The speaker starts off by greeting everyone and making small talk about the time change and the weather in Montana. They mention a personal situation where they were not paid for their consulting work and were upset about it. However, they are reminded by God to not complain and to be grateful for the blessings they have. The speaker quotes a Bible verse about not complaining and shares a personal story about how they realized they were focusing on the negative instead of the positive. They encourage others to let go of complaining and focus on gratitude. The speaker plays a song that reinforces the message of being thankful and not complaining. They end by emphasizing the importance of not complaining and focusing on the blessings in life. Good morning, everybody. Let's back that up. That's a little too close. There we go. What's going on here? All right. Good morning, everybody. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Praise God. Good morning. Good morning, everybody. Praise God. Good to see you guys this morning. Good morning. A winner. A winner Roth. Good morning. Good morning. Had to get in a little bit closer to see that. Good morning. This time change is so hard. Oh, I'm so sorry. I'm assuming, are you in California? I am so sorry. Grand rising. Amen. Good morning, everybody. Got the coffee, highly diluted. Mmm. Miss Kim, good to see you this morning. Montana, is it nice and cold over there in beautiful Montana this morning? I know the time change can be tough. I love Montana. Love it. I've not been there in the winter. I've always been in there. Good morning. Good morning. I've only been in there in the summer and the spring. So, wow. Good morning, Jim. Good to see you, Jim. I saw you call last night, but we were outside working on this window trying to replace it. Very cold, but beautiful. And I saw your call. Hopefully we can talk this evening. And then I had Bible study last night. All right, folks. I believe it's going to be a powerful morning. It's going to be for me. I hope it's a powerful morning for all of you. So, let's start off by prayer. And I think this morning, we have 227 on here. I'll be honest with you. I would really recommend that you send this to some folks. Because we're going to talk about complaining this morning. And how many of you have been guilty of complaining? So, I'm going to pray, but I recommend you send this off to some friends. Tell them to get on this live. They might want to hear this. Father God, we just thank you for seeing another day. We thank you for blessing us to wake up. We thank you for your grace. We thank you for your mercy. But, Lord, we thank you for your only begotten Son, Jesus. Lord, I don't know what I would do without the Lord. I don't know what I would do without you. And, Father, I just thank you. Thank you for allowing me to use my gifts, my abilities that come from you. That I may share your words. That I may share the knowledge of who you are, Father God. And, Father, I pray that as we would look into the words of God, that we would allow it to renew our mind. That our actions would be different. That our reactions would be different. And that we would keep our trust and faith in you. Father, we ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen. Alright, everybody. Like I said, this morning, a lot of people probably will need to hear this. So, I got my coffee. Turn your Bibles real quick to Philippians 2.14. And those of you on the slide this morning, if you go look at my TikTok. Good morning, Mr. Nate. If you go look at my TikTok I posted this morning, you'll hear basically the same thing. So, Jim, this is one of those. We'll title this, I Will Not Complain. JT, this is the one we'll say, I Will Not Complain. So, let me go ahead and set this up. Once again, turn your Bibles to Philippians 2.14. While I'm already there, let me underline it, because I want to make sure that I can look down at it quickly. Philippians 2.14. I'm going to underline it, because I want to make sure that I can reference it quickly without delay. Last night, I went to bed, and I haven't slept well the last couple of nights. As you all know, I worked in the medical field. Now I work for Ace Hardware. I was consulting for a company, and we have an agreement. I get paid X amount of dollars per hour for the time and effort that I put in to the company. And so, every beginning of the month, I submit an expense report based on my time that I've offered to them. And so, like every beginning of the month, on March 1st, I submitted an expense report, and it was going to be my last expense report. And so, in the process, I also notified them that I would not be consulting for them anymore. Now, that decision was made because they had minimized my hours to consult, and I needed a certain amount of hours to, of course, pay for my misdeeds responsibilities. So, I think they were a little disappointed. So, about two days ago, they notified me that they would not honor my expense report. They would not pay it. The excuse that they said is that I did not