sustainable situations associated with food but it it is a hard lifestyle to live and now I've I have reverted in many ways and I still try not to eat like beef or pork and I rarely do yeah I go back and forth between like thinking that that's really important and just kind of like losing oh just a little bit of faith but it is hard not to do you know what I'm sorry meaning you just had to eat some celery yeah no I don't think you're alone I honestly know that I am NOT vegan I catch myself slacking so much more often and I really have to be mindful about like if I'm eating a vegetable in a day let alone five to six be mindful of your daily vegetable you guys and fruit doesn't count unfortunately that actually brings me perfectly into our next segment via vegetable vegetable carrot and the stick this is one of our favorite discussions to touch on well I think we all know the expression the carrot and the stick if you don't hi well I guess they're about to tell you okay basically carrot and the stick says like it's it's rewarding good behavior versus disciplining bad behavior and the debate is like which works better and we could talk about that if you want but one of the
