The main problem with Web3 is the association of crypto as a scam due to fraudulent founders and projects, rather than understanding it as a technology. Bitcoin and Ethereum are successful examples of the benefits of crypto, such as fast and low-cost transactions. Dubai is an attractive place for crypto enthusiasts due to its security and safety, but it has heavy regulation and lacks soul. To succeed in Web3, one must learn about technology, join communities, and take advantage of the current bear market to prepare for the next bull run. Founders must understand that nobody cares about their product and must provide value to be respected. Success in Web3 is easier due to less competition, but it requires persistence and learning from others. Financial freedom is waking up and having the freedom to do what you want, and it can be achieved by having skills and cash flow. Web3 influencers are often self-interested and lack technical knowledge, so it's better to connect with founders worki What's the main problem with Web3 right now? My opinion, the biggest problem is crypto a scam. Crypto itself is technology and people don't get that. So if people say is crypto a scam, it's founders and projects that scam investors, it's not the technology itself. If you look at Bitcoin, if you look at Ethereum, the reason that it works is that people use it. If you look at Nigeria right now, if you want to send money from Germany to India, with any bank account it's going to take you one week, seven days, twenty dollars in fees. Bitcoin, two seconds, five cents in fees. That's crypto. But since crypto is so unregulated and so much room to fuck shit up, it attracts bad players. How much money is too much money? The moment that you start hitting 100k a month is the time how much money is too much money. That really depends on the place you live. I right now, I live in Belgrade and my living expenses are crazy low. However, my friends in Dubai spend 10k a month on an apartment. People that I know live in New York and they need 15k a month just to live. If you keep upgrading your lifestyle, no money will ever be enough money. So if you're young, if you're starting out, try to get to 10-20k a month really easy or really fast and then think about the next steps. Why is Dubai the best place to live? Why is Dubai a good place to live? The reason that Dubai attracts so many crypto people is one, security. If I walk around Eastern Europe with a 500k watch on my wrist and 20 million on my letters, I'm not going to sleep that well. Why? Police is corrupt, people can break into your house, mafia is strong, it's not great, especially if you have a lot of cash and crypto. So the reason that Dubai is so good is you can walk around, nothing is going to happen. Go on the beach, leave your Rolex on the daybed while you jump in the sea and it's perfect. Besides that, the downside of Dubai is heavy regulation, people hate crypto money, it's a desert, there is no soul. So the upside is, or the reason that everybody that has a lot of money goes there, it's a dream of a city. It's a society where people all over the world come together and it's safe, it's beautiful and you can have an amazing lifestyle there. Would I move there? Probably not. When is the next bull run going to come? Right now you cannot be lazy, you cannot screw up. It's a bear market, which means you cannot be lazy, you cannot screw up. Every second you have on your time right now to learn about technology, AI, web 3, you must use. If you look at all the people that became millionaires and billionaires in the last bull run, what did they do? They prepared themselves during the bear. So what can you do? Join alpha communities, be on Twitter, read threads, talk to founders. Right now is the time, right now you have the possibility to put yourself in a position where you're really fucking likely to become a millionaire in the next 2-4 years just by spending 3-4, just by spending hours every day learning about this shit. It's not that hard, just don't give up. What's the best advice you can give any founder? Nobody cares about you, nobody knows you, no. What's the best advice you can give to any founder in web 3? Nobody cares about you, nobody cares about your product, nobody cares if you're going to win or if you're going to lose, and nobody is ever going to respect you if you give up now. So, in a society you're only judged based on the value you provide, yet most founders wake up and they do it... In society you're only judged by the value that you provide, yet... Nobody cares about you, nobody cares about your product, what you're building, your team, your technology. You need to add value, and value is defined if people in the market want to use it. Best way to found it, test it and fucking launch it. Stop talking about it, stop tweeting about it, sit your ass down, work, build, publish and in the next bull market, if you're lucky enough, it's going to pay off. What are the most important skills for success in web 3? Being successful in web 3 is actually the easiest thing ever, because the competition is just a bunch of retards. If you're competing with people that wake up, smoke weed, drink beer, game the whole day, if that's my competition, thank god. If you're in web 2 and you're building SaaS, you're competing with Facebook, Google, all these big companies. In web 3 you're competing