document in a thing called HubSpot, which is their platform that they use to document what you've done, who you've contacted, and conversations, so on, et cetera. While, historically, it's never been a point that I had to document, now, to withhold the funds that are due to me, they are declaring that I have to do it, or I should have done it, and because I didn't do it, I'm unable to get reimbursed my money, which is a substantial amount. Not a million dollars or anything, but, you know, about a thousand dollars. And I started complaining. I started getting upset. I started, you know, a matter of fact, when the CEO of the company sent me an email, I responded with a very firm and tough email. I mean, it was riddled with, as far as I'm concerned, it was riddled with pride. I let them know how much I offered and how much I had given in my time and my effort. Even there were times when I didn't charge, I was doing things for the best interest of the company. And I wrote this, and I remember, and I was doing it on my phone because I was at Ace. I was working at the time. I was at Ace, and I was texting on my phone, and it must have been five paragraphs. And it was really about pride, and it was about me. It was about me letting them know how much I had done and how much they owe me. And I was just angry. Angry. And did you know that my father in heaven last night gave me some pow-pows? He gave me some pow-pows. He gave me some pow-pows. He asked me in my spirit, why are you complaining? Yes, I agree. They owe what's due to me. That's the right thing. I know that, you know, I've supported. Over the years, I've, you know, and I've been just in consulting. I've been supporting this organization to get their device on the market for a few years now. I've met the owner of the device. And I was just so angry, but the Lord was asking me, why are you complaining? Why are you focusing on the negativity? Have I not taken care of you? Have I not delivered to you many blessings? I just saw a video from the company. And God gave me a message, a blessing. He gave me an indicator of the blessing. I just saw a video about the company that put the roof on our church. And the Lord said, did I not put that roof on that church? And you need not worry about anything? Did I not wake you up this morning? And you had reasonable health? You were in your right mind? And you were complaining about some change? And I'm not saying that $1,000 is not a lot of money. But what I'm saying is that my father owns the cattle on 1,000 hills. And the Lord has always provided for me and Miss Debbie. I've never seen the righteous go without knowing their children begging for bread. I have lived that verse. This is for all of us. I hear some of you, well, this is for me. This is for all of us. Because I found myself in this. I couldn't even sleep the last two nights the way I needed to because I was thinking about, well, I'm going to get on TikTok and I'm going to get on Instagram and I'm going to get on LinkedIn and I'm going to expose them. And they owed me this and this is due to me and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. But what did that scripture say? Watch this. Philippians 2.14 says, do all things without complaining. Let me repeat that. It says, do all things without complaining and disputing. That's Philippians 2.14. Do all things without complaining and disputing. Folks, sometimes we got to let that thing go. Because what happens is it starts to take root in our spirit. Then you start carrying that to your spouse. You start carrying that to your children. You start carrying that to your neighbor. You start carrying that to your friends. I had to call my friend Bo. I complained to him about it yesterday. I got a good friend named Bo off to Reddit. Blesses the ministry. Talk to him all the time. And I'm complaining to him. But I should be encouraging him. And he should be encouraging me, which he was and which he does. Because he sends me things to encourage me. But I called him up to complain. And what do I have to complain about? What do I have to complain about? I have a beautiful wife. I have beautiful children. I have a wonderful ministry. I have people that care for us. I have people that are concerned for us. What do I have to complain about? A thousand dollars is nothing to a God that owns the cattle on a thousand hills. And there's some of us. We're complaining about everything. There's some of us. We're complaining about our spouses. We're complaining about our children. We're complaining about our car. We're complaining about our jobs. And we are complaining and we are missing the blessings that are right before us. Even in my Bible study last night. I told him as I ended Bible study. I said, I don't know what I'm going to speak on tomorrow morning on live. But I hope you're all there. God will give you something. I woke up this morning and I tell you what. The Lord was giving me pow pows. It started last night but I woke up this morning and the Lord just moved in my spirit. Why are you complaining? Haven't