Look, this podcast, I want to not only present my English evidence, but also share a bit about myself. Good evening. My name is Rubia Cardenal-Joven. I am an apprentice at SENA, and I am submitting the English Evidence F2402025018F2 to Instructor Celisa María Gómez. In my previous work experience before the studies I am currently undertaking at SENA. Aside from teaching at SENA, I had the opportunity to lead several multidisciplinary teams in the educational sector for schools. We collaborated on direct sales proposals for educational entities, and one of the processes we had to develop an anti-bullying conference. This conference was a training session for students from district schools in the city of Medellín. Based on this experience, I can extract the leadership and initiative I demonstrated in organizing the most relevant topics for this task. Delegating participation to each team member was a responsibility. I took serious CRC, and I am impressed that the group work was well-coordinated and managed resulting in positive outcomes for the commercial department. Short-term, long-term. Now as a web page designer, one of my short-term goals is to reach my principal target. Looking at a long-term objective to generate employment, I must be persistent, honest with myself, discipline, and persevere to never give up. With my determination, I have made changes in my life. During my journey as a designing student, I have had to make significant changes to and adjusting my work and personal schedules. One of the challenges I have faced is reading more than usual, conducting online group research, and adopting a more active lifestyle. I linked it with my learning process. I even invested in a more robust PC as a work tool. These changes have enriched my significance. My daily expectations expanded as I delved deeper into the technological field and its constant evolutions. Additionally, I have made more than reading the same area and shared wonderful moments together. I learned to listen actively, be flexible, and respect others' feelings while contributing my knowledge to the team. Sometimes we loved it, other times we shed tears, but the result has been the realization that the world of technology isn't just about machines. It's about people's dreams, just like me. As a result, my webpage aims to address a significant human need through accessibility and usability. Thank you.
