The First Responder Reverb podcast focuses on affirmations, insights, and conversations for first responders. Hosted by Michael Reynolds, it encourages taking care of oneself and practicing gratitude. Gratitude can be easily forgotten in our busy lives, but it is important to take a step back and appreciate what we have, whether it's family, work, or personal time. Gratitude fills our hearts and brings blessings and opportunities. The podcast ends with a reminder to stay bold, true, resilient, and safe. Welcome to the First Responder Reverb, Affirmations and Conversations. I'm your host, Michael Reynolds. Join us as we explore the world of first responders offering affirmations, insights, and meaningful conversations. Thank you for your service. Now let's take a minute to plug in and take care of ourselves. We'll take three deep breaths. Out. In. Out. In. And out. Today's affirmation is about being grateful. Gratitude is something that we can lose sight of just in our day-to-day life. We become busy, we become overwhelmed, and we forget to look back and take a step back and be like, man, I'm thankful for this, I'm grateful for this. Whether it's our family, whether it's our job, whether it's ourselves, whether it's time, we need to be able to take a step back, make time to be grateful. Gratitude fills my heart for the blessings that surround me each day. I am thankful for the love and support that enriches my life. Each moment is a gift, and I am grateful for the opportunities it brings. Stay bold, stay true, stay resilient, and stay safe. Until next time.
