In a moment, I will ask you to take a deep breath in. When you exhale, say to yourself the word rest. When I say rest, I'm referring to a pleasant, hypnotic state of inner awareness and physical relaxation. Now continue staring. Take a very deep breath in. Exhale slowly and say to yourself rest. Take another very deep breath in. When you exhale, let go of unnecessary tension and say rest. Good. Take another very deep breath in. As you exhale, relax more. And say rest and close your eyes down. With your eyes closed, just focus on the sound of my voice. That's right. Solomon, breathe normally now. And with each exhale, whisper to yourself the word peace. Notice how you are sinking deeper into a pleasantly relaxed feeling. Very good. Now for the next three breaths, breathe in peace. Then slowly whisper to yourself the word peace with each exhale. Good. By following my instructions, you are now beginning to experience a nice level of relaxation. Now here's how to take yourself deeper into relaxation. In a moment, think about and imagine a beautiful beam of light descending upon you from above. Imagine that this light brings a wonderful feeling of relaxation. As you inhale your next breath, bring the warm, relaxing light down into your scalp. A warm and relaxing wave of energy. Now imagine the warm, relaxing white light moving down into your neck and into your shoulders and arms. You might notice as you exhale your next breath, your neck, shoulders, and arms growing more and more comfortable as they release unnecessary tension. Imagine, sense and feel that warm and relaxing light moving down your back, into your chest and abdomen. As you breathe in your next breath, breathe in peace and tranquility and exhale any tension. Wonderful. Now say to yourself, relaxing more now. Now that relaxing, warm wave of energy moves down the back and into your legs. A warm and relaxing light moving down your legs as you are going down deeper and deeper into a pleasant relaxation now. Down into your legs, just send the mental thoughts of relaxation. The relaxing energy is moving pleasantly down into your feet and toes. Say to yourself, relaxing more now. Again, say to yourself, relaxing more now. In a moment, I'm going to count backwards from 10 down to 1. And as I do, allow yourself to go even deeper into hypnotic relaxation. For now, just continue going deeper and deeper into this pleasant state. If you want to go even deeper, repeat everything I say in your mind. Number 10, easily drifting down deeper, relax. 9, down deeper, relax. 8, down deeper, relax. 7, imagine sense and feel traveling down deeper and deeper into pleasant relaxation. 6, going down even deeper and deeper down. 5, letting go, doubling your relaxation again. 4, down deeper, relax. 3, drifting on down deeper and deeper down into this pleasant self-hypnotic state. 2, drifting down deeper into pleasant relaxation. 1, say to yourself, completely relaxed now. Now, just focus on the sound of my voice. The positive ideas you're about to hear make a deep, vivid, and positive impression on your creative subconscious mind. Enjoy saying yes in your mind as often as you want while receiving these powerful, positive affirmations about you. You are strong and capable of success. You prioritize spending time outside, meeting new friends, and staying present in the moment. You value the importance of quality time with friends and family. Solomon, God supports you in achieving your goal of using precious downtime wisely and being productive. You are good enough and you are capable. By reclaiming your time, you have time to enjoy connecting with people. Every day, you easily spend 30 minutes or more outside of your home or calling others on the phone because you enjoy time with new friends and family. After work, around 7 o'clock on weekdays, you easily prepare to work out at the gym. During the week, you turn off your computer around 5 p.m. and focus on your videos, reading, and connecting with people. Your path is lighter and brighter because you feel calm and relaxed when you talk to people, you know, and when you make new friends with ease. Now imagine sense and feel you're hiking in nature. You take a seat on a rock. You're looking at the beautiful river. You see the trees, hear the birds chirping and the squirrels moving around. While practicing self-hypnosis, you feel so good, focused, and accomplished. Get in touch with all the good feelings as you vividly feel in the details of that while I am quiet. And now imagine sense and feel that it is June 24th, 2024. You're at a festival with a friend. You are sitting on a blanket enjoying the music. You are talking and being present and listening and being focused on the conversation and nothing else matters. You feel great because you have accomplished your goal. Get in touch with all the good feelings as you vividly feel in the details of that while I am quiet. Now follow me and repeat after me. My path is lighter and brighter because I feel calm and relaxed when I talk to people, I know, and when I make new friends with ease. Let's say that again. Number one, peacefully, calmly, easily, and gently bringing yourself up and out of hypnosis. Number two, each muscle and nerve in your body feels good and relaxed. Your body regains all its normal sensations. Number three, peaceful and calm in every way preparing your eyes to open and be fully out of hypnosis. Remembering the surroundings in the room and carrying the good feelings with you because you are connecting with people. Number four, preparing to open your eyes is just like your face has been bathed in cool spring water. That's good. On the next number, your eyes will open. Number five, eyes open, stretch, and smile.
