The speaker discusses the importance of blending creativity and imagination in problem-solving. They suggest imagining how someone you respect would handle a situation as a way to gain insight. They also emphasize the value of quantity over quality in generating more creative ideas. The speaker encourages practicing both a beginner and growth mindset and surrounding oneself with creative and imaginative individuals. They mention the need to turn imagined ideas into reality and to approach routine tasks with a fresh perspective. The speaker acknowledges that the creative process is complex and nuanced, often involving some level of magic or miracle. They describe bottlenecks or barriers that hinder creativity and provide signs and benefits of overcoming them. Solving these barriers improves time efficiency, helps reach creative goals, optimizes workflows, and boosts confidence. in blending and giving creativity and imagination. When faced with problems at workplace or in life, imagine how your eyes or somebody you respect would have acted or done. I'm giving you what we call values. I'm giving you ideas. You now have to blend creativity and imagination. And I now am saying, number one, when faced with a situation, a circumstance, a problem, imagine you have somebody with so much respect would have handled that situation. Is that a failure in your shoes? I said, are you, what, your ideas of people in position where you would have liked to be? How they would have solved that problem? What would they do? That gives you a clue of being imaginative. The second one I say, create a scale. Focus on quantity over quality and watch your output become more creative and higher quality. Now, when you go back, what you see here, implement one tip of them in your action. That is the essence of attending worship. Implement what you have learned in your activity. Print some ads, paste them on your wall so that your eyes see them. What you see every time, you tend to copy. What you see every time, you tend to think about it and tend to become it. Something we can come up with later. There is something I say later on my office. The power in the word you spoke. How powerful is the word you spoke? Now, those people saw that thing and read it and they watched that thing and they started talking about it. Now, everything that caught my fancy, I tried to take it where I would be seeing it every day. If I end it in my office, if I end it in another school. So, I am giving you value number one. When faced with problems, imagine how the people, the most person you rested, how you would have handled that situation or people if they had been there in your office. Number two, I said create a scale. And in this game, focus on quantity, offer quantity for now, and watch your action become more creative and higher quality. Number three, practice both a beginner and a growth mindset. Now, we normally talk about growth mindset, which means a mindset of somebody growing, but sometimes, most of the time, people don't talk about beginner mindset. Now, I am encouraging you to practice both at the same time. Beginner mindset is mindset of necessity. Beginner mindset is growth mindset of necessity. I want something, I haven't got something, but of necessity, I must hear what I must have to tell you. So, the beginner mindset takes you. Start with something, even if it is not where you want to go or what you want to be, because you must set a path before you go. Do you think you understand that? Do you think you understand that? Okay, and I say practice both beginner and a growth mindset at the same time. Hands around people, hands around more people who embody creativity across imaginative qualities. Hands around people who have the senses to be creative in their thinking and who are imaginative. More than people who are... No. Practice turning imagined ideas into reality. Have a cool idea or thought. Try it. Make it. Write it down. Ask for it. Execute it. Practice turning imagined ideas, those ideas that are imagined, try it. Turning them into reality. Have a cool idea or thought. Try it. Make it happen. Write it down. Next time you are doing something seemingly mundane or routine, imagine how you could do it differently. Do you get the point? Next time you are doing something that looks so mundane, accepted, so cool, so unlimited, imagine how you would have reinvented the thing. Imagine reinventing that thing. So, this is how you blend your creativity and the process and the imagination. Now, every creative process is complex, understood, accepted, and nuanced. It is different from everyone and there is always a little bit of magic or miracle involved. One thing is sure, everyone experiences what I call bottleneck or what I call stupid barriers. Now, what is the thing here? I understand, and you need to understand that every creative process is complex. It is not palatable. Creative processes are not sugar. They are not even salt. They are not palatable. They are complex. And they are not only that, they are also nuanced. That is incongenuity. It is also different from how one person can do it and how the other person can do it. It is not like a product you go and buy from a shop. Do you get the point? Sometimes it looks like there is a bit of magic or a bit of miracle in being creative. Do you get it? Okay. In other words, it does not go entirely theory-like. Sometimes something makes it