Welcome to Lion Leadership Rise. We're going to be talking about ten keys to success. I want everybody to vision what their success looks like to them. Your success is not like anyone else's success. Your success is something that you have burning inside your belly, something that you have that you want to complete in this lifetime. You've got to make sure that it comes to pass and it manifests, whatever it looks like. Number one key to success, know what your success looks like. You've got to have the vision. You've got to know what it looks like because if you know what it looks like, you can start walking in it right now. So before you even reach success, you make yourself believe that you are already successful. Before you even actually walk into what your success is, have the vision. Success means different things to different people. It's important to define what success looks like for you. This helps you to have a clear goal and work towards achieving them. So what it looks like to you is for you, not your mom, not your dad, not your sister, your brother. You have to walk in your divine essence. Number two, model the behavior you want to achieve. So you've got to start walking in it, talking in it, working in it. You've got to start working towards it, taking steps. So your success, you have to actually model it right now, before you even achieve your success. So when you do achieve it, you've been preparing for it for years, and then you start walking in your destiny. Your success. Look for role models who embody the qualities and behaviors that you want to emulate. So you're just looking at them. You're getting the positive, the negative. You're getting different things from different role models that you see. Take the positive and you run with it. Any kind of negativity that you don't like, throw that away. Don't even think about it. Three, never let anyone discourage your vision. It's natural to encounter skeptics, naysayers along the way. Don't let their negativity hold you back. Never let anyone discourage your success, because a lot of people, they'll say, oh, that's never been done. Oh, you can't do this. Oh, you can't do that. But those individuals don't have the vision that you have. So you can't expect them to understand what it is you're trying to do or what you want to do. The people who invented the printer, I can imagine when they said, oh, I can be able to print something from a computer, you know what I mean, a digital computer and print it out in color. And I know the people who listened to that, it was like, man, this guy's crazy. But guess what? To this day, you can print, right? Everybody didn't have this vision. So in my belief, I believe that God has different things, different gifts, and he put them in different people. So you have to act out what God placed in you, whatever that looks like. Number four, develop mantras that will inspire you daily. So whatever your vision is, whatever your success is, you have to develop positivity daily. You've got to develop mantras. Mantras are something that you say regularly and is repetitively said. So you're said in the morning and at night. And an example of a mantra would be, I am successful. I can do all things. I am limitless. That's a mantra, okay? That's positivity, okay? So what happens is you say it repetitionally, you start believing it. Anything that you program in the subconscious mind, it becomes your truth. So you have to make sure that you are programming positivity in the subconscious mind. Five, be your own best critic, okay? So a lot of things that people do, they want to say that this is their success. You have to be your worst critic. You have to make sure that you stay on yourself. You've got to make sure that you hold yourself accountable, that you're responsible, and you say, you know what, I'm going to push myself towards my success, okay? So when I say be your worst critic, be your best critic, while it's important to have supportive people in your life, it is also important to be honest with yourself. Take time to reflect on your progress and honest about what you need to work on. This will continuously improve and move closer to your goals, okay? Number six, own and embrace your success. Don't be afraid to celebrate your accomplishments. Recognize and embrace your successes, big or small. This will help you stay motivated and confident as you continue your journey. So you have to along the way, you've got to embrace your success. You know what I'm saying? Be thankful for your success, whatever it is. But once you reach your pinnacle or your goal, you start creating new goals. You start creating other goals. You don't stop. You never stop. I'm 46 years old, and I'm still making goals, creating goals. And I'm still reaching towards my success. So it never ends. You have to make sure that you embrace whatever success you have had. Because a lot of people look at failure like it's a bad thing, but it's not. That can also be success because you're learning, you're growing, okay? Embrace whatever it is, okay? Any small or big. All right, number seven, speak it and believe it. The power of positive thinking can be overstated. Repeat your goals out loud and visualize yourself achieving them. This will help you stay focused and motivated. So you have to start believing it. So when I say believe it, it has to be so deep down to the cellular level, the belief system, okay? So you've got to make yourself really believe that you can achieve your success. That's where the mantras come into play, okay? So you have to believe it internally, okay? So it's not just like saying things because you can say things but really not believe them. And your physical and spiritual state won't believe it. So you really won't achieve it. So you have to make sure on a cellular and on a spiritual level what you're saying is believable, all right? Then what happens is the universe starts moving. You can say God or the universe starts moving, okay? Eight, meditate on your success. Take time to quiet your mind and focus on your goals. Meditation can help you clarify your thoughts and stay focused on what you want to achieve. So meditate on your goals. Meditate on your success, okay? So whatever success you're trying to achieve, take time for yourself. Get in a quiet place. And when you send your meditation, all right, you focus and you visualize that you already achieved your success. So that visual picture will take you there. And it also will help you with number six and number seven, which speaking is believe in your goals, believe in your success, and own and embrace your success. So in your meditation, you have to actually meditate on your success, okay? And believe you already done it, all right? That's very, very powerful. Number nine, develop your circle with like-minded individuals. Surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals is very powerful because you got to understand how this thing works, all right? So when you surround yourself around people, okay, that empower you, that build you, that motivates you, that encourage you, those people are feeding you, all right? Those people are actually pushing you towards your success. But if you hang around people who maybe sell drugs, maybe like to steal, maybe like to go rob people, guess what? Those people plant poisonous seeds in your mind, all right? So a lot of times if you just hang around those kind of people, a lot of things will rub off on you. But if you hang around those individuals, like-minded, trying to go in the same direction, trying to achieve similar things that you are trying to achieve, guess what? They're going to elevate you. They're going to push you. You're going to get inspiration from those individuals, and that is powerful, okay, getting inspiration. Develop your circle, all right? Master your niche, okay? So when it comes to mastering your niche, all right, you have to master your niche. How do you master your niche, okay? You've got to make sure you are consistent. You've got to make sure that you are learning, developing, okay? So you've got to master this niche, all right? So I know a lot of times people, you know, they like to procrastinate. They like to put things off, okay? Sometimes you just have to put yourself out there, all right? And as you develop and you grow, you learn, all right? So just start the process, all right? Be consistent. Take some time out to say, you know what? I'm going to take a little time today, all right, tomorrow. And before you know it, you have a masterpiece, and you have mastered your niche, okay? But you're taking time towards your niche, and you're learning. You're putting tools in your toolbox. That's important. So don't just sit back and wait for things to happen. You make things happen, and along the way, you are beginning to master your niche, okay? And you will be successful. By following these 10 keys, you can set yourself up for success and achieve your goals. Remember, success takes time and effort. But with hard work, determination, you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Remember, stay consistent. Stay focused. Surround yourself around like-minded individuals. Model the behavior that you want to achieve. You have to make sure that you start walking in your success before you're successful. You got to make sure that you speak life to your success. And before you know it, your success will be manifested in reality. Line leadership, let's rise.
