Welcome to Airtime with Pat, a podcast intended to help each of us listen more deeply to the divine always around us, within us, others, and creation. I'm Pat Sigler. I will be your host each Tuesday at 8 a.m. Central Time. Today we are spending time together in a guided breath meditation. Take a few moments to get into a comfortable meditative position. Maybe put your hands in your lap, your feet on the ground. Center your back straight up and down over your pelvis. And we begin. Breathing in, I know I am breathing in. Breathing out, I know I am breathing out. In, out. Breathing in, my breath grows deep. Breathing out, my breath goes slowly. Deep. Slow. Breathing in, I feel calm. Breathing out, I feel ease. Calm. Ease. Breathing in, I smile. Breathing out, I release. Smile. Release. Aware of my body, I breathe in. Relaxing my body, I breathe out. Aware of body. Relaxing body. Calming my body, I breathe in. Caring for my body, I breathe out. Calming. Caring. Smiling to my body, I breathe in. Releasing the tension in my body, I breathe out. Smiling to my body, releasing tension. Breathing in, I calm my body. Breathing out, I smile. Calm. Smile. Breathing in, I dwell in the present moment. Breathing out, I know it is a wonderful moment. Present moment. Wonderful moment. When you're ready, please return slowly to your own body. To your chair. Your room. Stretch a little bit. And open your eyes. If you like this content, please give a thumbs up.