so easy. You imagine, how did this thing happen? How did I come up with this idea? I can't imagine that I am the first to have that idea. I don't know why you are thinking to say that. Okay. I don't know that I can even think like this. I don't even think that I can even have a thought that I can be there like this. Is it not magic? Is it not miracle? Do you know how to say that? So every creativity is complex and every creativity comes with some level of magic. If you have people who like magic or miracles, they also belong to that line. That is why I use those. And I said, Yes. Now everyone experiences what I call stupid barriers. Another word I call it is bottlenecks. Do you know what I call bottlenecks? The top of every puzzle is always being narrowed. And that is where the problem is in every puzzle. The bottleneck. Do you get it? Okay. Now I am going to teach you what are creative barriers that you can experience in your journey in creativity. These bottlenecks, I can tell you also that they are disrupting the nature. They are preventing you from flowing the way you want to flow. Just like every bottleneck disrupts the bottle from flowing the fuel the way it should have been. Is it not that? If I drink a bottle of whatever it is now, you discover if I turn it, they will not be going out at the mass surface of that bottleneck. Not the way it was in the nature. Now that is the job of bottlenecks. To prevent the flow from moving out at once. Okay. Now in life we have all these disruptive bottlenecks preventing us from reaching our artistic vision, our future, our happiness. So if we can solve these, then you can do your thing better. Now these are creative barriers. I call it creative barriers or creative bottlenecks. They are obstacles in your work, in your creative work. And they are there not to stop you, you know, but they are there to prevent you from starting, from working and finishing your project. But it now will depend on you. It will now depend on you. Look at signs of a creative bottleneck and look at the benefits you will get out of it. Let's look at the signs first. You can't find your flow. You remember what I told you about the bottleneck. The essence of that bottleneck is to reduce it so that you can't find your flow. You have to be constrained to follow that format. Okay. There is a particular, most of these aquaponics, these things, they normally put something again in the bottom to reduce the flow in life. That is really a better example now. You see, you are trying to force the thing, now you think the flow is this. Even in our water system, in the sewage, you remember, in the kitchen, the part that drops water in the washing and dressing, they now put something in the mass to reduce the flow. That is what I am talking about. Signs of having a creative bottleneck. Number one, you can't find your flow. Number two, decision-making issues coming up. Number three, confusion for what to do next. Confusion for what to do next. Number four, no inspiration or motivation for longer than usual. Number five, a lack of creative fulfillment. Number six, dealing with creative costs. Dealing with creative costs. These are signs that there is a creative bottleneck. Now, if you keep this thing in your office now, anytime you experience these five things of this thing, what you immediately tell yourself, that is a bottleneck. When you cannot find your flow, the way you want to do the work is not the way to do it. You notice that something, somewhere, that is a bottleneck. When you, when there is a problem or you are deciding on what to do next, you know that there is a bottleneck somewhere. When you have confusion for what to do next, you are not moving fast into the next action easily. You are having confusion. You say there is a bottleneck somewhere. When you are not having inspiration, inspiration, motivation means excitement. Inspiration is what drives you. Now, when you are not having it easily and comfortably, you know there is something. I am not really being pushed. Something is not allowing me to be pushed. There is a bottleneck somewhere. When there is a lack of fulfillment, creative fulfillment, there is. And when you are dealing with creative work, there is. Now, the other ones are benefit of solving creative barrier. When you solve your creative barrier, you improve your time efficiency, your time efficiency. You become more, better time manager. When you, it helps you also to reach your creative goal. It helps you to reach where you are going. It also improves your creative workflow and your system, work system. It also makes you to optimize things for fun and for play. It also improves the quality of your creative work. It also improves your confidence. Ultimately, ultimately, it makes you to improve your confidence. When you solve problems and solve problems, you become more confident in life over that area of your life. I get it. The problem is because you are not confident with the one you have not solved. True or false? True. It improves your time efficiency. Yes. Your time efficiency, your use of time, it makes you to manage yourself well within time. Then it makes you to reach more creative goals. It improves your creative workflow system. It makes you better optimized. It makes you better optimized so as to have fun with your time and play, instead of spending your whole life on work. So I want to know what I have to do.
