The National Consumer Commission has urged consumers to immediately stop using 50 milliliter single-use neutralization shampoo in Duggan Lovely Moisture Plus kit and the Duggan Lovely Antibreakage kit. L'Oreal says it has detected bacteria which could cause scalp infection in users with compromised immune system. The bacteria was detected during a quality control check. The product, produced April last year, was distributed nationally and exported to neighboring countries. Consumers in possession of the product must return to retailers for a refund. The Department of Transport says it's on track to deliver a new driver's license card and printing equipment for the country. The department says it has completed the evaluation and adjudication of the bids for service providers. The audit process is the only last handle standing this way. The department's spokesperson, Colonel Mzee says a bid process to source a service provider to deliver a turnkey solution is still under consideration.
