The slide shows ultrasound findings. Figure A displays a fibroid observed on a transvaginal ultrasound. A circular dark pattern represents the fibroid. Hysterosinography is performed to further examine the uterus by injecting saline. This reveals a more distinct submucosal leiomyoma fibroid. On this slide, we will see the ultrasound findings. So in figure A, we're going to see that there is a fibroid seen on that transvaginal ultrasound. If you look kind of in the middle, you'll see that little circular dark pattern there, and that's the fibroid that we see. And then we do that hysterosinography, and that's when we insert that saline into the uterus, helps expand it, and helps really see what's in there. And you can see a more defined fibroid on here, and this looks like a submucosal leiomyoma.
