He concludes by leading the audience in affirmations about prioritizing exercise for their health and vitality. Good morning, and welcome to the First Responder Reverb, Affirmations and Conversations. I'm your host, Michael Reynolds. Join me today as I explore the world of first responders offering affirmations, insights, and meaningful conversations. Thank you for your service. Today's affirmation is about exercise. It's pretty easy to exercise when you're on shifts work, when you're working a lot of overtime, when you're having a second job or third job, and you have a family. It's easy to prioritize. Wrong. It's hard. So let's be honest about it. It's important. It's necessary. It's needed. Some people might be like, affirmations don't work. Therapy doesn't work. Whatever your thoughts are, there's probably not one person that can say exercise doesn't work. Everyone's had that feeling where we are stressed out or we're maxed out or we don't know what's wrong with our mind or we don't know what's wrong with our body or we feel sluggish, and then you go get a workout and you feel better. That's the kind of honesty that we're talking about today. Prioritizing that feeling for yourself. Why? Because it's better for yourself. Okay? Let's live longer. We have pensions. Let's enjoy them. Being where you're at now, be a healthier version of you. We shouldn't have to sell that to ourselves. For our family, for our kids, for our loved ones, for our spouses. How about for our coworkers, for our safety? Okay? Being a healthier version of yourself is always a good thing. Now I say that, and I realize things come up. Injuries happen. You have to prioritize time. You're part of the child care, so you're running on little sleep. Okay? All we're saying is try to get it in. Make time for it. Prioritize it. Okay? It doesn't have to be a two-hour exercise. It could be a 20-minute walk, a 20-minute exercise. Okay? But get it in, and you'll thank yourself. Let's take three deep breaths. Out. In. Out. In. Out. I will prioritize exercise for my health and vitality. I will prioritize exercise for my health and vitality. I will prioritize exercise for my health and vitality. I will prioritize exercise for my health and vitality. I will enjoy staying active and feeling strong. I will enjoy staying active and feeling strong. I will enjoy staying active and feeling strong.
