O. A. Chapman & Son was founded by the late Oscar Chapman in 1922, in premises nearly adjoining the firm’s head office on Princes Street, Norwich. It is now one of the older established Chartered Surveyors in Norwich and continues to provide services across Norfolk and Suffolk. Michael Chapman, son of Oscar, qualified in 1959 and, after a brief spell in Surrey, joined the firm in 1961, helping establish a second office in Lowestoft and succeeding his father in 1972.