I blessed you? Haven't I been there when you needed me? Haven't I provided? Why are you complaining? Pow pow means discipline. It's a term of endearment in my house when one of the grandbabies got in trouble. We said, you're going to get pow pows. Well, God was giving me pow pows. I was getting disciplined. We need to be thankful. But look what it says again. Do all things without complaining and disputing that you may become blameless and harmless children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation. If they don't want to pay me what's due, that just proves they are wicked and perverse. Excuse me, my nose is itching. I don't mean to be rude. If they don't want to give what is due to me, maybe there's some hard feelings. Maybe they felt like they invested in me and I should keep consulting. I don't know what it is. But whatever it is, it just proves that they are wicked and that they are crooked. But what does it say? On to what? Watch this. Not complain, not dispute that I may what? Be blameless and harmless. Why? Because I'm a child of God. That's not to say that you're supposed to be a doormat. That's not to say that you're to let people use you and abuse you. But there's a time that you have to say, you know what? I'm not going to complain about this. God has got me. Why? He says it right there. That you may become blameless and harmless children of God with a fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation. The point is, when I fired back an email, when they sent me an email. And, you know, when you stop working for a company, they provide you with certain gear, you know, clothing, scrubs and backpacks. And I think the thing that got me was they said, when you send this all back, we'll send you a FedEx slip. And I sent it back. And that's when I fired off the email or I should say my original email saying, hey, I sent all that stuff back. When will my expense report now be fulfilled? And they waited a few days. And like I said, it was just a couple of days. And they say, well, we don't, we're not going to reimburse you for this reason that your information wasn't put in this in this. Hub spot. And I remember thinking, well, I should have just kept the stuff. I should have just, you know, did this or did that. And so, and my mind was getting angry and I was getting upset and I was dealing with all this misplaced aggression. But we must not complain. Not complain. We must not allow the devil to get a foothold in our life. But I want to, can I play something for y'all? Can I play something for y'all? I want you to hear something. And Matt, I saw that. I will pray for you. But allow me to play this for y'all. And if y'all would just listen to this, please. I've got a couple more scriptures I want to read, but I want y'all to hear something. Please. I got my iPad and I want you to hear something. And I hope TikTok doesn't stop us, but I want you to hear the words. And please y'all just close your eyes and just focus on what this individual is singing. Here we go. I'm going to go right here. And let me go ahead and play it. I hope you can hear it. Somebody give me a thumbs up if you can hear it. Ready? Often times we get so caught up in what we're going through that we start complaining. Lord, why me? Why me? Why me? What you need to do one day out of your busy schedule, take the time out. Visit a hospital. MD Anderson. Walk up and down those corridors. And I guarantee you, you'll come back saying, I won't complain. Give him some love as he comes. I've had some good days. I've had some hills to climb. I've had some weary days. And some lonely nights. But when I, when I look around. And I think things over. You know what? All of my good days. Outweigh my bad days. I, I won't complain. Can I say that one more time? I've had some good days. I've had some hills to climb. I've had some weary days. And some sleepless nights. But when I, when I look around. And I think things over. All of my good days. Outweigh my bad days. Outweigh my bad days. I, I won't complain. Sometimes the clouds hang low. I can hardly see the road. I asked the question, Lord. Lord, why so much pain? But He knows what's best for me. All of my weary eyes, they can't see. So I'll just say, thank you, Lord. I, I won't complain. Lord has been so good to me. Has he been good? He's been good to me. More than this old world or you could ever be. He's been so good. He's been so good to me. You know what he did? He dried all of my tears away. Turned my midnights into day. So I'll just say, thank you, Lord. I've been loud. But thank you, Lord. I've been talked about. But thank you, Lord. I've been misunderstood. But thank you, Lord. You might be speech by the record with me. But thank you, Lord. That feels like you don't know where the money's coming from. But thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. I won't, I won't complain. God, God, God, God has been so good to me. He's been good to me. More than this old world or you could ever be. He's been so good. He's been so good. He's been so good.
