Before an election, you receive a poll card with your polling station location. Polling stations are open from 7am to 10pm. If you're in the queue by 10pm, you can vote. At the polling station, you need to provide your name, address, and a form of accepted photo ID like a passport or driving licence. Outdated ID is still accepted. Before an election, you'll get a poll card, which says where your polling station is. Polling stations are open from 7am until 10pm. As long as you're in the queue by 10pm, you will be allowed to vote. When you get to the polling station, tell the staff your name and address. They will ask to see a form of accepted photo ID, like a passport or driving licence. Don't worry if your ID is out of date, you can still use it at the polling station.
