You are going to be shown how to ground your energy. This will help you to calm your racing mind. Release negativity and you will open your eyes feeling calm and in control. To start with, you are going to close your eyes, relax and give yourself a deep breath in and out. On the next exhale, you are going to take your awareness to behind your eyes. Smile. You are going to trace the number three in your mind three times, three, three, three. Now you are going to trace the number two in your mind three times, two, two, two. Now you are going to trace the number one in your mind three times, one, one, one, excellent. Feel the energy in your body. Call back your energy from all the people, times, places and events. Just call it all back to you. As you inhale, draw your energy into your lungs and as you exhale, feel your energy filling your entire body. Notice your root chakra near the base of your spine. Feel your energy pulsing there. Extend your energy downward from your root chakra like a tree growing roots or like a waterfall cascading down into the earth. See it going down, down, down all the way to the center of the earth and breathe. Now let your grounding cord expand until it is as wide as your body, deeply rooting you into the earth. You can use this grounding cord as a way to release negative energy. Simply visualize all your negative energy releasing from your body into the grounding cord. As well as grounding yourself, you can also use your grounding cord to ground the room that you're in, whether it be your home or an office or a shop. If you're feeling overwhelmed in that space, simply imagine a grounding cord at each corner of the room connecting to the center of the earth. You can also ground other people and this will make conversations with that person flow easier than they normally would by just imagining a grounding cord from their base chakra deep into the center of the earth. You can also use grounding on your pets and animals. I proved to myself that it works with my dog and she was very anxious at the vet. I visualized a grounding cord for her and she was lying on the floor two minutes later, completely relaxed. Experiment with grounding, try it out, test it. Ground your car while you're driving, ground your laptop, even ground projects that you're working on. Just visualize something that represents the project in your mind and imagine a grounding cord attached to it. Experimenting with grounding can be really fun and definitely helps with calming that racing mind, feeling a connection with the earth and releasing negativity. Now you're going to spend a few moments stepping into the future you. Future you is smiling, future you is relaxed, future you has a strong grounding cord, future you has sent negativity down the grounding cord. Future you is calm, future you is in control. You're going to open your eyes at the count of five and once they are open, you're going to be surprised that the colors around you are going to be brighter and clearer. You'll feel calm and in control, one, two, feeling good, three, four, wiggling your fingers and your toes, and five, eyes open, feeling amazing. Thank you.