with some dude drinking beer out of his shoe. What's the most important skill in web 3? Keep, stay in there, come back day after day after day and just copy what works for other people. If you were lucky, if you were not a complete idiot, you could have made millions in the last NFT bull market just copying what other people were doing. Yet everybody is too lazy, too arrogant, too full of themselves, just sit down and copy things. The best skill anybody can have is to steal like an artist. What's the biggest mistake you've ever made in crypto? How did you recover from it? One day I was just sending funds around with my ledger here and I was copying addresses. And I took 20,000 VUSD on a VEP blockchain and I sent it to an ERC20 address. Took me a bit to realize, shortly after I figured out these 20k are gone. These 20k are gone. And that just shows you the power but also responsibility of a blockchain. Everybody that got wrecked by FTX deserves it. Who is so stupid to leave most of their net worth on a centralized exchange? So the reason, and I think the reason for this is that people do not want to take responsibility. They don't want to put their fucking money, they're too stupid, too lazy to put their money on a simple ledger. They're too stupid, too lazy to put their money on a simple ledger. It's that simple. Take this, install it. The reason is that people don't want to take accountability, people don't want to go through their process, and people don't want to be wrong. They'd rather blame somebody else. How do you define financial freedom? Financial freedom for me is waking up and doing whatever I want to do with my time. And that doesn't mean that you cannot work for somebody else, but it means that you have enough skills that you can just print money left and right. When I was 19, I woke up and I had to work for somebody else. I needed to do all the things just to scrape money. Now I wake up and I can really work on things that are passionate for me. And freedom for me, and that's freedom. Financial freedom itself, if you have a couple K on your bank account and if you're not in debt, you're already fine. Just keep cash coming in and don't fuck it up. What's your opinion on these, on Web3 influencers? So the reason that nobody likes Web3 is exactly people like that. It's people that put self-financial interest first. If you go on these tweets, they're saying, what is next? If you look at their Twitter and YouTube profile, it's optimizing to cheat and trick their audience into either buying the things that they sell or buying the pump or jumping into the pump and dump projects that they promote. So they're egoistical, they're egotistical, they have no technical knowledge and they're adding no value to the space. Stay away from them. If you want to connect with cool people, connect with founders that actually build tech. They're working on cool projects that are adding value to the space. What's one thing that is holding people back? What's one thing that is holding Web3 back? The main thing that is holding Web3 back is, in my opinion, the investors themselves. Everybody is just loading up their own bags, acting out of their own financial interest. And you can observe that just by seeing how NFT traders go. Everybody in the community is saying, hold, hold, hold, don't list, while they're listing, while they're selling. In crypto right now, it's man against man. One person dumps on the other person. And this crypto is only going to become better and more interesting for new people if people inside Web3 start working together. How do you balance your work and personal life? What do you do to relax or have fun? Why do I need... Why do I need to have... Even if this sounds stupid... Work-life balance is a scam. If you're really building what you believe in, what do you need a work-life balance for? You put all the hours, all your mental energy into the project that you're creating. There's no time for girlfriends. There's no time for going out and beers and networking. It's only you and what you try to create. If you think about your life and the one thing that you want to leave behind, why care about all the work-life balance? Focus, execute, sprint, succeed, then take off. And then take time off. What's the most valuable lesson you've learned about money? That money is infinitely available. It's everywhere. Yet, us monkey brains are designed to have scarcity of this asset called money. Money is everything. Money is important. Without it, you're nothing. Without it, society doesn't give a shit about you. So you need it to have opinions. You need it to build a life that you want to live. Yet, it's abundantly available. If you only add a bit of value in a society where everybody's addicted to TikTok or getting drunk and smoking weed the whole time, you will get paid enormously. Only go through that pro... That's really it. What's the best way to become a millionaire in Web3? You won't become a millionaire trading crypto, buying shit coins, putting 2k into an altcoin and hoping that it's gonna 500x. That's not how it works. You become a millionaire by starting a business, employing people, building assets. That's the only way it works. The people that become millionaires trading crypto will lose it the day after. What you want is a business that provides you capital day after day after day. Thank you for watching!
