes or whatever. He's just pretty good. If his name is Chet, like back to that walking out thing that we talked about earlier. Yeah. Yeah, let's do your own notes, Phil. You want to borrow from this guy? That's cool. Right. Or are you using AI? I'm out of here, man. No, no, no. But I was a little, because sometimes I always wind up waiting until the weekend to watch his movies. And I was like, oh my God, each one is like over two hours. Like, you know. No, I'm in the same boat. Like, I mean, I was like, yeah, I wanted to watch them both. Like, it's good that I've seen both of them a lot. Because, yeah, I only watched each one once in this season, trying to do better, because all of y'all were kicking my ass on that. And like, James comes in, yeah, I watched it 37 times. I'm like, shit. Yeah. Well, I got a confession. I didn't really watch it. I had it on. It was on my phone. What, Jurassic Park? I recorded everything as it was coming out. Jurassic? Both of them. Okay, yeah, you seem to speed way more than I have. Because I knew all the lines, and so I'd be sitting there guessing, and then I'd say the line before they said it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I had a harrowing experience, as well, with the speed. I thought I owned it, and I don't. So I was like, okay, I'll go up to, like we had dinner last night, I'll go up to a movie trading company. They had three copies that they could not find. I helped them scour the store, and they closed. So here it is, almost nine o'clock. I don't have speed whatsoever. It's like, well, damn, I guess I gotta go home and buy it on the Amazon. Because I try not to do that. I wanna have a physical copy. Yeah, sure, right. So I go home, it's 20 bucks on Amazon. So I rented it for $3.50, because it was on sale. But I thought I owned it, and here it is, this two-hour-plus movie. And I started at 9.30. Oh, I know. And then I'm like, shit, I still have to watch Jurassic Park. Oh, my God. God, so it was a late night, you know. Yeah, yeah, no. Morning, breakfast, it was, right. Well, yeah, so either one you wanna do first. I think speed is a great movie, but it is also is what it is. And we'll get into that, I guess. For sure. God. No, I love it. And I don't know if you researched it, but you will be absolutely blown away by the box office. We'll save that for the thing. But I was amazed. There's a lot of cool facts about speed. Yeah, all right, cool. We can talk about that then. So which one are we doing first? You said you watch Speed Freshest? Yeah, that's the one that's freshest in my brain. Let's do that one first, since you only got like half a page of notes for that one. That way, you know, you have the energy for Park. Yeah, I'm open. I don't care what we do, I really don't. This was, Speed was your pick, yeah? Yeah. Yeah, no, it's good. I love Speed, don't get me wrong. I'm not dissing it. Hey, Chris, you know how you feel like we've been whipping your ass? Well, I only did three pages on yours, but James's pick, I got 17 pages. 17 fucking pages. And he didn't like. Now, to be fair. I appreciate you feeling vulnerable in this moment and fill up shit and all over you. No, to be fair though, Jurassic Park is heavy theme loaded, okay? There is a definite, you know, and it's done very well, I think, you know, so. Did you, no, we'll get into it. Yeah, all right. Did you need the silent thing? Yeah, we're gonna do that. So we're gonna do Speed first? Yeah. Yep, and that way. Yeah, it'll be a speedy short review. It might or might not. I mean, I don't have a whole lot to say about it, but maybe, you know, you do, or none of this is coming out good, is it? No. I mean, maybe you liked it. I'm just kidding. I love Speed. I love Speed. We'll give it this. It was in focus. No, it's a good movie. All right, well. Sandra Bullock is absolutely delicious in this movie. The young Sandra Bullock. And of course, Keanu Reeves is always Keanu Reeves, you know. What does that mean? Well, Keanu Reeves, you know, you know, big action star, but Sandra Bullock in this, oh boy. Can we go ahead and start so I can say what I want to say about the movie? Yeah, all right. So let's, we'll do Speed first. And 15 seconds. 15 seconds of silence starting now.
