The speaker introduces themselves as a college student passionate about nutrition and wellness. They explain that the purpose of their podcast is to have open conversations about health and nutrition, bringing science to the forefront. They mention their interest in discussing realistic diets and the impact of nutrition on brain health. They express a desire to talk to various individuals, including content creators, about their experiences with health and wellness. The speaker also mentions the importance of stress management and overall well-being. They acknowledge that they are not an expert in the field but hope to provide valuable information to listeners. Why hello. Hi beautiful people. Thank you for listening to my podcast and clicking in on this video that I don't even know what it will be titled. I apparently have the audacity just like this program that I'm recording this on called Audacity and no this is not sponsored. I'm just making a pun and here I am on this 4RAT podcast take 3 that I'm doing that who knows might be published for someone to hear. So hi my name is me. I don't even know if this is going up there but if it does I'm so sorry to anyone who's listening. I'm a college student who is passionate about nutrition and over a healthy living and wellness. And I don't really know necessarily what I'm doing with this podcast but I hope wherever you're listening to me whether it is in the car or clicking on right now it's because you want to have some time and listen to I guess whatever words I want to say. The first things I want to say about this podcast is that it's a podcast I would like to bring open conversations to the table mostly on nutrition because in our day to day TikTok algorithm at least in mine I'm always seeing how to get healthy tips and how to be healthy and I'm very excited about that. I personally am a health fanatic and I think what the purpose of this podcast is to kind of bring the science to the for you page and how to actually live healthy and have open conversations about that because I think all of us really want a reset in our lives and I just don't know if a whole bunch of information helps us determine like what it is for me. Now am I your physician? No. Am I a licensed anything? No. I'm just a college student avid learner who is out here just willing to have a podcast to talk about health with whoever other fanatics there. As you can hear my place where I live is quite loud and yes like Emma Chamberlain I am for sure starting on my bed. As I'm here starting I'm just starting because after five times I have always thought about doing a podcast but it has really scared me but here I am still doing it. It's quite amazing how I'm part of an amazing generation Gen Z but I'm also part of the generation that we happen to see the first cases of malaria coming through and that's quite scary to hear. We went through a global pandemic which we always thought ended with the bubonic plague or influenza swine flu. So basically things of the history books even though swine flu I know was the most recent thing before COVID however and some of them I bet are called epidemics instead of pandemics but yeah so my generation is already kind of twisted because most of us already were born after the one of the worst things that has happened in the West and it's just a lot to navigate so I would like anyone who comes on who wants to hear about health wants to hear about science in a conversational way and learn about other people's diets and kind of just even maybe talk just to talk and have some good quality information being spread out at you while you're probably driving or sitting at home or maybe studying and listening to a podcast or doing whatever you need to do to make you happy you're listening to this podcast and no it's not going to be only high-end nutritionists or doctors or anything going coming but I feel like even any day person and talking about maybe the creator market and how normal smuggler mom of three has a blog and it's making her fortunes and how does she juggle life and school and stuff like that and I feel like those are content creators that I feel like their stories need to be mentioned and who knows what the future may have with this or who would listen but I'm so excited for this to continue propelling and I'm just going to talk and I'm not saying that anyone needs to listen but I don't even know why I'm doing this but I love Emma Chamberlain's podcast I'm not even going to lie I'm obsessed I think a lot of people are obsessed and I think the reason why she works is because she just has a conversation and don't get me wrong she already has a platform and an audience but I feel like organic growth can happen in a podcast and who knows I'm not saying I'm going to be the next Emma Chamberlain but I do know one thing for sure is that starting a podcast on a bed is quite comfortable so I don't know if that's a podcast intro for you but I guess from I guess the time that you hear this one and my next podcast episode it will be more curated yeah I have three little questions that I had asked for myself but I don't know how valid it is and I think I kind of may have answered it and it was why am I starting this and again I'm starting this to just have a conversation about health wellness and how people eat and how can I feel better gut wise not saying me personally but of course we always have room for improvement but for others as well what I plan to do with this I just plan to talk and who knows behind the scenes expand I don't even have a name yet but I'm kind of like playing around with some names behind the scenes I plan also to have questions that are throwing people off the field but not making people fall another thing that really inspired me is comes from Dr. Ali Abdaal which is a was a medical doctor who taught about study and productivity still does and who came from Cambridge and now teaches on entrepreneurship and how to build a business and he mentioned this quote you don't have to be an expert before teaching someone and it's quite crazy to me how he's expanded