Problems are not stop signs, they are guidelines. When you meet a problem on the way, it is not a sign to stop. They are signs to guide you. And often times we think that they can be stop signs. Even if it means stopping you, it is actually guiding you. Did you get my point? When you encounter a problem, it is not to stop you, it is to guide you. Even if the openness of that individual is there for you to stop, it is not really stopping, it is guiding you to stop. I like the glance, that is what I mean. It looks complex, doesn't it? Now often times, people quickly give up in the face of problems or challenges. They easily give up. And there is a way for you to quickly give up. Easily throw in the government. I will give you another example. Easily throw in the government or throw in the power. That is easily resigned. And it is not right that it is a key on how to solve problems. I know of an organization, let me use that organization. They elected a new leader on Thursday of this year. And a few weeks after the election, the human rights act was signed. And somehow, because of my knowledge, I was imagined, what would you have done? Elected, did you start with the separation? Elected, did you meet the one who resigned? And too many problems, too many problems. Did you not know that there was a problem here? What has changed you in the period? What has changed? Nothing. You know that there was this and then you went. It means you are just trying to suffer that system. You are trying to suffer that system because you are going to take them back to another election. Or if not possible, you are going to keep them without a leader for another term. Because what you are saying now is that you are not capable. And you made yourself a phenomenon. And now you are saying that it is necessary for the election to expire. That group will do without a capable leader. Or, and if the setting is not, who doesn't know it better, right? You are suffering that organization. I am not giving you from that angle. But I can see that it does matter. You are suffering this system. You will not make yourself a phenomenon. So I recommend to him, ask your substandard people to send you on a leadership training. Send you on a capacity development. Let them teach you how to lead people. Let them teach you how to handle your problems. If you are not confident enough. So problems are not substandard. Problem solving is fundamental skill that we use in various aspects of our life. From tackling everyday challenges to solving complex issues in our professional life, family life, business life, whatever. It is a skill that can be learned and all the other times, and improved over time. That's what you have to work on. And mastering it can lead to more effective and efficient solution and it is faster. There was one day, this man said, he said, I am a master of my situation. Now, what does that statement mean? That statement may look so easy, but what he is saying is exactly that. I have known how to handle my problems. I have known how to handle my situation. Organizing potential people cannot do their situation. They prefer others to handle their situation. Organizing potential people cannot do their situation. They prefer others to handle their situation. They cannot do their situation. One of the reasons is that they lack problem solving skill. They lack the skill to solve problems. So, as the head of Department of Division, this skill is very, very important. Now, let us explore the actual problem solving in detail. And discuss the strategies, technologies, or techniques I mean, and skills that can help you become a more adept, a more adept person, a person who can play with every kind of handling situation. Some years ago, I gave a topic, I spoke on a topic I call problem management. Now, problem solving begins with, number one, understanding the problems. Nothing like, let us forget what is the problem, let us think of solution. That is madness. You can't look at solution of the problem, you don't know what the problem is. But that will normally happen. People have problem and somebody will say, let us leave the problem now, let us not bother what is the problem, let us look for solution, let everybody forget one another. That's rubbish. My mother's two brothers have a quarrel some years ago. A very big conflict. A very big conflict that can easily destroy a family. So, they gather their sisters, because they have more sisters, they have only two brothers, but their sisters reach eight or so. So, they gather their sisters to come and mediate. And the teenager, my mother was a tennis player. So, and the boy gets a call of them, both men and women. So, I didn't want to go. But my other sister said, let us go, that this, that, this. Mama will not go. Let us go and represent mama. So, I asked her to go. So, she went on in the name of mama. But then, she asked me to charge her. On reaching there, the doctor, deliberately undermined the word deliberately. They said, no, we don't like this category, we don't like this problem. Let everybody forget what is because of the problem. Then, we have the idea including the tea. Let us settle everything and let everybody go. Let us make tea. I wasn't advised there, though. It was my sister that advised me. So, I wasn't professionally advised, so I closed my mouth. Now, the man that was motivated to meet me, who was one of the members of the extended family, almost at the conclusion, he said, no, we are not giving this our son opportunity to talk. This is our grandson. Let us give you the opportunity to say one thing. How can we bring professionalism like that? We are not giving him opportunity to talk. So, he said, ok. Our grandson talked to me. I told him that, everything we have come here to do, is to try to make peace. But, everything we have achieved here is nothing. Because, we have not known what we have come to settle. And, somebody may think that this is right. Says, play what you do not know. Or, says, play what has not been played. Are you sure that what is quarreling means that my share is low? My share is less? And, you are having in mind that what is quarreling means that this person is good and this person is not good. Why not ask them? Speak up. They say, no, no, no, no, we do not want to take it personally. When they begin to tell us what is the problem now, we know to go. I say, that means nothing will be solved. And, out of that, the question is your problem. With that, yes. Almost, less than a week. Rekatakatak, boss. Rekatakatak, boss. Say, can you see me? You did not understand the problem. And, you wanted a solution. It is an error. So, problem solving begins with what is the problem. What problem are we solving? The problem is supposed to have an end. Otherwise, it cannot be solved. Now, when we understand what the problem is, the second point is with difficulty. With knowledge. We break it. We dance with difficulty. Any complex problem in the world can be solved. Difficulty can be difficulty. And, solve them in difficulty. And, then gather them together. So, we break them into handfuls. Leaving them as big problem makes them to become a big issue. To solve a big problem reduces difficulty. It becomes difficult. It becomes difficult. Problems. Small, small problems. It becomes difficult to solve. Now, you understand that. This is another thing to ask. When you perceive the problem in the past life, with violence, with this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, if it is itemized, after itemizing them, prioritized them, this is more critical. This one is the success. Because, if this is the success, this is the... Now, develop a plan. For problem one, the plan is that the rest of months, years, before I do the number two. Problem number two, I have the power to remove this power from this person. Therefore, this power is true. Problem number three, make plans for all of them. I'll start immediately. Prioritize them. Priority means knowing what is more important than others. Priority means knowing what is more important than others. Knowing what will come first, before what will come second, or third. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan. Develop a plan.
