I am going to count from 10 to 0 and on every count, you are going to go deeper and deeper into a state of complete relaxation, 10, 9, relax your muscles, relax every single muscle in your body, from your shoulders to your hip and from your hips to your legs, relax them all, let go of all the tensions, let go of the control, let them act on their own, 8, 7, 6, 5, now let go of your thoughts, let go of your desires, let go of your worries, let your mind be completely free, let go of your conscious control of everything, sink in to the chair, sink in to the environment, you do not have control, you are simply watching what is happening to you, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, you are completely relaxed now, in a state of ease, if you feel any discomfort, don't try to correct it, don't try to change it, don't try to control it, just let go, observe, watch it, be with it, give in to it, relax, everything is going to be alright, you are deep inside yourself now, beyond the conscious mind, deep into the subconscious, the true guardian who takes care of you, who does all the things necessary for you to continue doing what you want to do, this is pure magic, trust your subconscious, give in to it, we are now going to visualize and send images to this beautiful subconscious, this super powerful subconscious and simply watch as it brings these images to life, now visualize with me, imagine yourself sitting on a chair, feel your hips and your buttocks and your thighs making contact with this chair, and now visualize the hip sockets, breathe and fill them with air and relax them, again take a deep breath, fill your hip sockets with air and relax them, and now visualize, visualize both your legs turned inward at the hip socket, at the perfect angle, at the exact angle between the left and right side, and as that happens, visualize the hip bones, the left and the right coming into complete and perfect equilibrium, imagine there is a pool of water in your pelvic girdle, the water is filled up to the brim and it doesn't spill out, doesn't slide more towards one side, it is perfectly centered and doesn't spill out, and it all happens because your left and your right leg are perfectly rotated inwards at the right angle for your pelvic girdle to be parallel to the ground and the water to be filled up to the brim and still not spill out and not slide to one side or the other, visualize that image, the legs and the hips in perfect harmony, supporting the core of the entire body and the weight evenly distributed between the left and the right side of your body, remember you are simply visualizing, you don't have to move any part of your body with the conscious mind, just visualize, send that image to your subconscious, hold that image so that your subconscious will make it come into life, again visualize the hip sockets and the thigh bones and your thighs rotated inwards to the perfect angle that puts the pelvic bone in a straight line parallel to the ground and imagine that puddle of water inside which is perfectly centered and now the center of that puddle, watch that trunk, the spinal column coming out from the center of the pelvis and going straight up, straight up, to the small of your back, to your mid back, passing to the point in between both shoulders and reaching the neck, going in a straight line through all of its natural curvatures, again feel the strength of that trunk, feel its stability, feel its anchor, how it stands by itself, like the trunk of a strong tree and as it gets to your neck, feel the connection it makes with your collar bones and your rib cage and how they reach to your shoulders, your shoulder bones, don't control, don't do anything, just visualize, you're not trying to control your body, all you're doing is giving your subconscious an image, watching with awe as it makes the image come into life, feel that spinal column, feel the strength of it, like a strong redwood tree, perfectly centered, grounded and when the spine is erect, it perfectly counters gravity and none of the other muscles need to work to counter gravity, all the muscles around the spine are relaxed as the spine does its job of countering gravity and now visualize your shoulder muscles and your shoulder bones, they stand perfectly on top of the hip bones, they fall right on top of the hip bones, the hip bones and the shoulders form a straight line, visualize that, draw an imaginary line between your shoulder bones and the outside of your pelvic, your hip bones and let it be a straight line, good, that is the entire image, let's start over, let's go back to the hip sockets, take a deep breath, fill them with air, feel the contact your buttocks and hips make with the chair and then visualize your thigh bones, visualize them internally rotating to the perfect angle that keeps your pelvic girdle in level with the ground and as that happens, visualize the weight of your body equally displaced between the left and right sides of your body, visualize the pool of water in your pelvic girdle, stable, calm, serene, unmoving like the ocean and then feel the spinal column coming out of this pool, strong like the trunk of an oak tree and going through your small of your back, the middle of your back, the middle of your scapula to your neck in a straight line and then visualize the collars and the scapula falling at a right angle to the spine, exactly on top of the pelvic girdle hold that image, that is all you have to do, let the subconscious mind do the rest, if you feel discomfort, if you feel pain, just be with them, don't try to control them all of those are signals from the subconscious mind to you, asking for the right images, you have heard the signals and you are responding to them, that is all you have to do, it is as simple as that now, visualize yourself sitting down and working, deep in thought about your work, but visualize even as you are in deep thought, the image that you have created now still stays intact your legs are rotated inward to the perfect degree, the pelvic girdle is level with the ground, the spine goes straight up to your neck and your shoulders and scapula fall at right angles to the spine, and they are all completely relaxed, supporting your body as you focus on your work you are not controlling them, the image, they take care of themselves, under the control of the subconscious mind, and you are relaxed stay with that image you worked long hours, see the clock on the wall, and watch its minute hand spinning, the hour hand spinning, and even through them, you maintained your relaxed body posture in complete ease, erect, stable, grounded, relaxed, in harmony with the natural Tao of the universe good, and now we are going to come out of the subconscious, back into normal consciousness I am going to count from 3 to 0, and on every count, you are going to wake back up, and at 0, you are going to be completely awoken into normal consciousness 3 2 1 0