his career because I started watching him when he was doing his videos about Cambridge and doing his exams and now I'm even able to quote a thing from a guy and someone from the guy and people are able to be like yeah like whoa inspirational and I mean for the purpose of this I would say that I hope that I could be quoted for maybe the four or five individuals who happen to listen to this podcast yeah that'd be great because I mean I feel like the best moments are like when someone is like saying a story and then they're like yeah and then she told me like word of mouth is so beautiful like it's so organic oh my gosh and you know her too it's like yes like old town small town road and like I'm the chiu leader and then all the guys are like oh my gosh she's so cool but no I'm not for the male gaze I'm for the female gaze you know so all the girlies are like oh my gosh she's so pretty like look at her hair like yes and then they go to the girlies and I'm like yes queens we got this like you know I'm not gonna say men aren't but because men mental health also doesn't matter but um and no I'm not a pygmy when I say that please check on your men because these men nowadays it's probably their mental health that's just depleting so that's being really terrible men but um yeah I am throwing a lot of gen z words I'm so sorry for the fact that my generation is quite rad and rad is not part of my generation and boom I aged myself even though I'm quite literally in the middle of being gen z literally quite literally almost the same ages as some cast in one of the season 4 shows that just came out and if you don't know you should know um so yeah that's about it it's um was such a rant that made no sense but probably a lot of things make no sense because another thing I would like to mention is about brain fog and how brain fog is affecting us and probably talk about how nutrition and the brain has an impact how um some researchers are talking about um how nutrition is a preventative medicine which I strongly believe in but I also want to know how are other people's diets like what's a realistic diet I feel like many people always strive to make it so over complicated and it's funny because in my classes especially my last class it's like we're all asking okay so like what's the perfect meal plan and then my teacher said verbatim the perfect meal plan is the one that's structured so it's like yeah we could give you mediterranean we can give you alvo diet or we can give you dash diet we can give you all these meal fobs but it's like if you're not scheduled with it it's not gonna work but if you're scheduled and you have already what you want to eat and you eat it three times a day or however times a day at certain times or certain points of the day you're always gonna get the best results and it's like the I'm so sorry for that I may have burped on here I'm so sorry but it's just like the controversy that most of my family keeps throwing at me is and I don't want to say elderly but late or early 50s man don't quote me on that had um mcdonald's every single day three times a day but split his portions and lost weight and everyone kept sending that to me and I feel like a lot of us ask questions like oh my gosh like is the nutritionist even correct and it's like I tell people that wouldn't it just be because he scheduled his meals maybe let's say ate more protein and portion control so it's like a lot of those that I kind of want to understand and dive deep and maybe ask people about it but for sure look into papers about it and then go on the nutrition stuff and then go on to I guess the life stuff and how to handle wellness just have a conversation and talk to people about it you know I'm thinking with three different titles and tactics but I wouldn't just again like I mentioned just have it strictly on nutritionist because I feel like wow this post on this thing that I said like 80% of your fitness is your nutrition and then 20% is your gym which I kind of highly agree with kind of highly because the gym really emphasizes the stuff that you've put in even if you it's junk it's gonna show very later on yes ladies and gentlemen you can be an athlete and grow up to not look athletic as you were in your prime but into that in more episodes hopefully I continue getting off my bed and where was I going with this I am losing my train of thought and reasons why I need to do brain fog I lost my train of thought and yeah but I am do I am do I like to talk about health wellness and overall health because yes now I just regret it that that besides just the nutrition besides just the gym we need to add a huge chunk into it and talk about overall wellness lifestyle stress management because I feel like again stress is leading cause for high cortisol no doubt about it of course there's other pathways to high cortisol which is a hormone for to jumpstart lipogenesis or fat generation and I feel that in essence if we start to I believe overall learn how to talk about how we manage our stress or how to live healthily we're gonna have better humans and better people or better tips cause I mean at the end of the day I feel like and I don't mean to be negative about it there always gonna be some people who just don't choose the good and at least for the people who try to choose the good and try to be in a healthy space what is it that we can do to change and be good and that's what I want to talk about with anyone and even learn about people's jobs and how their livelihoods are and stuff like that because again I believe that the premise of even my podcast or my ideology is that besides just nutrition besides just the gym how are you mentally because your stress levels can also play a huge role in how healthy someone can be age and live if that was a lot of jargon for you it was for me too at 16 minutes I have not stopped talking and that shows you I may like talking too much I truly apologize for that but catch me next time on another episode if possible and uploaded and hopefully I made wherever you're listening to space a bit better. Hasta luego. Bye.
