The person being interviewed discusses how their mother's passion for acting influenced their own interest in theater. They initially hesitated but eventually joined because they saw the rehearsal. Growing up with parents who were acting coaches gave them an advantage and sparked their curiosity. They also mention that growing up with a famous mom wasn't overwhelming as it wasn't to the point of constant paparazzi attention. They saw it as normal and just their mom's job. So I know that you're also into acting. Do you think that growing up with a mom that was super into it influenced how you responded to theater at all? I definitely think that the only reason why I ever did theater growing up at all was because of my mom. And because I think originally my sister was really into it and wanted to do it. And so then she started doing it and I was very apprehensive about it at first and sort of not into it. And then I slowly, like, I remember watching just one rehearsal and I wanted to join. So I think that that was what that was. And then just, I was like, I had a leg up with the other kids because my parents were like acting coaches. Like they helped me with auditions and performances. And so it just, it definitely helped with that and definitely like sparked my interest and curiosity. And also mostly just where we grew up in LA, like every little kid was doing theater. So it wasn't super out of the ordinary, but it definitely did impact it. And this one is probably not the most deep question that I could ask. But what was it like growing up with like a famous mom? Like especially, I feel like she was more famous like when we were younger. A lot of people always ask me this and I always say the same thing. I say it's the only thing I ever knew. So it wasn't like, it wasn't like famous enough to the point where, oh, we can't go outside and we have to do this. And it's like, she's a crazy, crazy celebrity. It was just like, oh, like I'm watching a TV show and there's my mom on the screen. But it wasn't so insane where it's like, like freaking out every time I saw her. It was just sort of like, oh yeah, that's my mom. Like, you know, and it was kind of like, that was so normal to me. Like it was just her job, but I always knew that it was different. Like not everybody's parents were like that, but it was just, I was just so used to it. You know, you have to think about like the only thing I ever knew. You know, it's not like I had a regular childhood and then was thrown into something. But yeah, it just wasn't insanely famous, like having to hide from paparazzi like that. I can't imagine what, yeah, like Michelle Obama. Like I can't imagine what those children actually go through. But yeah. Thank you. Bye-bye.
