Today is our class cooking day. Early in the morning, we arrived at the kitchen. We divided into several groups, and each group had a teacher to teach us how to cook Chinese food. Our teachers are from different parts of China and are very good at cooking. Teacher Chen is from Sichuan, and he taught us how to make Mapo Tofu, which was both fragrant and spicy. Teacher Wu grew up in Beijing and is the best at making dumplings. The dumplings he made were both beautiful and delicious. Teacher Zhang is from Shanghai, and he taught us how to make Braised Pork, which had a good color and a sweet taste. Because David and I are both vegetarians, Teacher Lu taught us how to make a vegetarian dish, which was light and tasty. While cooking, we spoke Chinese, and after eating, we watched a Chinese movie.
