Leadership is crucial as it impacts every aspect of society. Problems, such as agriculture and economics, are caused by people and can be solved through effective leadership principles. However, many individuals in leadership positions lack the necessary skills and values to lead effectively. A leader can be in front or at the back, depending on the situation, and must protect and guide their followers. Leaders should have access to knowledge and information, and when they fail to provide direction, the people suffer. This pattern repeats itself frequently. If you understand what leadership is, you will save yourself from many problems. Because everything rises and falls on leadership. I don't want you guys to forget that. No problem anywhere. Problems caused by the people. Every agricultural problem, economic problem is caused by the people. Or, let's give it a meaning for the people out there too. Those problems rising up out there. Everywhere is the problem. And leadership principles are the strength for the cause of leadership development. Leadership principles are the strength for how they are brought into their sector, to another sector, development. The principle of leadership is the step that the government can use, the government can use, and the people can use. But the environment that has to be in can take you to the path of leadership. Do you get what I mean? Do you hear what I said? Okay, let me put up a slide to show you something. The man they call the leader is somebody that is always in front of others. Sometimes he can also be at the back. That man is not a man who can have people go, do this, do that. Most things we call leadership are not leadership. But they are platforms. This is a typical platform. Don't think it's not very powerful. Management is a platform. Government is a platform. But it takes leadership. For one good man, people who take a good old position have been the best leaders. Have been. And I keep telling you that on the right-hand way, and because people that will steer that way for leadership, most of them are not the man that can be adequate to match the technology and the skill that is demanded of the man. It's not something that our government also knows how to do. They know. But their value system is not the same with what they know how to do. Did you get my point? Did you get my point? It's not that the people they know don't know what to do, that will be true. But the value system they have is contrasted with what they know and how to do. That makes it impossible for them to lead. And this does not support leadership. And this does not support the man when he is sick. If you are working out with your family, the tendency is that you will be at the back, two of us. For the man, two of us. But you know your family is from two of us. You know the reason. You know the reason. You want to protect them from any loser or someone who will protect them. If you are in front, then people can pick your figure otherwise just you know it. Can you see it now? Now, in that situation, it requires you to be at the back. In that case, when you discover that if it is necessary, you stay at the back. So the leader can also be at the back. The leader will be protecting from everybody. The leader must be at the fore. The leader must be... The leader must... The leader must be and is above the government. Every leader must not be exactly on the same level of access to information, access to knowledge, access to everything. He should access to the knowledge. If you watch that picture there, you can see painted in red. You can see that the ameda is not together with them. That means he is a big data attacker. The leader points him to somewhere. The leader points him to somewhere. And anytime leaders are not pointing the people to somewhere, the people give that data out. Yes. The people give that data out. Yes. And we see it over and over. We see it over and over.
