This article discusses what does and doesn't work, and offers advice on how to support a friend or yourself during a depressing time. Did you know that one in six adults experience some form of depression? Well, according to this graph, that's what happens. Because of this, there's been many methods and things that people say that claim to cure your depression or make you feel better, but in all honesty, just kind of don't. So here's things that, in my opinion, do work and don't work, and how you could possibly help your friend or yourself through a depressing time.
